Movers were excellent (5 stars) during the actual move, but were very late (even outside of the window they provided me) to arrive and seemed to come unprepared (Ie no moving dollies or scissors/knife to remove packing on some items). Glad that they provided Sunday service (even at time and a half). Also movers did not wear masks which I would have appreciated/expected during this pandemic.

My sectionals legs aren’t removable and your employees never wrapped my couch. And I never signed any contract or forced moving waver. But since you have ignored my attempts for restitution, I have filed a claim against your company with the better business bureau and you will be receiving a certified notice within the next week or so from small claims court. The guys did a quick and excellent job putting our metal deck swing back on the deck after it blew off in the recent super wind storm. It's nice to have a mover that will also take the necessary small jobs as well as moving large loads of furniture. We will use Pryority the next time we have anything, large or small, to move!

The communication was not very clear. They say minimum of two hours and then they add on drive time. You would think it’s the time from pick up to drop off but they charge you to drive from their office to you and back to their office. So really they should say three hours. I changed my rating because the owner gave me a partial refund but I don’t believe I should have had to pay that at all. I have never in my life heard of anyone charging for that. The movers were very nice and did handle my daughters things well. She said the female mover was very sweet!

I would like to say thank you to Pryority Movers for the awesome job they did for my family. My husband and I hired a different moving company to move our furniture into storage for a few days while we wait to close on our new home. The other moving company (Pack Rats Moving) not only quoted us a price initially and tried to charge us more after the move but broke many of our personal belongings including 2 statues and random items that were thrown on their truck. We called Pryority Movers at the last minute to move our furniture from the storage unit to our new home and we must say...they did an AWESOME job! They showed up ON TIME, ready to work and willing to load our things onto their truck even though the previous company didn't wrap anything correctly or protect our belongings in any way. Pryority Movers took their time and handled our things with great care; making sure to not destroy or break anything. They were nothing but professional, courteous and understanding of our situation. We plan to use them again in the near future for delivery of any kind that we may need. Thank you to Jamel Pryor and his crew! Call them today, you won't regret it. Looking to have your walls scratched? Do you want your door frames destroyed? Looking for damage all over the house? Schedule your appointment and they will show up anytime they feel like it... might be on time or 4 hours late. Worried about COVID? They aren’t. They won’t even ask if they should wear a mask. These guys love the Milk. They will milk the clock to get every dime they can. Make sure you believe in tipping, cause they ain’t afraid to ask for it. 2 Stars because they crew was cool, but unless your looking to get your head rocked I would try the next crew. Update 2 to 1 stars: Way to gaslight your customers!! It was an uncomfortable experience for me and when you said "I know our crew is a little loud, make sure you go rate us 5 stars." (Not 1-5) I politely said okay! My area rug was wrecked by heavy furniture, I appreciated when we moved it off when I asked, but I would hope that would be implied. One of the crew was specifically being told to "be careful not to scratch the floors" multiple times and he said he knows. I didn't assess the damages other than the painting that was ripped until after. And after talking to other people about my experience they agreed this was not professional. As far as cost, it was misexplained that the drive time was not included in the 3 hour minimum which I explained. I was also told you came from another move (and that I wouldn't be charged for the extra time), which the crew said wasn't true. And when I mentioned to one of the crew about being careful with things or if he needed help, he just kept telling me to relax.. I called based off their positive reviews, unfortunately I did not have the best experience for the cost. Original review: Really frustrating with how much you pay. Super late (told 9-11am, came at 12:45pm) and when I asked if they had a move before the kid said no, I was the only one today. But the person overseeing the move told me they came from another move but that he was going to be nice and not charge me from that location... so did he lie? I did like all the guys in general, don't get me wrong. But this one man was screaming the whole time either at the other movers or himself. That "he has a full time job, doesn't need this, just trying to help out," yelling about how to move things and he knows what he's doing... It was uncomfortable. Once I signed everything, I was told that an oil painting got ripped (which is so expensive to fix). Stuff was placed horribly and haphazardly. Plus scratching the floors, doorway... I offered them all water bottles because it was hot and found an empty in the front lawn which is not a star off, but it's just rude. I know the crew changes, but I do not recommend this company. They also ask you to specifically rate them 5 stars on Google...

They were extremely careful with every piece I had. They asked exactly how I wanted things, they wrapped it all in blankets, and then in bubble wrap. They took part my couches, recliner, and bed, then reassembled it all at my new place. Wow! Just wow. I can not believe what I just experienced. My dad, sister and I have been trying to move my 3 piece sectional from my home. We have been working for hours at least 5 hours on and off with this sectional!!! Tired, hungry ... I just started calling around many companies gave excuses on why they couldn’t come due to the size of the sectional, this and that....any who- I came across this moving company! Last minute and they came to our rescue!!! All three movers were so nice and professional. During the call they “with out a doubt” informed my dad and I that they will get the sectional out. They arrived within the hour and completed the task in 5min!!!! If you are looking for quick, professional movers. Check them out!

Where do I begin, I was scheduled to be moved on Friday August 28th with an arrival time between 2p-4p. Around 4:30p I called asking about a time of arrival and it was pushed back until 4p-6p. I had to call them to get this information, they never notified me themselves. At 7p I get a call saying the move prior to me was harder than expected, a truck broke down and they apologized about the delay. I was then told that I would have to be moved the next day. So Saturday August 29th comes and the eta was 10a-12p, my 3 movers get there and they are very professional. They didn't have a contract for me to sign and go over so the secretary does a verbal one over the phone explaining as much as she could. The move goes well until it's time to take my sectional out and they have to take my door off the hinges to get it out. They get it out and move everything into my new place. They damaged my sectional and when I called the next morning and sent a picture of the damage the owner calls me back to say that his men are professional and would never purposely harm my furniture. At no point did i ever accuse them of either things, all I said was my sectional was damaged by them. I had a witness with me that watched them struggle to get my sectional out. The owner since my original phone call with him has ignored my texts and phone calls to resolve this matter. So I am going to have no choice but to take him to small claims court to recoup the accidental damage caused by his employees.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Pryority Movers. The moving company I was originally working with bailed on me last minute and were totally unprofessional. When I called Pryority not only were they quick to respond, they were nice and super professional. They are organized and made sure everything was all set prior to move day. On moving day, they were all extremely nice, helpful and moved all of my stuff quickly and efficiently. Next time I move I’ll definitely be hiring them. I closed on a house and needed good moving help last minute. I called Pryority Movers because of the reviews I saw online and WOW… not only was the price very reasonable, they are QUICK. I had four U-Box moving containers packed full and they were all empty and in my house in about an hour. These guys were AWESOME. We had a very unfortunate situation when the company we ordered our couch from and paid extra to have it delivered up to our 3rd floor apartment decided not to deliver it all the way, we were left with our giant 2 piece sectional in the lobby of our building. We called and asked if they could do anything that day since everyone else we called didn’t do same day stuff. They were there within a few hours! The two pieces didn’t fit in either of our elevators so these guys had to carry it all the way up the stairs and even out and around the building. Then they managed to get the couch through our doorway which was super cramped. They were seriously amazing and I’m so thankful they were able to help us on such short notice. We’ll definitely be using them in the future!!

The owner is the biggest con artist ever. He will threat to keep your items when you catch him in his scams. On 10/30/21, the movers were assigned to move my items to a moving storage approximately 10 miles from my original destination. Upon arrival to my destination, I noticed that the space was too small. Since the office was closed, they added 75 bucks to the current moving charge to keep my items in their truck for a day. The total amount came out 950 bucks that I paid in cash. Around 9AM the next day I called the mover to inform him that I found a bigger storage space with no luck. He finally texted me back at 5:31 PM to tell me that his phone was misplaced and will unload my items the next day. Cool! The next day, this man told me that he had to charge me an additional $195.00 per hour, that he has a 3 hour minimum service. So basically he charged me double for the move, which came out to be $585.00 plus tax even, though I paid him extra for waiting for me to find a bigger storage two days ago. When I asked him why he did not mention this to me two days ago, he started yelling at me over the phone and was very nasty. This is his tactic to con people better. What should have been a $950 moving ended up being $1590 in total. This man should be in jail for fraud. Use his company at your own risk!

Worst Movers Ever took more breaks than they did work. The work that they Provided was Sloppy they Didn't Attach my Mirror to my Dresser nor did that put back on my Heavy Furnitures feet. I had Doors Slammed in my Face in my own house. The Owner had an argument with his employees on my front yard. The Owner refused to listen to me when I asked them several times to put Everything into the Left side of Basement Instead they put Furniture anywhere they felt like it totally ignoring me. I was told I was going to get a Senior discount that I never got I was Told one Price then charged another. They Charged me for a T.V Box which they Never Provided instead they used a Brand new Blanket of mine. They Didn't wrap my Furniture very well the Wrap they used was cheap and Kept Ripping. They left a bunch of my Heavy belongings in my Garage including the Top of my $2,000 kitchen table Never seen A bunch of people needing to use my bathroom repeatedly. Took more breaks bathroom trips Even ate Food on my Clock. At $1,005.75 this way over priced. They took advantage of us being seniors. They Refused my Bank check made me Open a Sketchy App called Venom so that they could get paid. This by far was the Worst Experience I Ever had with Movers. They left me Downright Scared to ask them to finish the job that they were hired to do. PLEASE don't make the Same mistake I Made it was An horrible Experience one that Promised me Professional Movers That they were Anything But Professional

We had a big shipment of furnitures from China that arrived to my house earlier than expected. The boxes were incredibly heavy and the delivery truck driver could not help and was in a hurry. I called Pryority Delivery Services, and despite the short notice, they came through in an hour. Those were the heaviest and the biggest boxes I have ever seen and they easily and swiftly carried it into my house without damaging anything. Amazing people and great prices!! I am really thankful to the Pryority Delivery Services for the hard work and professionalism they showed during the move. Punctual, they came earlier than our agreed scheduled meeting time. One mover even showed me the correct and proper way of packing and wrapping of our stuff. They were really careful in putting our stuff into the boxes, loading and unloading them to their trucks. These movers were great. My sister booked them 3 weeks in advance and when she called them to confirm the night before, they didn't have her scheduled for the next day. After my sister got home, she looked at her notes to ensure these were the movers that she booked. She called back after 5 pm and spoke to the owner. When she mentioned who she originally spoke to, the owner said that he would make things right and they did. (The girl was previously fired) The crew was punctual and respectful. They wrapped everything and were efficient.

These movers showed up hours late from arrival time so I sat around waiting all day. Then one of the guys broke the glass to my vanity table. Nobody replaced it and all he said was oops. Then they proceeded to take a “break” in the truck somewhere with all my stuff in it so I had to wait around longer! They didn’t even get everything out of the house or basement and at the end charged me over $900. I don’t recommend EVER!

Never have them move your furniture. If you have boxes only, that would be okay, but no furniture. I had a dozen of boxes and only two pieces of furniture, a bookshelf and a desk. They totally destroyed the desk. Instead of disassembling, they totally broke it down. The screw holes were all torn up. I had to put it in the garbage and buy a new one. When I texted the manager with the photos, he did not even bother to respond.
