worst service ever. I run a liquor store as manager. their delivery most of time come around 5 pm. whenever I called them for inquiry about delivery they don't give information. Some drivers are rude. I will not recommend to anyone to take their services at all.

I've used Manitoulin for all of my shipments for our aluminum slip tanks, the rates are surprisingly cheap and I have had no issues with any of our products reaching customers. The online quoting system is very handy as well since i can quote a customer quickly and give them an accurate price. Dropping another shipment off this morning actually!

Just shipped a expensive car top carrier across the country from Kingston to Kimberley British Columbia with Manitoulin. I was pleasantly shocked when I heard it had arrived before I even thought it would be possible to drive that distance... Like 1.5 days or something. Nice work guys! Very very highly appreciated!

We’ve been using Manitoulin for over 2 years and we can always count on them for our critical shipments. Tony is a great sales rep and is always there when we need him. Best of all is they have their own terminal in Kingston, so we don’t have to deal with any partner carriers for pickups. Overall, great company.

I'm currently having a bit of difficulty with Manatoulin; I received a shipment that weighed 70lbs (which is documented by the shipper) and I was charged for a 2000lb shipment ($600.00). I called their support line and was told in a rather unpleasant tone that unless I supply Manatoulin with spec sheets for the product that was shipped to me I'm stuck paying a $600.00 invoice. Not even sure what to say other than I'm extremely disappointed and will be cancelling my account there if things don't shape up lickity-split!!
