Ants moved someone into a building that I manage. Somehow at the end of the move a door got locked and that inconvenienced them. Rather than walk the 50 meters around to the front door to dial me, they sought out my wife, and proceeded to call her vulgar names, (swearing), and berate her for five minutes. I called them to complain and the owner answered and it turns out he is the one that flipped out on my wife. So needless to say he defended himself by saying it is a stressful job, one mistake and it costs $3000. Well, get insurance I guess? Anyway, I don't see how him getting locked out for 2 minutes elicited this response. I would not recommend these people to move you, unless you enjoy being yelled at by small minded people for no reason. They seem unable to problem solve, or control their temper. Really bad people skills.

Awesome service!! Everything was taken care of for me and there were no issues at all. The guys were great and I am definitely going to use them again. ???? highly recommended by me!

Never use these people as they did not show up. Multiple phone messaged left with no response from them. I certainly will tell everyone not to use this company.

The team showed up right on time and was super efficient!! They got 50 boxes plus all of our furniture (two bedroom apartment with a basement) moved in under three hours! The guys were friendly and careful with everything. Even our 80 gallon aquarium! I’m not sure why their rating is so low on Google - they definitely deserve a much better rating because these guys were great! And about half the cost of some of the other places we got quotes for in town. Would highly recommend.

After being booked and confirmed for 1 month for a three storey, 4 bedroom home with garage, pool shed and hot tub, we were sent a 12 foot trailer towed behind a truck and two guys when we booked three. They sped away almost hitting my partner because we were in the wrong for looking completely shocked and awed by what they sent to the house. Not to mention didn’t call us or answer the phone after leVing is high and dry. Terrible, wouldn’t use them. Thank you the Kingston Pro Movers that picked up where Ants never could have started. No wonder they charge hourly, with the set up they sent it would have taken three days. Unprepared and stranded completely by this company. Not a great way to get a recommendation. I really don’t like to do this but people should be warned when booking that they were terrible for us. Really disappointing considered it was so recommended to use to start. Moving is stessful to say the least. Avoid this one if you don’t want any more!

Moving my father-in-law into a nursing facility from his seniors residence with such short notice, The Ants Movers were extremely accommodating. Despite being their third and final move of the day, the movers remained courteous and efficient. They were truly focused on the task at hand. They were extremely careful with my father-in-laws cherished moveables. The cost was also reasonable. Highly recommended.

I did not not book this firm directly but they showed up, apparently contracted by the firm I booked thru. The guy was clearly annoyed that the job was not what he was expecting and was not friendly, helpful or personable. While I was on the phone with the other company trying to rectify the issue, they drove away without saying a word and clearly had no qualms about leaving me in a completely untenable situation! As much as the main fault was that of the other firm, based on the attitude and complete lack of professionalism shown by these guys, I would strongly advise against using them!!!

I'll rate this company one star, only because they moved our furniture. BUT they came at 9am when we had booked for noon, guy was mad that our couch wouldn't fit up the stairs, we were charged double what they quoted us over the phone - took less than 3 hours to move everything we had. $100 'truck rental' fee that we were not made aware of. The 'guy in charge' made us feel like we were an inconvenience to his day - not friendly or personable whatsoever. Brought all of my things in to a small room, stacked everything on top of one another and left after accepting booze and pizza from us at the end of it all. We will not be recommending this company to friends and family and we know a lot of people in Kingston. Very unfortunate experience.

They are absolutely the worst. The owner cursed at me when he told me the double booked and that he has to reschedule my move. Hung up on me never returned my calls then finally did and then just didn't show up for my move. DO NOT USE THEM!!!. WAST OF TIME AND MONEY!!!. they are the worst company to hire. I was talking to Simon. Very very unprofessional and will curse at you over anything if it doesn't go his way. Completly screwed me over. Don't go with them. They will screw you over.
