The guys at Bob the Mover were great.....from the initial quote to the final leaving of the truck. They were all very professional and I was happily surprised that they were enjoying their work. They were on time, polite, understanding, quick, efficient and kind. Moving is not fun at the best of times but these guys made it a lot less stressful....we even had some laughs. I cannot rave about this company enough! Bob got back to us very quickly after I contacted him, and he provided a fair quote to pack and move my mom from Hamilton to Welland. They called and confirmed with us the day prior, and answered questions promptly. When they showed up to do the packing, I knew we'd booked the right company. They brought all their own supplies. They actually had brought 5 people total, instead of the quoted 4, so it went much faster / smoother than I could have dreamed. They dressed professionally in uniforms, were quiet, polite, and unlike any movers I've used before. We had lots of small, finicky items, and they broke NOTHING. We've opened almost all of the boxes, and haven't come across so much as a broken plate. I was so anxious on the move date given the number of boxes about how long it would take to get out of the house, but Bob and his team took it in stride, and reassured us that they weren't worried. We couldn't believe how quickly they had packed two trucks. The offload was just as smooth, and they wrapped up around midnight. Oh - and they disassembled and assembled our sectional couch, and all the furniture! The best part of this move was that Bob's quote is a FLAT rate, no hidden fees, no surprises. Honestly, he moved stuff that I had forgotten to show him during the virtual inspection, and though he pointed it out to me, he didn't make a big deal of it, and didn't overcharge us for it. My husband and I are moving ourselves in the near future, and will absolutely use Bob and his team. Thank you all so much!!

Last Winter we had a bedroom suite moved from St. Catharines to Fort Erie - certainly not Rocket Science. We used Two Men and a Truck then and although quoted, before departing, surprised us with a 23% additional charge as 'it took longer than we had anticipated'. Never again. This latest move was a lot more stuff coming from Niagara on the Lake to Fort Erie. Bob quoted a more-than-competitive price with the most important point - one price with NO possible hidden or additional charges. Bob and his three helpers were brilliant - the most incredible care taken at both ends of the move - protective floor runners placed throughout. We only wish that we had known about Bob during the Winter!

Bob and his team were fantastic!! They were punctual, professional, and polite. I hired them for a local move in St. Catharines and was blown away by how efficiently they worked. I have used a number of movers in the past who essentially held me hostage at the end demanding more money. Not only did this not happen with Bob, but when I offered more money to move something from upstairs to downstairs again, he said “no”!!! I highly recommend this team and am grateful for their seamless and accommodating performance! 5 Stars!!!

They helped me move my stuff from Niagara Falls to Mississauga and I was very impressed! They accommodated my last minute request and they were able to move all my stuff in 1 day. Other companies were quoting me for a 2 day move! I will be using them for all my moves in the future now.

Quick response to quoting and follow up questions. Only company who offered a student rate. They were very accommodating changing the move date, due to COVID19 we were able to get my daughter moved sooner than originally booked. Showed up on time, very professional, friendly, and efficient.
