I needed help on very short notice for movers to move furniture out of my mother's house and into a storage pod before closing on sale of the house. Reliable Movers were very fast, efficient, careful & friendly. Very reasonable rates. It took even less time than I thought it would. Would definitely use again.

I had used these guys twice before and had no issues but this move was HORRIBLE to say the least. Previous moves they were fast, got my things packed and unpacked with no issues and unbroken. This time they were extremely slow, furniture was left in the old apartment and things were broken. My previous move out to Buffalo i paid one flat rate for travel, and the "moving time was halted during the actual travel time, this time we had to pay the travel fee and the price per hour while they were driving to the new place. I am utterly disappointed at how much I paid for the move and now i have to pay someone else to go back to the old apartment to retrieve important furniture that was missed. You would think since they were moving so slow nothing would have missed. Never again will I use this company and i will definitely spread the word about my experience so no one else is swindled like we were.

They were right on time, and took great care with each item, even when we ended up needing to move quite a bit more than originally anticipated. They wrapped and secured all of our furniture, and were very personable. Pricing was very fair, and so worth it. Thanks for helping us move during winter in Buffalo! Highly recommended.

This company is the best moving company I have ever dealt with. They were on time, took great care of all of our things wrapping our more valuable things in blankets. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Also they have very fair prices. I recommend this company to everyone I know that’s moving.

I have moved a few times and have some serious horror stories! I was referred to Jethro and Reliable Movers from my sister. I am so grateful for her referral! Jethro and his crew were on time, professional and efficient. They wrapped all of my furniture in blankets and plastic wrap and took care of every single box! I had A LOT of boxes! I have never had such a stress-free move! I didn’t have worry about anything, Jethro and the guys took care of it all! And the price was reasonable. I’d use them again in a second! I’ll be telling all of my family and friends to call Jethro and Reliable Movers for their next move!
