They made my move easy and stress free. If you’re doing a military move, request them as a preferred company.

They will never pay you a fair price for broken items, and in our case the movers brokes several things in front of us, and this Company says that things were already broken. I do not recommend them. Bad service, dishonest and unfair, they give you the cheapest if they replace something.

Horrible service. I had an in home estimate set up and no one showed up or even called. I wasted my time and energy waiting for what I thought would be professional movers only to find how unprofessional they really are by pulling this. I called repeatedly to reach someone and no one would pick up the phone and my messages have not been returned. Do not use this company, go woth someone who actually understands reliability, this company will leave you hanging.

As part of one (contracted out) leg of a job-covered relocation, APACA packed and loaded my belongings. The people seemed nice—the planner/evaluator was on time and did a great job; the movers were nice and great to talk to. That said, we’re now missing $1.5k worth of stuff: power tools, a camera and accessories, and some jewelry. These items were not in any of the boxes at our destination and all boxes were accounted for. Moreover, the rooms/house was empty after packing. I can only conclude that these items were not packed. Now, I have to deal with the contracting/coordinating company’s insurance and it’s looking as if I’m getting $0 because ‘they cannot accept liability’. Our stuff getting stolen is annoying and sad, and our claim getting denied is infuriating; the real tragedy is that this company, APACA, will still get business and will still be used as a local agent. If you have a choice, I would urge you to stay clear of them. Or, if you don’t, don’t let anyone out of your sight.

We made an appointment for an estimator to come to our house at 5:00 pm. He never showed up and we did not get a phone call to let us know. We called the office in the morning to cancel, will not do business with these people because of the lack of consideration.

This company did their best to get my belongings to me as quickly as possible, despite hang ups with other parties. On moving day, only two men showed up due to the busy season. They worked tirelessly to unload and unwrap my belongings. The communication was great, and they took great care to ensure my satisfaction.

The only complaint I have is that it took them a few days to get my stuff to my apartment after they received my crates from the trucking company. Otherwise they were great. The crew was very quick and efficient at unloading my stuff and organizing it in my house. They worked late that day to make sure everything was satisfactory. The crew chief was also kind enough to point out to me multiple items that had been damaged by the company that loaded my stuff prior to being shipped. He said he didn't want to hide anything to cover for his or the partner company. I appreciated his honesty and have since made the appropriate insurance claim. Based on my experience with the packing company I'll likely never use a moving company again, but these guys were indeed the best part of the whole process.

APACA was assigned to deliver my household goods from storage during my PCS. The crew was on time, professional, and friendly. They were very careful when unloading and placing my goods and worked with me to check off every box that came into the house. No items were broken and the delivery was fast and smooth. Would recommend!

So my employer gave me three moving companies they would pay for as part of relocation. I looked up all three, Apaca had the lowest google review so I ignored them. I tried one company - they would say I'll call you right back and I wouldn't hear from them in a week. The second couldn't remember any details of my move from one conversation to the next. Finally, we decided to call Apaca since we were getting nowhere and nothing scheduled with the other companies. Glad we did. Apaca did a fantastic job. At the point in the process we called them, we needed to move fast. They were able to get us scheduled, move an entire house with a hot tub and sauna and a piano heavier then the hot tub. They were professional, extremely courteous. They made a very stressful move go very easily. The movers were absolutely fantastic - very grateful to have had them move us. Not sure why there were bad reviews - this is a great company to work with.

This is the best move I’ve ever had! APACA packed up everything in my home, loaded it all into 3 big trucks, took everything across Country to our new home and put everything into its new place. Then unpacked, took away all the boxes and paper then helped set up the house as if we had been living there for years.

These guys were great! From the beginning of this move we have been at as ease knowing that we choose the right company to move our family. The packers were polite and aware of the proper ways to pack our belongings including our fragile collectibles. The inventory was thorough and the crew leader spent extra time going over all of the paperwork so we understood it all. We received everything at our new home quicker than expected and happy to be settled and ready for school. Thanks APACA !

I recently moved out of state and the move with Apaca was a nightmare from start to finish. They seem to be unable to handle basic business communication and they never followed-up with me -- if I left a message regarding dates for the move, for example, I would have to call them back, they never called me. EVER. And then they were five days past the set delivery time, so I ended up camping out in an empty house for 2 weeks. The packers they sent did a shoddy job and a lot of my furniture and goods were badly damaged, one chair arrived without one of it's parts so it's unusable, the TV cord is lost, an antique desk had parts broken, a microwave oven's door was smashed and destroyed, etc. etc. It was horrible to see my things arrive at my new home and have so many things broken or unusable. Use anyone other than this company.

Terrible company to deal with, we are a repair firm they hired to fix moving related damages, the customer was very happy, but we were stiffed on payment, so do not do work for them they will never pay you.
