Follow their instruction to enter all moving detail for a quote a week ago and they have never responded. Should you trust this kind of business practice? for me, NO ABSOLUTELY

I used them 4/23/21 for a in state move , they were terrific, first I had to cancel for a issue out of state, then I emailed them back and told them I was no longer going and could she put me back on the schedule and she did. The two guys were on time , stayed in communication with me , the worked fast , and very hard , disassembled and Reassemble when I got to my new place and I told her a certain price I didn’t want to go over not only did they not go over, but far below, I can’t thank them enough , I would recommend them to anybody and if I move again will use them again .

Absolutely horrible. They knew they had issues the night before, but didn't let me know they wouldn't show up until almost 3 hours after they were supposed to be here. I'm pregnant and now have to put myself in a dangerous medical situation to load a truck. Incredibly unprofessional.

Koller did a great job for us. They came out and gave us an accurate price quote. Arrived on time to get us loaded and halfway across the country. They were a tad late arriving for delivery, but we had to account for travel allowance time and the fact that they had to go through Atlanta to get here. Once they arrive it was smooth and easy for delivery. Nice crew and very careful with all our belongings. We would definitely use them again if we were in their area again.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Koller. Not only did they help move my home in a very efficient and timely manner, their prices were very competitive. They worked with me when I had to change days and times and made the whole ordeal way less stressful. Great locally owned company, highly recommend.
