This was our first time using Get and they exceed our expectations. The owners were able to work with us on time frame last minute and make accommodations. A team of two were on-time and wore masks without hesitation when I asked. They are careful of you belongings, polite workers who will go the extra mile if necessary to ensure that all your belongs get moved from 1 location to your next. We moved from Ottawa to Toronto with Get Movers, and it was really seamless experience! They were a bit late, but it was due to a last minute crew change to give us a bigger truck, so it wasn't a problem for us at all. The entire team was so kind and easy to work with. They were efficient and experienced. Extremely capable and incredibly hard working... Can’t say enough good things about my experience with them. they were done within a day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Very helpful, obliging and knowledgeable. Great back and forth communication right up until the day of the move. They were very polite friendly and hardworking and completed my move much faster than my previous movers while taking very good care with all my things. Absolute scam, did not show up. Took our deposit. Waited 4 hours for them. Whenever we called we got told they were “on their way”. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE *UPDATE* Despite the reply from the company, we were never able to get in contact with anyone from customer service. they have continued to attempt to charge us with the full move and still have our deposit.

This is a great company! They were able to accommodate our unique needs when we had to move out of one home, store items overnight at their facility then move into new home the next day. They wrapped all of our items to keep them safe and protected during the transport, and even disassembled our bed and put it back together for us! The worst moving company! It seems they are scammers!! Taking your deposit , and they dont show up!!! They were supposed to move my furniture today at 9 am ,they did not show up! Furthermore, I tried to reach them out , could not happen until 9:30 am!!The answer was sorry we cancelled today!!! No trucks!! I said please I am moving from 1 unit to another in the same building!! The agent said eventhough they need a truck to come to your place. I asked to refund my deposit which is 150$ , I paid . It seems they intend not to refund the payment ! Eventhough they canceled and they did not show up !!! Till now they did not even they dont answer my phone calls!!I need my money back to be able to pay other movers !! They are not professional at all. My day was destroyed!!!
