Everything was great prior to the move. I got the movers water, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. During the move the movers scratched my floors. I asked them what I should do about it. I was told a Home Depot had a spray. My landlord saw the floors two days later and asked me “if they even picked anything up?” She was very upset. The manager came to my new house and check on everything and charged me $90 more than I quoted. They say it was bc of “weight” when no weight was given or weighed. I gave a list of my large items and was told I had them for three hours regardless of amount of boxes. I tried to avoid confrontation so I paid the $90. After the manager left the movers out three deep gouges in the wall and the railing. The manager was gone at this point. I asked the mover what I’m supposed to do about that. He said some plaster. That’s when I knew this would cost me and I needed to let me landlords know and Kiper moving. Both my landlords told me it’s cost me to repair. The company is fighting me bc I told them things were good during the move. It wasn’t until after speaking with my landlords and family that I realized how much the damage would cost me. Damage was done, I spoke to Jose and Jeremiah about the issues and they downplayed it. All I did was relay the message from my landlords to the company and they were extremely unprofessional. Nasty, cutting me off, blaming me. Asked for my landlords info and told me not to tell them or “interfere.” Even tho I gave their personal info out and I’m the tenant. I was told a resolution would be given to me by end of day Monday after contacting landlords. I have no heard all week. My new landlord has not heard from them. And they my old landlord showed up at the house waiting for them to fix the floors and they never showed up. They agreed on a day and time to fix floors. My landlord said they didn’t show. I don’t even want to call them because of how aggressive our last call was. It’s simple, there was damage that needs to be resolved. I’m not sure what the argument is about. Because I said things were good during the move? Prior to them damaging the dry wall and prior to knowing the cost from landlords.

STAY AWAY from this company!!! I paid a $100.00 deposit on June 25 to move me on July 30. Due to some issues with the move I had to cancel them. I talked to Kiper who said I would get my refund back in 3-5 days and acknowledged the cancellation. As of today (7/12/21) no refund. Their estimate states the following "All jobs require a credit card on file to reserve your date with a $100.00 deposit fully refundable as long as you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours (1 full business day) of the move date." My move date was 7/30/21 and have cancelled in ample time to get the $100 deposit back. I have called 2 more times no answer so left a message as to where my deposit refund is. Still no refund or returned call. I have also sent two emails during the last 2 weeks. Still no refund and they didn't reply to both my emails. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. They still have my estimate as active and have not cancelled it. I would not recommend this company for your move - STAY AWAY! UPDATE (10/17/2021): I finally got my money back as a reverse charge back from my bank due to Kiper not honoring their money back guarantee. Owner could have avoided a negative review by honoring their money back guarantee stated right in their estimate!

STAY AWAY!! Kiper did not know how to load a large truck, causing us to leave behind many things that could have fit. Workers were slow and not well trained. The worst part was they dropped a mattress through a vintage window and only reimbursed half of the repair cost so we were out $500. They would not return calls...would not explain why they only paid half, even though they told us on move day IF we paid them that day, and submitted invoice for repair (which was more than we owed them), that they would pay us. We spent hours resolving this issue and handling the stained glass repair. They did not process claim through their insurance although we were told they were insured when we hired them.

Avoid at all costs. I secured Kiper moving to transport my stuff on the 11th of august for a September 1st move date. On the 31st of august they called and scheduled movers to arrive at my apt between 2-430. By 330 on the first they still hadn’t reached out in any form with an update or eta. Only after multiple attempts and gaming the phone system (selecting 2 for corporate moves) did someone mistakenly answer. She apologized and said that once contacting the crew she would return my call with an update. Fast forward to 455, 5 minutes before their office was due to close and only after hounding their phone, another representative answered, AWARE of the problem, states that things hadn’t gone to plan earlier but again assured me movers were intending to show up hours later but nonetheless still show. He again said that after he contacted said crew he would reach out with a status update. None came. At 636 that evening 2 hours after my scheduled time a third individual called, after numerous messages to their phone line, to say that their crew had “about forty minutes left” in a near by area and would be arriving upon completion. That was the last contact with the business. Attempts up until 900 that night were ignored. The up side, an email the following morning at 11am, again only after I had been reaching out starting at 930am, came to me stating I had been refunded the initial deposit. No explanation, no apology, no admission of wrongdoing of any kind. ***edit*** The reply to this review is a bold faced lie. As I explained to the better business bureau never once was communication initiated by Kiper. Every time, including the refund email, I was the impetus. To suggest that they attempted to do anything but avoid me for the duration of whatever they were experiencing is laughable. Remuneration at this point is moot next will be blaming the pandemic for an inability to hire when they as a business bid on and scheduled these jobs.

Max, Joseph, and Jose did a great job! They worked very efficiently, and even moved our stuff up 3 floors to our new apartment. Would definitely choose them again. A move that I thought would taking the whole day was finished by the afternoon! Great job guys

Dante and his assistant Maurice did an excellent job at efficently moving some large and cumbersome furniture for us from the second floor of our house to the first floor. Dante was on time, very professional and completed our move in record time. I was especially pleased at the care that was taken with a family antique.
