MIB moving was awesome to us. They were easy to deal with and always lived up to their word. The owner Connie is great to deal with. Sonia who helped with the estimate and the packing did an awesome job and the heavy lifters Dustine and Taylor very pleasant and professional. MIB called us when they were picking up, called when they were leaving and even set up time, hours in advance when they were coming in to deliver. I tend to worry about a lot of things, with all honesty I was anxious about this move but with MIB everything was looked after, I had nothing to worry about. They were up front straight forward in everything. No hides costs, goods came home safe and very knowledgeable about their business...they were a dream to deal with. MIB sure brought value and holds the benchmark high for movers. I will sure recommend MIB to the community. A great team of people who take moving to and the experience to another level. Keep the good work going and I wish you all the best at MIB. We will meet soon.

I had a fridge delivered by MIB after the wildfire. Paint in the house was damaged, baseboards were damaged and the fridge was damaged. I was promised compensation by both MIB and Sears but never received anything. I would never use them again even if it were free.

Wow . A Great Experience. Moved to Calgary and MIB boys made it thourough a snow storm and never grumbled one bit.Lots of energy , funny and curtious couple of guys. We have used this company 6 times during our 10 years in Fort McMurray as we moved from one apartment to the next and now, upon retirement, to Red Deer County. From the moment the initial phone call is made to the final account, the experience has been most professional. I have absolutely the most respect for the actual crew who do the heavy lifting, always genial, hard working, and most careful about how they handle one's precious "stuff"! This time around the move was confounded by the epidemic hitting the Province and Country, there was snow on the ground, a northerly wind bringing the temperature down to -20, and the work never stopped. Well done! The quote that is provided has always been fully explained so there have been no issues upon presentation. As a local company they do Fort McMurray proud. Thank you.

Excellent experience. Great guys. Polite. Funny. No fooling around. They brought carpet to roll out to walk to where they had to go. Took care of everything with blankets. Definitely hard workers. I was very impressed with MIB moving. It's very seldom I give reviews of this caliber. The experience was exceptional. We moved inside the city. Tyler and Dustin showed up on time and were ready to go. I wasn't even finished signing the paperwork and boxes were on the move. They didn't stop all day. Everything my wife or I asked was done without hesitation. These guys represented MIB like real professionals. I can't thank Tyler and Dustin enough for their excellent work.

I hired a different company a couple years ago and had the worst experience ever so was looking for someone else this time around and after a friend recommended mib I decided to give them a call. I can't say enough good things about these guys ..from start to finish they were friendly and professional. I had to change the date and location on them a couple times and they were quick to accommodate whatever I needed. Moving to Edmonton next year and will definitely be using mib.

It's been a long two years since the fires and I've been waiting not so patiently to get back into my home! The day finally came and needless to say my nerves were on edge for everything to go smooth and fast so I can finally be home again and it did. These guys were awesome! They put floor protectors down to ensure my new floors were untouched , put all my beds together and even took a few things to the dump for me ( free of charge) They worked their butts off and I couldn't appreciate it more. Ill be recommending these guys to anybody I know looking for a move. Thanks for all your hard work!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE movers, ATROCIOUS behaviour from staff. I was going to hire them to do a huge mover for my elderly parents. After looking up their online reviews and reviews on MULTIPLE Fort McMurray pages, I found an ongoing amount of bad reviews about this family, and some of the reviews were from people I knew in the city so I reached out to them to confirm and was met with terrible stories about this company. The further I looked into it, I found some very unprofessional posts and comments from MIB staff slandering other moving companies. I have booked the move through your competitor and will make sure everyone I know will STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Had to write a review for these hard working men. It was hot and smoky outside and almost unbearable but these boys didn't slow down once. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they took the time to take apart / put back together my pain in the butt ikea desk lol. I forgot to thank you boys for the MIB water you brought me, what a nice touch. If I could give more stars I would!

They were delivering furniture on behalf of a store in Edmonton. They called while I was at work to give me an hour notice they would deliver, my wife waited hours until I could get ahold of somebody to learn they wouldn't be coming that night. After days of trying to schedule a delivery, they showed up unannounced. They dropped off the furniture and were leaving, when I asked if they would assemble as we were told they would. One employee called his boss and told the other "she said yes, if we're feeling nice". Would not use this company again.

Had a great experience with this company. I had them booked and had to keep changing the day as my house wasn’t ready but they were very accommodating and worked with me. They showed up on time and were so polite and friendly. They were wearing MIB hats and when my son commented on how he liked it the driver went to the truck and came back with one and gave it to my son he was so happy. They moved everything and moved it fast. They set up all my furniture in my home. They even gave me a discount as I was having problems with my insurance company and couldn’t get any help with them covering my moving bill. They really made my day so easy and finally I’m back in my home and everything is perfect. Thank you MIB for everything its people like you that remind me why I love our city.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a mover. They worked hard from the start of the day to the end, I asked many times if they wanted to take a break but they declined and just continued on which ended up saving me as it took about half the amount of time that I was expecting. I was a little concerned about the weight of my gun safe but they made it look easy and most importantly not a scratch on anything. Thanks again boys.

They were able to move heavy, oversized furniture into spaces that I was skeptical about. Even though it was hot and the loads were heavy, they never complained and completed the work with ease. We moved from Fort Mcmurray to Barcelona Spain. This was a huge move and extremely stressful. The staff was very well educated on over seas moves and helped us thru the entire process. They packed everything and loaded 2 -40' sea cans including 2 cars and a atv. All the paperwork was good and we sailed right through customs. I expected to see some damage but with the exception of one lamp shade that the movers on this end dropped it was perfect.

Top notch customer service from start to finish. Starting with the email quote very accurate and detailed no hidden charges at all. Then the boys at delivery Dale & Nick. Were so careful and considerate. They loaded that truck twice and were so very fast. I tried offering them water and juice but they refused because they brought there own. They so pleasant even when they had to lift my beasts of furniture. Solid heavy hard wood furniture. So polite I've never used a moving company before but I will definitely call these guys back. I am very disappointed in how this company acts in public and speaks of the people in our Great City of Fort McMurray. The customer service even while on the phone asking about rates is such a disgrace. I personally would NEVER use this moving company, after my experience on the phone. I don't expect to hear about anyone or any other business when I am calling regarding me. If you are classified as the BEST movers and Best rates in town maybe you should start acting like it.
