At times I am not a big fan of Air Canada, but I recognize they have treated me very well many times when I flew with them. The staff seem always friendly and helpful. A visit back to BC on a flight in April proved to me that their staff does go the extra mile. My sugars was dropping fast and I couldn't get to my wallet to purchase some food. I left it in my jacket, which I stowed overhead. (I'm too short to reach). I thought I could wait out the next 3 hrs but I started to get shaky and go pale. I walked to back of the plane and asked one of the stewards if I could have a little snack to get me by, my sugar is dropping. He immediately got me some crackers and cheese to eat and offered me a chicken sandwich. He took me back to the seat and helped me open the packages. He then checked in on me after a few minutes and asked if I needed anything else. I wish I remembered his name because he was super taking care of me. When the plane landed I offered to pay as I had my wallet again. He said no, not to worry about it. His act of kindness I will not forget! As for Air Canada, I always think of their stewards' kind gesture. I recognize their excellent service.

Flight was great from Sydney, Nova Scotia ! But then they send my luggage to customs and I waited an extra hour to get it. They should refund me charge of the luggage I paid.
