zero stars, if it was possible to rate this at a negative, I would. Hired this moving company for my gf to take the stress off of her and they didn't even finish the job......started with 4 guys at 10 am, then they took a 1-1/2 hour lunch, completing their second trip by 4:30 (in town move btw), sent a second crew at 6pm of 5 guys and finished their 3rd load by 10pm. Followed no direction, broke pieces of her furniture (which they claim they are not responsible for) and refused to come back and finish moving the items they couldn't fit in the truck. My gf and I had her entire house packed, all they had to do was load and transport, then unload. It was so organized, she had the boxes labeled and color coded on the boxes to correspond with the same tags on her new place in each room. On top of not following what she asked them to do, they inundated me with 22 phone calls through the day, asking questions to what we needed done. All in all, not only did it not save any time, stress or add any convenience to hiring them; it in fact did the opposite. Cost me to take time off work to come supervise the second crew and had to finish the move the next day, because they refused to come themselves. 1000% would not recommend this company. Save yourself the headache and the money and buy a couple buddies pizza and beer and rent a u-haul, which is coincidentally where they also got their truck.
