Worst place ever, not even 1 star. I asked for packing and moving and they phone and give ATTITUDE. Are you kidding me. Grow up and be professional. They don't listen to instructions at all. NEVER will use them, seems other companies are more accommodating and professional.

October 2017. We used Stacey’s to move from St. Catharines to Grimsby. Our two guys were great. They moved a giant Ikea wardrobe into the basement with no problems at all. I have recommended Stacey’s to family and would use them again in the future. On time, on schedule and on quote/budget.

Stacey's moving packed us up for home staging to sell, stored the items , packed the rest when the house sold and got it all safely to Winnipeg from Niagara. Most impressive was the crate they built to hold a marble statue safely during all of this. The staff were friendly, professional and courteous. We felt well taken care of. Thank you!

Wow!, I can't believe there are no reviews for this company!. I have just moved from Southern Ontario to British Columbia and I used Stacey's Moving and Storage. From the moving quote to the pick up to the delivery the service was professional, fast, and fair. Moving such a far distance is stressful and you are never 100% sure how things will go. I have to say thanks to Stacey's this move was the best I have EVER had, bar none. Thank you so much Stacey's you are a awesome example of service and professionalism. I highly recommend this moving company without a doubt.

Came to my rescue and lifted my spirits Had issues with another company, Stacey's was able to fit the move into their schedule for the next day. They saw solutions where the other company saw problems. The crew worked hard while joking around and made me laugh, relieved the stress of a fast move. Had items in storage for 5 years with them, all in good shape and delivered with the move. Unloading went great as well, items taken to appropriate locations. The best part was the invoice, the other company would have charged more.

I overheard this morning a horrendous display, and as I have now read other reviews this is clearly an on going issue. As a small business owner myself I would never allow my staff to speak in such a manor ever without consequence. MASKS are not optional inside any building that is considered YOUR work space especially when coming in contact with the public. If an employee doesn’t agree they should not be working. As an employer it is your duty to educate your staff.

I moved today with Stacey's...I will admit that I chose them because they gave me the lowest estimate of any of the places I called. But I was pleasantly surprised...Robin and Marcel arrived on time and very quickly and efficiently moved my furniture and were just the same at its' destination. It took much less time than I thought it would...I could have had them move more than furniture, lol. I will definitely recommend Stacey's to anyone looking for a mover and I will use them again for my next move. ????

Not only where they reasonable in price, handsdown they are probably the most prompt, efficient, careful and polite movers I have ever hired. I have dealt with Stacey's twice now. They moved me into my home four years ago, and more recently moved me out of it. We had them both pack and load our belongings for our recent move. Very professional job with very satisfied customers!! We were able to go into Stacey's and get moving boxes whenever we needed more at no charge! We moved from St. Catharines to Bancroft in mid-September and it was a flawless move for us. The team of men in St. Catharines and in Bancroft were both excellent. Everything arrived undamaged and was put into place by them. A great team of movers. If we ever had to move again (which we do not plan on doing :) I would definately use this company!

They moved a hot tube for us and a 100+ yr old piano. Both times they were wonderful! Very professional, friendly and hard working. They even went the extra mile and replaced the wheels on piano and took away an old bbq for scrap. Highly recommend!!

Items went missing but management claims it was impossible. Stacey’s moved us from NOTL to their storage facility..We did not go to the storage facility and oversee the unloading of our belongings in to containers. Lamps, specialty studio lighting and decorative items disappeared.We did watch them unload from the containers into our truck going to the US but until unpacking everything did not know of the loss. In order to insure that everything goes from their truck into the wooden containers, you must be present to observe. We were not and the result is that a number of items went missing. Of course Stacey’s denied this. Stacey’s has denied any wrongdoing, however, we know what we had in our apartment in Niagara on the Lake and we are missing too many items. As I said we were not there to watch them unload the truck in their warehouse. We will know better next time

Not Necessary

Given the state our province is in, it was a great disappointment to have such a great company come to do a small move and down right refuse to wear a mask. They were asked and the unprofessional attitude and lack of empathy displayed by who I am to believe is at least management was appalling. I would normally recommend there service but not after this. By laws and requirements are there for a reason!

Stacey's Moving & Storage was amazing! They moved our family two weeks ago, and we could not have been more pleased with the job they did. Bruce provided an incredibly detailed quote, which was much appreciated as many other companies left too many unknown variables unaccounted for. On the day of the move we met Joe, DJ, and Tim - they arrived on time and were so friendly, professional, and quick! They are a fantastic crew, all around three great guys that really made our move easy on us. I don't normally write reviews but an exception has to be made here when the service is so impeccable! From the moment the movers arrived they did everything they could to make us feel at ease. This may seem a small thing but, they took the time to introduce themselves and were always professional. The 5 men worked like a well oiled machine, everyone knew what to do at all times. They handled our furniture with care and made sure not to scuff a single wall. All the furniture was professionally wrapped with Saran Wrap and moving blankets. However one leg was damaged and the owner took it back to his shop and returned the next day with it completely repaired.They worked non stop from 8 to 5 with barely a break or two. And the story does not end here. At 5 we realized that we would not be moving into our new house because of an oversight by our bank, needless to say we were beside ourselves with grief. All our possessions were locked into 2 large moving vans and we didn't have a house to move to until the following day and nowhere to store all our belongings. The trucks are booked everyday and may have to be unloaded to some storage area temporarily until we gained possession, things seemed pretty dark. The forman could see that we we upset and he said not to worry, he would call the owner, Robin and explain our situation. Robin quickly jungled his other trucks in his fleet and set it up so our belongings would stay in the truck until delivery the next day. The next day arrived and Robin himself and his crew were at our new home ready to work and to greet us with a smile. The keys showed up and the rest is as they say history. All moved in, the boys waved goodbye and certain disaster was averted. So I greatly recommend Stacey's Moving and Storage. You will not find a better moving company with such skill and above all, with such a heart. All of them were so personable and never made us feel like we put them off their schedule, instead they made us feel like we were their number one concern. Thanks so much for everything.
