Professional movers with great customer service. We moved our entire home to a new location locally, and Lincoln did an excellent job. It started with a walk through to give the movers an idea of how much assistance we would need, and on the day of the move they showed up ready to go. They were fast, efficient, polite and had great team work and communication skills. They made an overwhelming task much easier on us. We will definitely use them again in the future.

just threw everything into boxes, a bottle of product spilled on my belongings and stained multiple things, half of my earrings are gone because they just threw them into the bottom of one of the boxes, and they broke my brand new television. put it into the box UPSIDE DOWN with the legs still attached by tearing holes into it and it literally bent in half at the middle. completely unusable. thanks a lot.

Everything for our move was handled professionally and efficiently by Lincoln Moving. The foreman John and the crew (Brian Marshall, Mike, and Jason) arrived right on time and got straight to work. I don't often write reviews but the horrible experience that I had with Lincoln Moving & Storage has inspired me to warn others. We were relocating internationally and went with Lincoln Moving & Storage based on their reputation for being professional and being experts. Boy did they prove us wrong. They have "sales" associates who come and give you an estimate, but after talking to him I feel like I knew more about moving then the "professional". At one point I asked about how to pack a particular item so it was secure and easier for them to pack in the container and was told to make a box with "lots of tape". Yep, that was a real response from a "professional". Finally the big day came for them to come pick up all our stuff - we finally heard from them that they would be coming at 8am. They finally showed up around 3:30pm and when I say 'they' I am referring to 2 of the 5 guys who went to the correct address. We had 142 individual items - I ended up moving 37 of them myself because otherwise we would have been hanging around till midnight. So the next big day comes when the container is finally delivered locally. The agreement with Lincoln was they would wrap all furniture etc. but when the container showed up nothing was wrapped. Things not being wrapped resulted in significant damage to most of our wooden furniture due to rubbing and stained fabrics (handprints galore). My favorite part is that somehow they managed to lose a chest freezer - No really, a chest freezer. When I contacted Lincoln Moving and Storage about the missing chest freezer, the damaged furniture, and overall bad experience they pretty much laughed and then proceeded to blame everyone else (including customs in the other country?). In conclusion, if you go with Lincoln they will be zero help during the move, they will show up late, they will go to the wrong house, they will damage your furniture, and they will lose your chest freezer.

I had contacted Lincoln upon a recommendation 14 days prior to my move date for availability with no response. I called only for the phone to ring endlessly. I also came back to visit the webpage for a quote request, and noticed a pop up window for online chat assistance where no representative ever gets online. do moving companies not want any business?

If I could give zero stars I would! Where do I even start. We just moved from NY to CA and they knew that we had to be there on Dec 1st a whole month in advance. The sent out a guy to quote 1 week in.. it took 3 weeks for them to actually come get our stuff or even an answer as to when they would be coming.(after many ignored phone calls and unanswered emails) we finally got a reply that they were coming to pick up 2 DAYS BEFORE WE HAD TO BE IN CA! Safe to say we had to buy a bunch of stuff to live with for 2 WHOLE WEEKS before our stuff arrived.. They were even made aware we had a 3 month old and 3 year old. ..that was fun. The movers were not even made aware that they had packing to do and were noticeably aggravated. 2 major furniture items were completely destroyed with several others having extensive damage. Im missing several items and probably several others im not aware of yet. Liquids they packed leaked all over my stuff. Boxes were packed with no care, I had glass and other wall hangings just thrown in with random other stuff. Almost grabbed unsecured knives 2 times in random messes of paper they called packing. Expensive computer monitors randomly thrown in boxes.. my kids nice furniture looked as if it had been drug across a dirty ground..It was all a horrible mess. By the second half of the packing it appeared as if they were all intoxicated and throwing stuff around. They left a huge mess afterwards too. I could rant for days and probably will if this claims service they have doesnt go super smooth.. definitely reporting them to Atlas. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!

Will never forgive the deceptive salesperson! Gave me a quote to move to South Carolina, on arrival they doubled the quoted price. I asked for price insurance, but salesperson said she did not sell it. They would not unload our furniture until we paid an EXTRA $3000. My premature daughter was on oxygen in her car seat and they double the price! Horrible people, do not use Lincoln!

Submitted a quote for a short notice move online. No response. Submitted second quote and called office day or two later and when called in they said i hadnt been called because they were booked for the requested day. No notice was given outside of me calling in. Rep gave ballpark est of 4000 right off the bat then, as if in my control, said I should have planned my move a month earlier without even hearing out the situation. Thanks. Ill remember that next time I try to give a local business some money over UPack or every other available online mover. 2 stars because it appears your movers are nice people from the reviews.

Everyone involved was awesome and highly professional. I moved in-city about 4 miles, 3 bedroom place on both sides. From start to finish was about 4 hours, and that included taking everything down the stairs and back up the stairs at the new place. And when I told them the sofa wouldn't go down the front steps and had to go out the porch, they didn't flinch and just took care of business. Highly recommended. Can't say enough good stuff about them.

Very disappointed to have been quoted a rate of $648 over the phone for a 3br, fully furnished 1200sq ft home only for that rate to nearly triple to $1750 once the sales rep came into my home. We are by no means hoarders or over crowded in this house. I feel their deceptive "get the sales man in the house" practices lost me an entire week finding an affordable moving company.

I have just completed renting from Linciln Moving and Storage for overs ten years. I cant say enough about this company. The place is clean, great hours, ( 2 nights open til 9 and Saturdays til 5). What I appreciated the most is that the family owned company is not only accommodating but just plain nice!!! They let me know when smaller/bigger/ more convenient units were available, and were easy to communicate with . As I was doing my final move out, they did me a hugh favor in holding the last piece (which was sold) and took a few extra days to be picked up. Its rare that you find a company that is run by real human beings, reasonable, accommodating and nice.

I work for Shea's Performing Arts Center in Buffalo, NY and we recently upgraded our office space--this required: demolition of the current space, removal of old office furniture, relocation of all workstations, files and equipment to a temporary facility and then, making the move back into the 'new' space (without the use of an elevator!). It was a logistical feat but Lincoln Moving & Storage was by our side when it counted most. The staff is kind, courteous, STRONG, organized and efficient. They will not only meet but exceed your expectations. If you are in need of a moving team that can accomplish your goal ON TIME and within your budget, this is the company that you should use. Had a good experience when Lincoln moved me from Lancaster, NY, to southwestern Michigan. The pack and load crew was very efficient, completing my fully furnished 1 1/2 bedroom apartment in just a few hours. A few weeks before the move the elevator in my apartment failed, so on the day of the move the crew had to use the stairs. No complaints, and no additional charges. They delivered my furniture and packed goods 3 days later. Brian and Serena did a fantastic job during a snow storm unloading and placing all of my furniture. They gave us a courtesy call an hour and a half before arriving, they arrived on time, and finished the job in just over 2 hours. They were polite, efficient, and didn't mind moving things around when we changed our minds a few times. I'd recommend Lincoln Moving and Storage.

A good experience. Steve came round and did the survey and unlike others did not spend a lot of time "making busy" and generally creating a stage play from the whole process. In, out, understood and provided a quote appropriate to the move. The only thing I could offer is the paper trail needs some improvement having to ask more than once for documentation, but it did arrive and as needed. Mike and his team were total stars both ends of the relo. Good natured, funny, friendly and just generally a delight to work with and to know. Did a superb job at pack, a superb job unloading,(including care with the motorcycles), and kept us informed at all times in the process making sure they were doing what was needed.. Totally recommend them. Good Job.

The people I spoked to at Lincoln Moving were very professional and extremely responsive. When the move date finally arrived, they showed up on time with a full crew. They did a great job of loading my many many boxes and my furniture. They sent five men to do that and it only took them a couple of hours. Marshall, the supervisor and driver, was amazing. He obviously is highly skilled and experienced at this business. When we got to my new home Marshall and another guy did all the unloading themselves. It took them almost a whole day. But they were gracious and good-natured. They were extremely helpful , too, and ready to move things a little bit if they weren’t in quite the right place, etc. I highly recommend Lincoln moving and storage. Plus they provide greatly expanded contents insurance for AAA members.

Not happy with this place at all first my moving experience was a nightmare my things were missed Handel because something were broken now mind you also used them for storage as well self storage so i needed something from there and to my surprise in my storage space there are mice dropping on my things in there so unpond my bring this to there attention i was told theirs pretty much nothing they could do about it out side of putting mice traps outside the storage area. What a bad experience with this company for me. My things were not handle with respect at all I can just amagin what damage has been do to my things in there warehouse self storage not a honest company if you ask me!!!! I am left with a bad taste in my mouth with them and out of $1,400.00 For the move in and 8 months of storage fees at $160.00 a month now you do the math... all I can say is may this company go under!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Just relocated and used Lincoln movers to handle all of my oversized items. Let me just say the experience was better than I expected. They showed up on time, were very friendly and efficient. All the guys were professional and handled the items well with no damage to items or the house we were moving out of or moved into. They also has no problem adjusting the move date along with my closing. This was the first time I had used movers and if I ever move again they'll be the first call I make. Recently used Lincoln Moving & Storage for an in-office move for my company 21st Century Securities. We were getting new flooring installed and were under a huge time crunch. Enter Lincoln Moving & Storage. They well exceeded our expectations. We had a team of movers at our office three times in one week to accommodate our needs to move furniture, appliances, filing cabinets (and a fish tank!) within our office so the flooring company could work in phases. Each group of movers was respectful, professional, friendly, and efficient. They executed every move with skill and were extremely reliable. We were back up and running in no time thanks to Lincoln. Also came in under budget which is always a plus! Highly recommend Lincoln Moving & Storage. We couldn't be happier.

The people here were really nice but way over priced. I paid almost $1000 to move a tiny studio in buffalo to Rochester ny. I had already boxed everything and taken most boxes in my car, there were only a few boxes for the movers. I was mostly interested in just moving the furniture and they damaged one of my most expensive items. My beautiful dark wood wing desk chair with white leather is completely scratched along the back. A chair I once got mad compliments on looks trashy and cheap. When I contacted them they said they’d give me $15... for a $120 chair. I ended up saying okay to the $15 and they never even sent me the check. Nice people but never using them again and id never recommend them. Over priced and bad at handling your furniture.

This was my first time hiring a moving company and I could not have been happier. For information purposes, I had a small local move and was charged for a 4 hour minimum, even though it only took 2 but I thought the price was pretty fair. They sent two men and a woman and they were so courteous, professional, and made me feel comfortable and informed the whole time. They took good care of my things and packed my storage unit nicely - I haven’t checked, but if any dishes are broken I’m sure it’s due to my own poor packing skills not theirs. One thing I wish is that Lincoln moving would make paying with a card easier and make it simpler to leave a tip. The guys had to call and I had to give my info over the phone which wasn’t very secure in a public place - I wasn’t asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I haven’t been carrying cash during the pandemic. Hope they’ll make this more efficient in the future.

Super painful experience. They didn’t show up on time. I witnessed one of the movers break part of my table because of his carelessness. Good luck trying to get anyone to be helpful. Justin the “salesperson” had no idea what was happening whenever you called. Steve the operations manager just likes to tell you how long he has been in the moving industry. Please for your sake just go with pretty much anyone else.

Bad packers, broken and missing items, 2 months to deliver items after what was supposed to be a door to door move, awful customer service. Stay away! Oa packers were absolutely horrible.All carrier packed boxes were blown not full to capacity.Blew up my cubes in trailer.Ate up 2550cubes of trailer for 12560lbs.Would not let them ever pack anything for any owner operator because you will not have any room on you trailer left after they pack.

Easily the worst moving company ever. We will be complaining to Atlas. It’s unfortunate they could even pretend to be affiliated because their loaders/unloaders are terrible. We thought the much higher price would be worth it and mean they’d take better care of the stuff, but the couches were not even wrapped (when we asked them while loading they claimed they’d do it in the truck). It came ripped, and other things were broken. This company should never take anyone’s business again. Also, you can tell a bunch of their “5 star reviews were paid reviewers”. Stay away!
