To make a long story short, once I got home or I moved I signed the paper to be done with them, I moved from Aylmer to Aylmer for an invoice of almost $ 1000.00 I had not numbered them boxes, as I unpacked my boxes I realized that I was missing boxes because I am missing most of my cauldron that I had packed with lots of things inside and clothes of my boy that I had just bought from him from the Jordon brand which were totally new. Why I realized, I have the cover but not the cauldron. So I do not recommend this company. Je savais que ça prendrait plus de temps à cause de ça mais j’étais en accord avec ça. Quand j’ai payé mon dépôt la dame m’avait dit que c’était 30.00$ la boîte et que j’en aurais besoin de plusieurs donc j’ai accepté. Elle m’a confirmé qu’ils en apporteraient plusieurs. Quand les 3 jeunes sont arrivés, ils n’avaient aucun outils et en plus j’avais demandé des boîtes pour accrocher mon linges qui étaient dans mon garde robe, encore une fois ils n’avaient pas les boîtes. Pour en faire une histoire courte, une fois arrivé chez moi ou je suis déménager j’ai signé le papier pour en finir avec eux, j’ai déménager de Aylmer à Aylmer pour une facture de presque 1000.00$ Je n’avais pas numéroté les boîtes, au fur et à mesure que je déballais mes boîtes je me suis rendu compte qu’il me manquait des boîtes car il me manque le plus gros de mes chaudron que j’avais emballé avec pleins de choses à l’intérieur et des vêtements de mon garçon que je venais de lui acheter de la marque Jordon qui étaient totalement neufs. Pourquoi je me suis rendu compte, j’ai le couvert mais pas le chaudron. Donc je ne recommande pas cette compagnie. Merci

J’ai réservé 3 semaines avant mon déménagement et j’ai confirme la semaine avant mon déménagement, 2 camions pour 8:00heures et le tout a été confirmé. La journée de mon déménagement8:00 pas de déménageurs nous avons téléphoné pour savoir ou étaient les camions. Nous nous sommes fait répondre par le propriétaire : désolé vous allez seulement avoir un camion et un autre plus tard 10:30. Le premier devrait être la à 8:30. J’ai téléphoné 4 fois et il me donnait une autre excuse… Le premier camion est arrivé à 11:10et je devais être sortie de la maison avant 12:30. J’ai rappelé pour savoir pour me faire dire par le propriétaire : bien vous allez avoir un camion vers 14:00. Je lui ai dit que nous avions réservé en avance et que c’était inacceptable. Il m’a dit le prochain camion va arriver quand il va être libre. Il était très impoli agressif et me criait après. Un vrai fou! Le deuxième camion est arrivé a 1:10 et il était trop petit j’ai du laisser des choses chez mon voisin et aller les chercher plus tard. La journée du déménagement, le 3 décembre, journée paisible sans neige ni autres intempéries, nous attendions le camion pour 9h30. Après quelques appels à Déménagement Gatineau, sans réponse, une demoiselle a répondu et nous a fait part que les déménageurs avaient dû déneiger le camion et qu’ils avaient sans doute été fatigués donc étaient allés dîner, pourtant, nous n’avions pas eu de neige depuis quelques jours et la pluie des derniers jours a presque tout fait fondre. Nous lui avons demandé de contacter son patron afin qu’il nous appel. À ce point il est presque midi lorsqu’elle rappelle en disant que les déménageurs ne se présenteront pas; puis on se fait dire que les déménageurs de Déménagement Gatineau ne viennent pas dans notre région alors que c’est eux qui nous avaient déménagés en plein cœur de l’hiver au même endroit il y a quelques années. Il a été très difficile de pouvoir parler avec la personne en charge qui finalement nous rappel avec des motifs ridicules et mentionne même la sécurité de ses déménageurs alors que les conditions routières étaient plus qu’adéquate et qu’un sablage additionnel avait été effectué sur le chemin expressément pour accueillir le camion qui serait bien arrivé à destination. Aucune excuse de la part de la personne en charge alors que ceci a causé une suite d’évènements qui ne seraient pas arrivés si nous avions été avisés à l’avance des limites de déplacement de cette compagnie. Dommage que l’option ‘zéro étoile’ pour un pointage n’existe pas sur Google.

Unfortunately, this time has turned out in a nightmarish fashion. While the date and time had been confirmed to us by email the week before, the owner called me that morning to ask if our move was the same or the next day. I still had to call myself 5 times to find out when the movers were coming and it took a good 5 hours to get confirmation. We had booked 3 men with the biggest truck. We had 3 very young beginners with a small truck. This resulted in 2 trips instead of a single trip (impact on the bill because we pay by the hour). Plus, they had to fill up with gas - without deducting time from the bill. We were also assigned 3 breaks of at least 20 minutes each. The lunch break was 90 minutes. As they were already 5 hours late, the final trip ended at 11:30 p.m. on a Sunday evening. Disadvantages for the neighbors. Also, they didn't have any tools needed for the move, so we had to provide them (and actually do everything ourselves). Several floors, walls and furniture were damaged (some in total loss). Finally, at least one of the 3 movers drank beer while on duty. We attempted to discuss the situation on several occasions (by phone and email), with no response from the owner. Nous avions déjà fait affaire avec cette compagnie à 3 reprises dans le passé, sans anicroches. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci s’est déroulée de façon cauchemardesque. Alors qu’on nous a confirmé les date et heure par courriel la semaine précédente, le propriétaire m’a téléphoné le matin-même pour demander si notre déménagement était le jour-même ou le lendemain. J’ai quand même dû téléphoner moi-même 5 fois pour savoir quand les déménageurs arriveraient et ça a pris un bon 5 heures avant d’obtenir une confirmation. On avait réservé 3 hommes avec le plus grand camion. Nous avons eu 3 très jeunes débutants avec un petit camion. Ce qui a résulté en 2 voyages au lieu d’un unique déplacement (impact sur la facture car on paie à l’heure). De plus, ils ont dû aller faire un plein d’essence – sans déduire le temps de la facture. On nous a également chargé 3 pauses d’au moins 20 minutes chacune. La pause de lunch a été de 90 minutes. Comme ils avaient déjà 5 heures de retard, le voyage final s’est terminé à 23 h 30, un dimanche soir. Inconvénients pour les voisins. Par ailleurs, ils n’avaient aucun outil nécessaire au déménagement, et nous avons donc dû les fournir (et en fait de s’occuper du tout nous-mêmes). Plusieurs planchers, murs et meubles ont été endommagés (certains en perte totale). Finalement, au moins un des 3 déménageurs buvait de la bière lorsqu’en service. Nous avons tenté de discuter de la situation à plusieurs reprises (par téléphone et courriel), sans réponse du propriétaire. Aucune excuse, aucun suivi, aucun dédommagement. Il s’en fout. Vraiment désolant, je crois que c’est un nouveau propriétaire car ils étaient si efficaces par les années passées. Bref, nous ne recommandons absolument pas leurs services. Ce serait difficile d’obtenir pire que cette compagnie.

I used this company on June 30th, there were furniture damage and property damage, in my house they damaged the wall corners of going down in the basement, in my new appartment they damaged the wall going to the bedrooms and the coushon floor in the washroom, my dresses were damaged and my sofa was ripped. I advised the one in charge of the move which called the owner and he said he would come fix the things, I never got a.call back, I tried to call several times but he doesn't answer his phone. They are movers but not professional ones. They did not wrap my furniture. My fridge doors had to be taken off which they did, with my tools as they didn't have any, once in my new place they didn't put the fridge together properly, and lost one of my shelves for the fridge, although the one in charge was nice, they are not professional movers, they charge full price as a professional mover would, they took my move when no one else would but they were not respectful towards the handling of my furniture , and were not respectful towards the neignours in the sense that they were loud, they fooled around and did a lot of swearing, when we arrived at the new place it was midnight and they were extremely hyper and loud and fooling around. They put food from my fridge in the storage underneath other boxes it didn't smell very good. I lost all my food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF U HAVE A LARGE MOVE., my move was last minute however they didn't need to damage my things

ILS FONT LA SOURDE OREILLE! Quel manque de professionnalisme! Incapable de faire face à leurs clients insatisfaits ; ils aiment mieux se cacher sous leur roche en espérant que je me tanne!! Not only did it take 2 days for them to deliver my belongings from a 10x10 size storage unit less then 30min away, with 2 guys showing up between 8-10pm each nite (noting no one ever called to notify me of anything, I had to make several phone calls over the two days to find out that either the driver walked off the job, orthey took too small of a truck, or they needed another day, no one ever said a word to me, while I waited around for them!!) They were originally supposed to show up Monday afternoon only as per quote. This company has continued to help themselves to my credit card making multiple transactions for large amounts with no consent or permission on my part, and no receipts, phone calls, any communication or invoices on their part (noting the transaction amounts aren't even the same as the initial quote) This company committs fraud, will treat you like garbage, and that's when you can get a hold of someone, and will damage your belongings! STAY AWAY and spend your money on a better moving company, this one is a rip off, even their own employees walk off the job!!

Friendly service, though charged us over double our quote upon completion. We requested a quote for moving 1 washer and 1 drier. On the phone, we were quoted $115 + $25 + $86.25, for a total of $226.25, and agreed to this price. No electronic quote was shared. No conditions were mentioned. Upon completion of the job, we were told they needed to charge $524.46, as 3-hours was the minimum they could charge for a job. We were never notified of this condition before this point. No written record of this was shared with us until after the job was complete. No verbal mention of this was ever brought up. I called the manager four times over the week to resolve the issue. I was always directed immediately to voicemail, and never received a return call. Upon calling customer service, they relayed that the manager (Tony) refused to refund any portion back. Disappointed in their avoidance in addressing our concern. Will pursue what legal options are available.

Im giving this moving company a 3 star rating as I wait and see if my complaint is dealt with soon ... as I wait and see if I change my rating to a 5 or 1 star depending on the outcome. My next door neighbor moved using this company a few weeks ago. When the truck was pulling out of her driveway they used my driveway across the street to turn the truck around and in doing so rip out my cloths line as the truck pulled in and out of the driveway. No one mentioned anything to me, when I came home from work to find my clothes line ripped out its another neighbor who came over to tell me that he saw the moving truck himself as they pulled in and out of my driveway catching the clothes line in the prosses. The next day I talked to my ex neighbor, now moved out, and asked her if she could see about having my clothes lines fixed. She said it would be no problem and that she had payed for insurance for the moving service and that she had to put in a claim for other small damages that occurred during the move. Weeks later no news ... I call her again and she says that the moving company is not being very helpfull and that they seem to be giving her the run around which seems sad to me as she is a little old lady. So I decide to call the company myself and see if I have better luck. 1st attempt seems fruitful. The lady I talk to is very courteous, takes down my info, reassures me that they have handy men type employees who deal with these small issues all the time and tells me that the boss will call me back. 24 hrs later ... still no call ... I call back again. This time I get another lady on the phone who is not quite as courteous as the 1st one. She doesn't seem to say that I would be entitled to any time of claim, that it should have been done within 48hrs of the move. I told her that my Ex neighbor was taking care of it I though at 1st shortly after the moving date, but that after having no luck she seemed to have given up. The lady on the phone told to to hold the line and that she would put the boss on, 2sec pass, she comes quickly back on the line to tell me that ''the boss is busy, he is in court'' I am told that he will call me back and I am still waiting. We will see how this plays out and if ''Déménagement Gatineau'' will help me with my little problem caused by their move next door. I will keep this post as 3 star as we ''wait for the verdict'' ... :-/

On the first trip the movers arrived stoned, late and with a smaller truck than expected. They broke several walls and slipped my freezer up the stairs. During the second trip from the warehouse to my new home I realized that several pieces of furniture had been damaged. The company referred me to a cabinet maker who disappeared with one of my tables for more than 2 months claiming he was ill. The owner of the moving company never returns his calls and his voicemail is always full if you call him directly. I ended up getting my table back but still in a poor state. En arrivant a l entrepôt le conducteur du camion c est mis a faire du drift dans le stationnement avec mes meubles a l interieur. Lors du deuxieme voyage de l entrepot a ma nouvelle demeure je me suis rendu compte que plusieurs meubles avait été abimés. La compagnie m a référé a un ébéniste qui a disparu avec une de mes tables pendant plus de 2 mois prétextant qu il etait malade. Le proprio de la compagnie de déménagement retourne jamais ses appels et sa boite vocale est toujours pleine si vous l appeler lui directement. After the phone call I just witnessed between a customer and the owner of this company, I'm disgusted by the way he( owner) treated , the customer. Completely unprofessional. Not taking responsibility for damages caused by his workers and calling the customer a liar! Then towards the end if the call, pretends to not speak English after speaking it 3/ 4 through the call .unprofessional.

Un jeune de 25 ans et deux autres d'environ 17 ans gros comme des roseaux. Le camion n'était la grosseur demandée, beaucoup trop petit, plus tard j'ai appris que le camion que j'avais demandé était au garage...... les jeunes de 17 ans avaient aucune experience, ce que j'ai su par la suite...... le stress lorsqu'ils ont sorti mon réfrigérateur de $3,000. Trop pesant pour les roseaux. Ils n'avaient pas de strap, ils ont échappé mon meuble d'homme de la chambre des maîtres. Ils ont envoyé un second camion en après-midi pour prendre le reste de mes choses. Bref un montant assez salé pour mon déménagement 1200.00 pour avoir vécu un stress considérable toute la journée. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie.
