Thieves ! Beware ! Charged 8hours for 3.5 hours of work , didn’t wear masks during COVID . Did half the job , and didn’t do it well , tramped mud and snow through new carpeting

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I was quoted $900, when the men came they were upset they had stairs to go up and down. First thing I told them over the phone. Charge extra for the 13 steps. Then my mom had too much stuff, which I told on phone it was a 2 bedroom apartment with a dining room, living room kitchen. Long story short they charged my mom $1900. Upon loading up second load they received a phone call to go to another job in Guelph after my mom's. All of a sudden there was a lot of things they wouldn't take because it wasn't in a box, like pole lamps. Said we should have bought boxes for them. They had to take the legs off the couch to get it out the door then couldn't take the legs with them because they weren't in a box. They took my mom's dresser and 2 big drawers but not the 2 little drawers because they were not in a box. The list goes on and on. I have called the place many times and no one will answer the phone !!!! Please everyone be aware of this company!!! We had 2 truck loads left we had to do ourselves.

I had other people come out to move these couches - couldn't do it but still took my $. I called WellandMoving Co. and received such a quick response. They were at my place within 10 min. They were very professional and efficient. The job was done quickly. The movers were very polite - got the job done quickly. I am so grateful for their help - a real life saver. Now I can sit in my living room and enjoy my sofa. I have put their # on my phone because if I need anything moved they will be the FIRST people I call. What a great crew! Keep up the good work.
