Highly recommended moving company in Buffalo. My move wasn't too far but they were very careful with all my things and made sure nothing was scratched. I already sent their website to my cousin who is also moving and they were excited to start the process.

Called and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday may 30th. I was told that i would get a call the day before so payment could be made, and never got a call. I tried calling numerous times the day off the supposed delivery and never received a call back or a voicemail box, just a click on the other line. HORRIBLE customer service, and NOT a buisiness of their word. This was a huge inconvenience, and i would not reccommend this company unless you want your money wasted as well as your time.

This guy is so bad he posts a review on his own business page. Should of checked them out deeper before hiring them. Broke a ton of furniture. Than says have a new guy "sorry". Than stated he don't have insurance. Still thinking about taking him to court. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!

*****Do NOT do business with this company***** My $500 was not worth this 1st time experience for me. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have no trouble selecting that option as my overall opinion of the company. Also, Im still waiting on my payment receipt since i paid cash....here is a LIST of things that I've experience: 1) The pictures on here are deceiving.. 2) When i called, I asked for prices and only considered using them because of the 2 reviews i seen on here. 3) I had scheduled the 1st appointment of the day at 9a. The day of the move, They showed up an hour in a half late!!!! The truck and the workers smelt like Marijuana. 4) It was NEVER discussed over the phone or via email that they charge for travel time!!! If this company is truly in Buffalo, Driving anywhere in Buffalo takes you 10mins(without snow).. The owner, Jermainel Pryor informed me that it takes 30mins to get to my location and it will be 30mins from the time they get back to their destination from my new house(which is a 5 min drive from my old house) Therefore, i was charged an additional hour. 5) I immediately told them to take the big items first in my very small apartment. IF IT WASN'T FOR MY BOYFRIEND HELPING WITH THE BIG ITEMS, MAJORITY OF MY BELONGINGS WOULD'VE BEEN LEFT. 6)I paid for an additional hour so that they can get ALL of my items-which was not done. I was left to remove alot of boxes, bags, two A.C units and one big item that remained inside the house. 7)They instantly dropped everything and had stopped working once i've reached my time. and celebrated among themselves outside of my new place with a bottle of liquor.
