Worst moving experience of my life. Broke much of our furniture, and then hid it. I had to ask them where my missing pieces were and then they told me that they dropped and smashed them. They would not have owned up to it otherwise. The rest of the furniture took a beating and now everything has scratches and marks. The house was wrecked while they were moving the furniture, with black shoe marks on the floors and dents on the walls. They did put out a runner carpet in the beginning, but kicked it aside when they found it too annoying. We had them come take a look at the house ahead of time but they were not able to fit the furniture in the truck they brought and so even though the move was given a contracted price, they charged us more as they had to come back the next day. Overall, I would recommend that everyone avoid this company.

Anything but professional, First of all they did call befor delivery claiming roads in Westport were bad and would not be able to deliver. The caller was actual very rude telling this to my wife. She gave them the directions and said that I would meet them at the end of our lane. When I met up with them I asked the driver how he was with driving on a country lane. He remarked that he had drove all over Canada and on worse roads. So why when he got to our lane way he started to back down. Because he refused... So they put it in the back of my truck. When I asked them to get in it was a NO Sir, once it's out of our truck we are not responsible. He went on to further suggest that it was not his fault just company policy and to call the store. This is a common problem with this company. Refuse to deliver or assist the customer.
