I used Niagara Moving & Storage for my latest move and it was a great decision! The team was excellent. Very professional and took great pride in their work ensuring that everything was well organized and safely packed away in their vehicle. The moving would not have been as easy without them as I was moving out of one house and into the other the same day. If the time comes I ever move again I will definitely be calling on them to do the move. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs anything done moving related.

Just had 3 men from Niagara Moving and Storage, absolutely fantastic experience. They were polite, curtious, attention to detail, how carefully they moved everything. I can't say enough...would give 5 star rating but it's just me I never do, always room to improve...but I don't know how...highly recommend.

We are so happy we made the decision to go with Niagara Moving and Storage for the move of 2 houses. Despite long days and hard work, the guys remained positive, pleasant, and helpful. Beware of this moving company. Size of job was under estimated by company's General Manager. Was 2 hours late arriving on job site causing the move not to be completed until 2;00 AM the following morning. Some items went missing during the move. Tried contacting Niagara Moving and Storage for their insurance information. Did not respond even after a registered letter was sent to them by our lawyer. If less than 1 star was an option, that's how I would have rated them

Recently used this company to move. Very good service. They showed up on time to both pack and move. Chris, James and Darrell were respectful of our belongings and everything arrived in tack. Would use them again.

I booked Niagara Moving and was asked to send a $150.00 deposit. I called a week before and told them I would not be moving due to COVID. They said they would keep my deposit and could use it another time. I did call again but always answering machine full. When I did reach them I again told them I would not be moving. They called me in September and asked when I would be moving and I told them it has been cancelled and would not be moving due to Covid again. Feel they are not a company to deal with as they will not refund my deposit. I told them I would be happy with only $75.00 back and feel they would still be ahead. I told them I would not write a review but have waited for an answer back. NOTHING. Therefore feel public should know what happened with me. I have no idea what they would be like in moving me as was unable to use them. I find them very unprofessional in not considering to send a partial reimbursement of my deposit. If by chance they consider sending any money back will make sure public knows. VERY DISAPPOINTED
