On nous a même pas avertis !!! Quel manque de professionalisme et de responsabilité. Il a fallu appeler une autre compagnie ( Déménagement Solution ) pour faire le travail. Heureusement il était dispo en après midi. Quel moment de stress nous avons vécu !! Gare à vous si vous les engagés. Soyez avertis il ne sont pas fiable.

For a complete house, only one piece was broken and maximum move was responsible for repairing the broken piece within less than a week. The movers were experienced and took the time to properly protect all furniture and other items. They paid attention to the floors by protecting them and did not damage any walls. Ils sont rapides et ont bien emballé les meubles, mais ils les manipulent sans délicatesse : ils ont endommagé au moins une commode Ikea (pas couverte par l'assurance, mais c'est comme ça avec tous les déménageurs que nous avons contactés). Le dommage est sous la commode, alors il est possible qu'il y ait d'autres meubles endommagés, mais rien de visible. Ils tentaient de "tasser" une causeuse avec d'autres meubles dans l'ascenseur, et j'ai dû insister pour qu'ils fassent un autre voyage dans l'ascenseur. Conclusion : pour mon prochain déménagement, je louerai un camion et j'engagerai plutôt des hommes, comme ça je dirigerai l'opération moi-même.

Le representant a été super informatif au telephone, les prix était tres bon (j'avais booker 2 hommes et le camion, et le proprio est meme venu donner un coup de main au 2 hommes sans m'avoir demander du surplus), ils sont arriver exactement a l'heure, ont tout demenager en fesant attention a chaque objet, et ont même terminer plus tot que prévue (ca m'a fait sauver un peux d'argent mais je l'ai remis au gars en pourboire ;-) ) Un déménagement c'est une source de stress, donc enlever en un peu, en engageant des vrai déménageur au lieu de 2-3 travailleur au noir trouver sur kijiji avec des camions emprunter.

En gros, une expérience désagréable. Tout ça pour sauver 100$ (sur une soumission de 1000$ en tout) comparativement à leur concurrent. Ça ne valait vraiment pas la peine.

Firstly, the truck was much too big for the load (I had specified a 16ft), which overturned during transport due to poorly secured / attached. A lot of our furniture has been damaged or completely broken. The 2 movers (not very careful) also did a lot of damage to the walls and floors of the house I was renting. Worse yet, after dropping the couch on the hardwood and making a huge hole, they attempted to hide it by sliding the couch over the hole (one of the friends saw them and notified me), which is totally dishonest! When I called the manager to complain, he didn't seem very surprised about the situation, but washed his hands of it anyway. I still can't believe it cost me $ 1,100 for 4 hours and so much damage! The event took place on July 1, 2012 and I sincerely hope that the quality of their service has improved since then. Now I am moving with the help of my friends; it costs me $ 200 for a truck, $ 100 for pizza and they do a much better job! (Original) Typiquement, je n'aime pas faire des revues négatives, mais je m'en vois obligé, considérant le mauvais service auquel j'ai eu droit avec Déménagement Maximum (nous les surnommons "Dommage Maximum"). Premièrement, le camion était beaucoup trop grand pour le chargement (j'avais spécifié un 16 pieds), qui s'est renversé durant le transport puisque mal assure/attaché. Beaucoup de nos meubles ont été endommagés ou carrément brisés. Les 2 déménageurs (peu minitieux) ont également fait beaucoup de dommages aux murs et aux planchers de la maison que je louais. Pire encore, après avoir échappé le divan sur le bois franc et fait un énorme trou, ils ont tenté de le cacher en glissant le divan par-dessus le trou (un des amis les a vus et m'en a avisé), ce qui est totalement malhonnête! Lorsque j'ai appelé le gestionnaire pour me plaindre, il n'a pas semblé très surpris de la situation, mais il s'en est toutefois lavé les mains. Je n'en reviens toujours pas que ça m'ait coûté $1,100 pour 4 heures et autant de dégâts! L'événement s'est déroulé le 1er juillet 2012 et j'espère sincèrement que la qualité de leur service s'est amélioré depuis. Désormais, je déménage avec l'aide de mes amis; ça me coûte $200 pour un camion, $100 pour la pizza et ils font du bien meilleur travail!
