No other words says it “”AMAZING…..”” I was very nervous with my move last night as I had a very heavy bedroom set that had to be moved from a second floor! AND I was worried on how are they going to move this without damaging my walls. Well it went amazingly well no damages to my walls so I worried for nothing, because I had an amazing crew that came into do the move, I want to congratulate Richard, Lance and Olivier on my move. They were very careful and respectful and very clean, I was surprised that Olivier asked me if he can wash his hands prior to going upstairs to move the bedroom set. They came to the door very respectfully, clean had their face masks on due to COVID-19. They did an inspection of what had to be moved and they ran with it. All floors had been covered, all items had been wrapped and they worked very well together. And also this crew was bilingual when they noticed I spoke English they started to communicate to me in English… impressive… I highly recommend this moving company “Déménagement André Bélair” and this crew Richard, Lance, Olivier. Again please make sure that the crew has received this message, and I will make sure to recommend this company and crew to anyone that I know that needs a moving company. Again thank you for making this the best, smooth move ever and I have had several in the past and was not impressed like this one. And one other thing… when I called to book the moving company, the receptionist was very pleasant and Mr. Bélair you were as well when I booked this move, I had called other companies but nothing in comparison as you. Extremely expensive, wrong information, damaged property they didnt own up to, and being threatened with suing me if I posted a bad review. Will never hire them again Never gave me clear information as to how the storage would be calculated (ended up paying 2 weeks more than other places). Piled up heavy cartons on top of light ones and found some of my stuff crushed. When i complained, I was told that it was my fault for not checking in 24 hours if things were broken. And then threatened with "consequences and legal actions" if i posted a bad review, what a service!!

Une équipe qui ne veut pas forcer, qui se dit incapable de monter un meuble avant même d'avoir vu les lieux, un patron qui n'a aucun contrôle sur ses hommes. Des promesses de monsieur Bélair qui ne sont pas tenues. En somme très mauvaise expérience. En réponse au commentaire de monsieur Bélair j'aimerais ajouter qu'en date d'aujourd'hui 2 déménageurs de chez "Sélect déménagement" ont monté le fameux meuble prétendument inmontable.
