Jessie and his crew at alpha dog Moving were fantastic, We had a long distance move from Kingston to Toronto, 3 guys arrived on time, had our entire 5 bedroom house emptied in 2.5 hours, drove all the way to Toronto and off loaded the truck before we even got there. In this work of sketchy movers its reassuring to know that there a companies like Alphadog. Thanks Guys

They Arrived on time, and the movers were extremely friendly. None of my stuff was broken and best of all the bill was substantially less than what was estimated to cost. They have stepped up and offered their support for a volunteer effort we were involved with and are always willing to lend a hand. This week they are moving another one of our team to Kingston and we are confident that it will be equally excellent. This crew is the finest moving company I have used and glad that everyone I've recommended them to has had equally excellent service. Using Alpha Dog is definitely one of the worst decisions we have made. Jesse came to our house and gave an estimate and was beyond confident that they guarantee their estimate and they wouldn’t go over. Come to moving day, Dylan was working and Jesse was nowhere to be found. Never have I ever heard someone speak to a customer the way Dylan did. It was beyond disrespectful. After a few words and disagreements with Dylan, we called Jesse (while the move was happening) and agreed on a final price, but when the day was done, Dylan had a price more than what was agreed on, and refused to accept that his brother Jesse had made a deal for a different price. The way Dylan was speaking to us literally left us dumbfounded. Most of the things that Jesse said they would take no problem (picture frames and large photos for example) were just left sitting in our house. We had to borrow a truck and trailer to do three more trips to get things they just left sitting there. We have tried to get In touch with Jesse and after many calls and voicemails, we still have yet to hear from him. We give this company zero stars and would never recommend them to anyone.

I do NOT recommend! They were late and left early. Poorly packed the truck leaving half my stuff in old location and forced me to rent my own truck and complete the move myself. Abysmal service!

Was supposed to be at our place at 12pm and it's currently 246 was supposed to be out by today from my current place. No call no show never picked up the phone on their end either just goes to voice mail. Also no real address to be able to talk to someone face to face to figure out the problem they have caused. I Called 2 days ahead to make sure they had all the details right and they said they were all good to go . Clearly noone has showed up or called regarding being late. So I'm stuck with my house packed up ready to move and noone here.

BEWARE! Would not reccommend this company unless you want a shouting match to try and get him to fulfill what he was hired to do.! My 84yr old renter had them move her. They changed her time, she obliged. They had to come back total 3 days in a row to complete their end of the bargain (After much conversation to get him to complete the job). Will promise you the world and then lie to get out of it. Jesse likes to smooth things over verbally but then TRY to gaslight you into thinking he didn't promise her that. Lots of mind games and manipulation. My tenant and I each at 2 different phone calls ended up in a shouting match with him on the phone. Then "nice as pie" after standing up to him. Now he's claiming he gave her the "key back" when questioned. I don't believe him. Insinuating that she doesn't "remember him giving it to her". He has on several occasions indicated...she's forgot I gave her the key! Not so this is the brightest most clever 84yr you will ever met. And clearly does not have any memory issues like he tried to let on. (So, he could look like the good guy!) NOT SO... RUN to the next mover....NOT worth the stress, lies, or gaslighting! Tries to LOOK good but is not reliable....especially if you have time constraints....Like getting out before the next tenant moves in. Would NOT recommend this company.

My fiance and I have never hired a moving company before. We did some calling around last minute and being a busy time of year we found many scheduling problems. The crew with Alpha dog were able to fit us in and we could not have been happier with our experience. If we ever need moving services again these guys will be our first call. So personable and professional. I highly recommend giving these guys a call.
