Jim and his team were just awesome. Besides being really nice fellows, there were prompt, really careful, communicated really well and did a fantastic job both at the location where our piano was purchased and at our house. I just can't thank them enough for not only a great job, but a very pleasant experience. Oh, and all that while being nearly 100 degrees outside. Thanks Jim and team!

Novo Moving is a wonderful company and exceeded my expectations. I recently moved and used them as my moving company. From the start, they were terrific. Jim, the owner, came to my home for an estimate and really listened to my concerns and the price estimate was considerably less than other estimates I received. On moving day, a crew of five very experienced workers and Jim, the owner, came on time, ready to work. I had mentioned to Jim I was worried about a few pieces of furniture that were very valuable and/or antique. They were shrunk wrapped and blanketed and moved with the utmost care. The move went very smoothly, nothing was damaged, his crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to put up with me- LOL The pricing remained true to the estimate and was very, very reasonable. Even after the move, Jim came and moved a large piece of furniture I couldn't budge, just because I asked. My all around experience was excellent and I can't recommend them highly enough. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon but would call them again with zero hesitation. This is the company you want to move your valuables, both large and small. Thanks so much for everything Jim & Crew!!!!

Seriously amazing. They were extremely efficient, fast, and professional. Jim and his team moved our 2 Br apartment - ALL our furniture and boxes into our pod in under an hour!! My husband and I are so impressed. I fully recommend to anybody needing movers!!

Absolutely horrible! First they get high b4 work (owner admitted) then they carried my grandfather clock and smashed into the door frame, not once but twice. Tried to scam me by charging $450 for an hr and 15 minutes of moving, denting, and scratching everything. Then I had to ask for a receipt, which he replied I will drop off later. I should have got one and offered Insurance when done. Was never done! I was also told it cost that much cause he had to bring 3 men. No he didn't and not my problem. Bottom line if u want your valued possessions ruined and charged a ridiculous amount to ruin them hire these jokes!

These guys were great! Jim and crew were easy to work with, reasonable and did a great job moving things. Our moving job was somewhat complex but they made it look easy. They were accommodating, friendly and worked very hard.

5 stars doesn't seem enough for Novo Moving. From the initial inquiry, to the final delivery of my furniture, Jim (owner) was responsive and calmed all of my worries. I arranged to have Novo Moving pick up a living room set from Clarence and deliver the items to my home in Kenmore. They were punctual, and communicated with me after the truck was loaded, as promised. Once the furniture was loaded, the original owner of the furniture called to tell me how great these guys were, and how carefully they packed the items up. Novo Moving will always be my go-to company for big or small moves, and I highly HIGHLY recommend everyone else use them too!!

For any future endeavors in moving I will call and call again for these guys. They were beyond professional, quick, helpful and extremely efficient! They squeezed me into their schedule last minute and walked me through step by step. I have large furniture and zero damage done which is HUGE! They asked where things needed to be placed once we arrived into the new home. I was nervous about my couch (which is massive), because the furniture company had to bring it through the window when I first purchased it, but they were able to take it out right through the doorways with absolutely no problem. BEST moving company around!
