I would provide zero stars if able. My wife Maddie Darnell and I used all my sons moving company for our move in October. We appreciated that the moving company was able and willing to work on Sunday as that is the timing that worked. We are giving a bad rating as in the move, all my sons crew chipped the front door of our brand new house and the frame of our front door, tore the linoleum in our laundry room, damaged my dresser, chipped the drywall in our old houses bedroom and broke our treadmill. Fixing the door and frame was quoted at $500 to fix or $2000 to get the replacement kit. The linoleum in the laundry room was quoted at $1000. The dresser is not realistically fixable but would cost about $300 to replace. Our treadmill was an almost brand new $1400 Proform treadmill and does not work at all. We reached out to All My Sons to talk about the damage and they told us that they would give us $300. We responded that $300 would not even come close to the cost of the damages and they came back offering $450 as their final offer. They were nice people to work with but at the end of the day, we paid $1600 for their service and we are now out $2800 in addition to that due to the damages caused by All My Sons on our brand new home. It is important to mention that the leader of the three person crew was great and communicative. They worked hard but my items are still damaged and we are finding pieces of our treadmill all over our house. I should also add that they didn’t assemble our furniture correctly and lost screws, parts, and necessary pieces to build our bed and desks.

We contacted All My Sons Moving to help move my parents to a new residence. Besides the problems mentioned below, this company charged 30 min overtime costing $90 more than what was paid near the end of the job. The price range from Joe (in the office) at the time we were leaving the first residence changed from the $700-$800 range to over $1,100 near the completion of the job. Upon the final exit from the new residence Brian said they went over by 30 min and charged an extra $90. I mentioned that they wasted time by not having tools to efficiently work causing them to look for maintenance personnel in both the initial and new building. I then spoke with Joe in their office about my dissatisfaction with the charges. He did not provide any resolution despite me telling him how time was wasted and that at the end of the job Brian asked me to locate his 2 workers to help him finish; I found them sitting in the truck. He told me he had to pay his workers and told me they had clocked out from the job! I stated their overtime was due to not having the required tools causing the time to go over. And they also wasted time by shrink wrapping a glass table that they could not fit through the door ( I mentioned I did not think it would fit unless they took the top off) but they did not have tools to remove the glass. This caused them to remove all of the wrap then look for the maintenance person in the building to borrow tools to take the glass off the table. They also needed tools to take the wall unit apart. I later noticed that the boxes stacked on the dolly that fell off during the move resulted in fragile collectible models breaking. A floor lamp was left in the hallway of the apartment which the movers told me they did not have time to go back and retrieve. The customer had to get a larger vehicle and retrieve the lamp later in the day. I would not use this company again. I don’t feel they are forthcoming. While moving a dresser in the new they gouged a door frame which I observed and pointed out to them. Thankfully I observed it so my parents would not be responsible for the repair.

I spoke with manager Chris L. who explained everything to me, gave me the exact price so when it was all said and done there were no hidden fees on the bill. The crew that showed up, showed up on time and handled all of our belongings with care and expertise. Cody, Warren, Jorge and Caleb were amazing for us today! They moved a difficult hot tub, and adapted to the fact that I way underestimated how much stuff we had to move! They each did it with a smile and professionalism, which is why I gave them each a huge tip. *Side note for anyone who wonders if they should tip….yes!! My personal recommendation is $10 per hr worked per mover. The fact that they are packing and doing the heavy lifting….totally worth it!

I was so happy when I first talked to a representative, that I guess doesn’t work in the office. She was so sweet, and told me they would be able to dissemble my home gym, and that this company has had years of experience. She had me booked for the next day. I cleared out my schedule, I didn’t go to work because, I was planning on having the movers come. I speak with the manager the morning of, and he proceeds to tell me that they don’t dissemble because it’s a liability… which I understand but when he was telling me he was being also rude !!! He kept speaking over me when I was trying to explain that a representative had told me they could … not for my benefit but for his ! So he would be aware of someone who is misinforming clients and making your company look unprofessional…. Then he proceeded to charge me, 200$ before even doing the job and then calling to cancel me and tell me he can’t have his movers move my gym. . I did get a quick refund though !

I received a quote from All My Son's. I did some more research and got a few more quotes and decided not to choose someone else. I have let them know that I chose a different company via email, two different phone numbers via text message and a voicemail message that I left with the manager. They're still calling, texting and emailing about when they can book my move. Their automated system even called me on Thanksgiving, then sent me to voicemail, as they were not in the office. I have had to resort to blocking their messages as spam, because no matter how many times I reply, they continue to contact me.

They were extremely rude. My thorough relative visited the office and arranged everything. Then 5 days later (when I was on a business trip) they called to confirm everything and even asked the to/from address(!!). I asked- didn’t he already had it? “Well, I just don’t.” I put up with it because it had been arranged by my relative. The rep. said they would be there between 8:30-9am the NEXT day - the FIRST stop. Then they did NOT show the next day. I called them at 9:30 to ask where they were. “Oh, you will be the 2nd call of the day -“ I don’t care if I am first or second. I do care that movers SHOW UP at the TIME AND DATE that they say they will. I fired them and hired someone else for the next day.

I worst company i have deal with. If there was no star option i will put it. I will never deal with them again and i do not recommend their service to any one. At first they told me everything about how they going to calculate the time and the amount to pay differently than what the guy how move my stuff he said that everything we agreed on the phone is wrong. Then their card reader did not work and they called the card as stolen or fake card which is not true it is International card and for some reason only their system did not accepted it. Also they do not want to bring my cat litter back and everyday i called to see if they find it they say it is only cat litter and they do not have time .

The guys were very professional and handled our items with care, while also making us feel comfortable and at ease. It seems this is a company that is inconsistent with the employees it hires. I trust that many of the positive reviews are accurate, however I would be very wary of hiring this company. The movers showed up on time however my crew was incredibly unprofessional and I ended up with multiple broken items and higher cost than expected. The movers were not apologetic with any of the items they broke. While hiring movers was certainly easier than doing my move on my own, I would not book with this company again.

In a season of moving chaos, being canceled on by other moving companies and zero uhaul trucks available, my last resort was renting and loading a self pack trailer for my impending cross-country move. Too many cancellations and lack of showing up had plagued me previously and I was now at the tail end of my timeline to move with a very tight schedule. Then eventually my call to All My Sons was the beginning of my luck finally changing. James answered, walked me through the pricing, options and flexibility I had with my move, a quality I didn't know was still possible. He made everything clear and easy, communicated days prior and leading up to the move, giving me confidence in AMS's ability to coordinate with a client and address all of their needs. Finally, I felt that my move would actually happen and I was able to update the crew on developments with the delivery of my trailer. The day of the move I received clear communication from the crew, something the other companies easily overlooked, and they quickly adjusted to my still changing needs then showed up precisely on time. My crew consisted of Cody and Jorge and the arrived ready, friendly, and eager to complete the job. These men packed the trailer so fast my head spun but the absolute best part was how they maximized the available space saving me hundreds of dollars! Color me impressed! They were wonderful, polite, professional and walked me through the process and how they could attend to my move as needed. I went from series of cancellations, let downs and wasted money to a well oiled team from James the dispatcher through the 2-man crew of Cody and Jorge. I want to sincerely thank these individuals for re-instilling my faith in good movers, especially in one of the busiest and most depressing season I've seen in some time. Thank you all, I'll be happy to not only highly recommend this business, but I'll certainly be using them in the future whenever possible. Not only did the crew come down from Fort Collins to Castle Rock, while arriving on time, they were able to make up for the horrible experience we had with a different company the previous day. Anthony, Brandon, Kail...... I would provide negative stars if I could. They not only took 8 hours to move a 2 bed 1 frontroom house (roughly 700 SQ ft) but then DIDNT FINISH!!!!! I hired movers so that all I had to clean up the old home after they left and instead I'm now spending my next day finishing their job. 1700 down the drain. They took their sweet time. They all worked on the same thing at once like they couldn't be without each other. 3 guys it does not take to move 1 bed ????. To say I'm unhappy in an under statement and they did not do what they were paid for. The manager acted like I was wrong for telling him they were taking their time to do very little. To say don't hire this company is me being nice. And the screen shot is what I got seconds after posting this post from their driver's. Just wow then after leaving my review the driver sent me a text telling me how my house was dirty (ya buddy I'm moving) and how he would give me 1 star if he could... Just unbelievable.

My husband and I have some very heavy, very expensive furniture. All gifted to us from family. We hired All my sons to help ensure the same move of our belongings. The original call was good. Got everything booked and paid a deposit. Tried calling back days before our move and was put on hold for over an hour. Eventually the hold 'loop' stopped and disconnected my call. Next morning I receive a call from the company to sort out details. Three man crew between 7:45 and 8:45 am. Day before I'm called again, due to truck problems, it will now be 11-3. Okay, I can handle that, I can understand a broken truck. 3 o'clock rolls around and I haven't received a call from anyone. So, I try calling them. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, but delivery truck driver finally calls me. At 3:30, so say that after they eat lunch they will be over. Finally at 4:30 (although the crew started their time at 4:15), a loading truck arrived. They did a horrible job. Truly just scary to watch. They were rude and acted like being there was a huge inconvenience. They left scratches and scrapes all over my mom's home (my husband and I were living in her basement). They banged my furniture into walls, ceilings and more. They damaged two of my expensive pieces. And then when all was said and done, they were extra pushy for a tip. They were poor at communication, they were extremely late without so much as an apology, they were haphazard and they damaged my home and my belongings. I'd leave zero stars if I could. Will never use this company again, and if you have anything of value, you shouldn't either.

Our crew was awesome, especially Bobby and Wallace. We live in a rural area that is hard to get to and has a gravel driveway to deal with. On top of it we had a gun safe that was unbelievably heavy and had to make it down a long gravel path to the basement. The guys went over and above getting that moved and put into the basement. For as small of a home we had and moving to the other side of town it should not have taken 3 movers 5 hours to load up our boxes and furniture. This does not include the unloading time at the new home. Because it was taking so long my husband started to help unload the truck at the new home! In the process of moving 2 pieces of furniture were damaged. We have moved 3 different times in the past 5 years and this was by far the most expensive and worst experience we have had with a moving company. The moving crew was nice but man were they slow! We would not use this company again or recommend them.

The WORST assembled a majority of my furniture incorrectly spent half of their time on their phones no sense of Hustle or urgency they so much as wrapped up my TV and fragile items with my own bedding and wrapped it in tape. Rude and unprofessional I have now spoken with the new manager 5 times to see about having my furniture correctly assembled and he says someone will be out that day to fix the furniture yet no one has come or even called the biggest waste of money and time. We hired and paid a deposit in April for a June move. The experience started off great and professional but couldn’t be more disappointed and frustrated with the experience the weekend of what should have been our move. The week of our move the details and timeline were confirmed with James. On the confirmation call he explained realistically our delivery window on Saturday would be towards the end of the window. No big deal. We spent the day moving personal belongings, internet small items etc in anticipation for the crew to arrive as planned that afternoon. At the end of the window there was no sign of them, gave James a call and he explained they were behind schedule, short staffed, and wouldn’t be able to make it happen before the crew members timed out at 5:15pm. He was very apologetic and arranged the crew to reschedule the pickup for the next day, Sunday first thing in the morning at 7:45am. He said Eli the driver would be my next call and he would also call me to check-in through the morning move. We understand staffing shortages and delays so was understanding and accommodating with rescheduling the next day. Sunday morning 7:45am comes around and no call from Eli or the company. I called the office at 8am with no answer. Emailed James, no response. Called the corporate office, was put on hold for 25 minutes. The customer service agent said she was trying to get ahold of the Fort Collins team and that they were “getting it together”, after a few more minutes on hold she told me I would receive an email from a manager in the next few minutes. After an hour and no email I called back. A gentleman put me on hold for over 45 minutes before I hung up and also sent another email to James with no response. I called back and the third person was able to actually give me any kind of guidance.They said they couldn’t get ahold of anyone in Fort Collins, reached out to her corporate manager who would be contacting me. No word from James or anyone the rest of the day. It was mostly frustrating as James said Saturday when he rescheduled the move he would personally call to check-in through the day. He completely ghosted us Sunday. Monday morning I still hadn’t heard from the All My Sons team. I actually have to drive by the warehouse on my way to work. As I was driving by I saw a truck pulling out of the lot. I called the office and finally got a hold of James for the first time since Saturday. He explained he was so sorry and embarrassed. Also, that he fired most of his staff and will be doing a mass hiring. I don’t need to hear the excuses and behind the scenes drama. If the staff was fired and no staff available to reschedule the move yet again then why was the truck pulling out with a crew first thing Monday morning? James refunded my deposit and apologized again. The poor excuses and refund doesn’t make up for the frustrating inconvenience, time spent on hold, new last minute moving accommodations, and most importantly the lack of communication and customer service. Based on the very poor communication I wouldn’t recommend trusting All My Sons with any size move.

It seems I’m not the first one to say this: DO NOT trust their price quote. I was told $350 tops over the phone to move 4-5 pieces into storage. It ended up being $500- over $100 of which was cardboard packing material for one individual 55” tv. If I knew this price originally I would have gone elsewhere. They know that though and do not give you any concrete pricing until the end. If you’re going across town it would be better to find some people off Craigslist. The movers themselves were personable and did a great job. The surprise price and lack of transparency was not what you’d expect from a nationwide company.

I’ve thought long and hard before posting this. Things started off ok on moving day but definitely deteriorated. Half way through the packing they said that they had another job to go to. They basically just threw everything into the truck to take it to my storage unit. They said that they would leave me a space that I could walk between. This didn’t happen. My boxes etc were placed haphazardly in the unit, I haven’t been able to access anything past the first level . The company didn’t come to my house to assess, we did a video walk through. I was very clear how much had to be moved ie everything.. I was newly widowed and didn’t feel up to complaining straight away. The move was in May last year. Please think twice before using this company.

While the gentleman that moved us were professional and courteous, I had multiple items damaged. My washing machine was damaged beyond use. My brand new recliner was punctured by setting the chair on top of bolts from my dining room table. I had 4 casserole dishes broken and my fairly new clothes dryer dented. As they only pay $.60 per pound for damages, the $135.00 we received did not cover the replacement on any 1 item. Not very pleased and do not recommend them at all.

In reading some of the reviews, it seems that disgruntled employees are permitted to leave less than truthful (lies) comments about a company that are OBVIOUSLY in retaliation. This is off-topic and has nothing to do with the treatment of a customer. If you carefully read reviews and look at the language used and the obvious hateful content, you can surely spot deceit. Our situation wasn't ideal- they unpacked 3 uhaul box storage units across a large complex lot and up to the 3rd floor in about 2 hours. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I was dreading this move after a previous moving expience when I made the bad decision of going with a company that let's other companies bid to move your items. All my sons gave me a good estimate and had their own guys come out and do everything and if I forgot something they didn't mind and brought it down to the truck. James from all my sons moving did an awful job. After showing up late and refusing to complete my move within the day it was booked he insisted on charging me an extra fee in order to come out and complete the job. I ended up hiring professionals to complete it. His lack of professionalism and self-awareness boggles my mind. When I thought my esteem for him could not get any lower he took time out of his day to call and complain that family members who heard how I was treated wrote negative Google reviews. James, knowing that you do take time out of your day to review these I have a suggestion. Instead of trying to coerce customers do not leave negative reviews and writing many fake positive reviews, perhaps you could spend some of that time learning how to do your job in a more efficient and effective way. PLEASE USE ANY OTHER MOVERS!

Last item of the unload into our brand new home, the movers smashed a corner of my drywall and took 10" right out of the wall. Dealing with their customer service department has been a nightmare. There were no attempts to reach out to me after this incident. All communications came from me calling the local office and then (when no one could help me) their main office. I just called after 2 weeks of not hearing anything. The customer service rep was incredibly rude over the phone. All she could tell me was that they have one month to fox the problem. Good bye. Save your time, money, and energy. Go with a different company and avoid all my sons.

NOT THE CASE HERE! I am absolutely thrilled with the moving service provided by All My Sons – AND – I want everyone to know about it! The crew was prompt, courteous, respectful, and efficient. This crew was very communicative, asking pertinent questions and explaining everything as we went. They were also personable and very likable. I know “likable” is not a reason to hire someone to move you, but it sure makes the day less stressful and much more pleasant. Then when it came time to make a claim they offered me less than 30% off the value. This organization is not to be trusted. If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would. I used All My Sons in March to go from an apartment from the tech center to Lohi. They made a huge emphasis about saving the moving truck parking so I drove to the apartment at nine in the morning to have someone park in a spot for them. I was told the truck and movers would arrive between 10-2 and at two I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called and was transferred to someone and then hung up on. I called again and someone finally sent over a truck from Golden so they didn’t arrive until almost four. I didn’t have any large furniture besides a queen bed (no couch or anything) and I was moving into a one bedroom. The guys disappeared for an hour after I saw them go past my exit to my apartment. They said they ran out of water and needed gas. My headboard was damaged, a marble bench got a chip in it, and they lost a step stool of mine. I was charged 400 over the quote I signed before we left my old apartment. I called to complain and never got a call back. For one bedroom I paid almost a grand so you can say my experience was very poor.

My son used this mover they showed up 8 hours late. They moved half the load and then it was so late they said they would move the rest the next day and would charge him 150 more for transportation fees and an extra $250. The actual moving guys were efficient and did good on the part they moved. I would not recommend them at all.

If you are thinking of hiring this moving company don't do it!!! I booked this company about six weeks in advance and followed all the procedures that they outlined. They did everything over the phone and not once did they suggest that someone come to my home in person, they gave me a quote based on the size of my home and gave me an hourly rate. They showed up the day of my move, once I had everything packed and ready to go. They came with 3 men instead of the 4 they promised and within 15 minutes I had a call from their office telling me that instead of the $199.00 per hour, I now needed to agree to a minimum fee of $2500.00 or they would pull their movers. My estimate was that this move would take about 5 to six hours with four guys and now they wanted to double that cost. They thought they had be up against the wall and that I would agree, but I didn't. I knew I was being scammed. They left me standing there, high and dry. They told me that I was dishonest about how much I had to move, that I should have had someone come out for an estimate. That would have been fine, but they are the professionals, why didn't they suggest that? I have never had anyone move me before. The fact is that I did not have even half the furniture that a house my size normally would, they were just scamming me. I sent 3 texts to family and friends about my situation and within an hour I had 6 people and a truck half the size that the moving company had at my doorstep. It took us 5 hours to move me and we are not professional movers.

I had Cody, Lane, and Micah help me with my move. They were on time, friendly and professional. I told them I had one item I would like them to be extra careful with and they wrapped it in plastic and blankets. It arrived at my house without a single mark on it. They cleared out my unorganized mess of a shed in under an hour and were able to unload even faster. I never heard or saw and item hit a wall or door frame. I'm super picky about stuff like that and was so relieved. I'm almost completely unpacked and not come across a single damaged item. The company was the lowest priced and told me all charges upfront. These guys are the way to go for sure.

I wanted to give kudos to the team of Phil, Caleb, and Jorge. They were very professional, efficient and careful in moving my furniture and tubs and boxes. They arrived when they said they would. They worked non-stop to get the moving truck packed, going up to a second floor even. They fit everything in the the truck which to me was a miracle. After packing the truck I had them help me put other furniture and boxes separate into 2 sides of the garage. They did so willingly and accurately. So, it was like having to have 3 moves. They took the truck to my new storage unit and unloaded just as carefully as they had packed everything. They once again fit everything in the storage unit. I can't say enough about Phil, Caleb and Jorge. They were very professional and kind and good to help me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help moving. They're the best!

All My Sons was an excellent moving company. We had just finished a move from hell - we had to fire our first company because they did not know what they were doing, the second company we hired broke half of our stuff - when we finally found a house, we had to get a new company to help us unload some shipping containers. Needless to say, we were nervous. Our moving woes continued - the containers were not delivered on time. All My Sons took everything in stride - they were able to quickly adjust, come out the following day when the containers were there, and unloaded everything from two 16 foot containers in two hours! We were very impressed with their service and their speed, and will be hiring them again. After a move with a bunch of struggle and problems, having the team at All My Sons (Fort Collins) treat us with respect and actually prove they know what they're doing was a relief
