We used YouMoveMe for the second time and was once again extremely happy with their service. This time around, we tried boxing up our house ourselves (to be ready for the move date) but fell way behind and we were no where close to ready on moving day. YouMoveMe sent over extra bodies to help us manage last minute monumental packing in order to stay on track and successfully complete our move with little to no extra cost on our end (they thankfully had a training session on this day and used our situation as a “hands on” training opportunity for some of their new staff. Lucky for us! We will definitely use YouMoveMe again next time...and maybe start our packing a bit earlier too.

Excellent service and really nice people to work with. The movers bring you coffee, a nice touch, and are quick without breaking anything. They wrap up all your furniture up in blankets or shrink wrap and ensure a safe delivery and pack the truck well. They were very accommodating with my dog getting in the way and delivered everything to the rooms we asked them to. The wardrobe boxes are a great touch and made moving clothes super simple. Would definitely use them if/when we move again!

Simply the best. Matin and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. They arrived promptly (early in fact!) and went above and beyond to ensure a stress free move. I’ll admit I'm very particular and they exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Our furniture was disassembled, wrapped, and moved with the utmost care. On top of it all they finished the job in less time than quoted! Tyler, the Sales Manager, was also a joy to work with and will do everything he can to make sure you are satisfied. They showed up with a truck that was half full of someone else's stuff, we didn't get half of my things moved that day, they charged me DOUBLE, I asked that they email to discuss about how unsatisfied I was, instead they just ran my credit card without my consent, I asked about my MISSING items they never returned my email. Nothing but great things to say about You Move Me. We were moving from two different locations - a small one bedroom condo in Etobicoke and a one bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto. The two guys that helped us move were very friendly and determined to complete the move efficiently. The one bedroom apartment was on a 4th floor with stair access only, and both movers worked tirelessly to bring all the heavy furniture down to the truck. The final stop was to a 4 level townhouse in Ajax. In the end, the move took 7 hours, witrh no damage done to our property or home. I can't say enough about how happy we were with their services, would definitely recommend to friends/family.

BEST.MOVE.EVER.(said in comic book guy's voice) They were not only extremely accommodating and professional but also empathetic. The customer service was impeccable and I felt completely at ease leaving everything up to Youmoveme. They did everything possible to make sure we had the most seamless move ever. We had had a pretty terrible move prior when we used a "company" from kijiji and were literally robbed of our money and dignity. After that experience, I was pretty apprehensive of all moving companies. This time around, boy am I glad I found Youmoveme. Tyler made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and made moving a pleasant experience, which I did not think was possible! Robin and Adam were super friendly and took care of everything. We even had a few laughs along the way and my dog Xena loved them! That's a big bonus. I cannot recommend Youmoveme enough and any other move that happens in the future, I won't be using any other company and I will tell everyone I know that if they are moving, Youmoveme is the ONLY option if you want a great move. We had an amazing experience with You Move Me for our recent move. From the get-go; communication with the office and setting up a site visit was fast and easy. The quote was reasonable and on target once we had our final hours logged for the move. Our team on moving day was exceptional; Mark, Tristan and Abdul showed up positive and ready to work. They were less overwhelmed than us by the amount of stuff to move, and that was really reassuring. They worked really hard all day - for over 9h. Their work was hard - we moved a 3bdrm house plus appliances and all of our kitchen cabinets. They remained positive throughout the time and were strong at decision making. They were friendly even as they tired; chatting with our kids and friends who dropped in, while continually moving stuff in. We would book this crew and work with this company again in a heartbeat. My wife and I went with youmoveme four+ years ago. It was a terrific experience so when we had to move again it never occurred to us to call anyone else. We were not disappointed! So many thoughtful services like the online portal that helps you take care of moving details. You can apparently even add a coffee order to your move day! I did learn though that there's usually a little move-in gift but they were all out on my move-in day, shucks.

Love this franchise. The reason I love them is because I have a very busy life (3 kids, full time job, etc etc). I have no time to mess around and these guys certainly don’t. They are attentive to your every need and very professional. They make moving easy and stress free which is really hard to do.

Where to begin? The company depicted on their website is a complete misrepresentation of how the moving team actually operates and acts. To begin with, it is not the same company, the move is subcontracted to a third party. It felt like going to a fancy restaurant but when they bring you the food, it's actually from McDonald's. Not the price though, just the food. In order to keep their prices competitive, they barely mention the insurance, which keep in mind, is 60 cents/pound (more on this later). However, when giving you a quote, they should mention that their movers are very careless and you may want to reconsider your choice of basic insurance. The movers were very rushed, careless and unprofessional. During the trip from the old to the new location, without any notice, they disappeared for about half an hour. We had to call them because we thought they had gotten lost. According to them, they had stopped for gas (more on this later). While unloading the truck and bringing the stuff up to the new place they dropped several boxes, pieces of luggage, broke a large picture frame, dropped a library, crushed a box that broke my PC speakers and broke the wheels of a storage bin but when it was time to pay, they forgot that they had taken some time off at our expense. The day after, we noticed our HD TV was broken. They crushed the screen in two places and not only the image won't come on but also there is a buzzing sound coming from it as if it was about to explode. I called back and it took them two weeks to get back to me to confirm something they had told me in our initial call: You only have basic insurance that pays 60 cents per pound, sorry. I told them I wouldn't pursue the $12 dollars they would have given me for my $700 TV, but I would appreciate not being charged for the time they disappeared. They at least refunded me for that. A product or service should match its price, nobody is going to pay $2000 for a big mac. Unless you are moving weights from an old gym, don't hire these people.

Process was very easy to setup, I had looked at a couple companies for my move, pricing was inline with the other options. You Move Me felt like it was a more personal approach vs. a business transaction which was important as moving day can be a bit chaotic and overwhelming . The Move itself was great, the guys were extremely professional in wrapping furniture and items to protect them. For unloading they were efficient at asking and getting stuff to the right rooms and unwrapping. Once the move was complete they cleaned up the supplies and did a final walkthrough of the truck and house to make sure everything was where I wanted it. Great service/experience, I would definitely use them again.

Tim is definitely a seasoned mover and was very professional. Movers are always different depending on the guys you get. I contacted You Move Me for my move in Mississauga on recommendation of a friend, and we are so glad that we did. Mark, Tristan and DJ of the GTA-West team showed up on time, and were very friendly, efficient and careful during the entire process.They completed the move within the quoted time and handled everything like super pros. From the first minute, we knew we were in excellent hands and along with their experience/knowledge, good natures and senses of humour, the team helped make the move easy and totally hassle-free. Moving is super stressful, but they went above and beyond to help us with things like packing up a couple of the wardrobe boxes at a moment when our hands were full, and by configuring the sectional couch to our liking in our Great Room. I would definitely recommend You Move Me, and would not hesitate to use them again for future moves.

I was very disappointed with the experience I had. The forward facing first meeting with the company rep was great but the pre-packing I was sold on was a waste of money. I ended up spend over $2,000 for 2 guys to pack my kitchen and dinning room. Packing only Dishes, glasses and dry food. Apparently the pre-packing team were supposed to prep the house so that the moving team could make their way in and out. Added to this disaster, they did not show up with bubble wrap or packing paper. I had to supply all these materials. Moved form a Semi-Detached home to a 2 bedroom condo on the ground floor....the move took 15 hours!! It was a disaster. That said, the team that were assigned to the moving day were excellent. Very professional and they worked very hard to get the job done. I did follow up the next day asking for some assistance to move the garden furniture at a later date. I was told someone would follow up with me and I heard nothing until a week later. The cost was absolutely more than I had expected.

Brian and Arsh were really nice and accommodating during our recent move! I've been meaning to write this review for 4 months... we used these guys in the fall and the whole experience was positive. They were on time (with coffee for us!), polite, neat, careful, fast... all the things you really want in a moving company. I see some other people didn't have positive experiences but it almost sounds like they are talking about a different company. My sister and I both used You Move Me for our respective house moves this year and we both really really liked the experience; moving is a stressful time and emotions run high but the team that helped us were great and any concerns were alleviated once we saw how professional they were. No complaints. Highly recommended.

Moving is often a terrible experience, but You Move Me made it so much better. The team arrived to my place within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled two-hour window. They called ahead and were extremely prompt. A coffee for me in hand, they quickly surveyed the job ahead and started the clock when the papers were signed. They were diligent with my furniture, wrapping everything in plastics and blankets and taking even more care than I had when I had done DIY moves in the past. They moved as quickly as they could, barring moving too quickly to tempt injury. They arrived at my second location within 5 minutes of me (I left separately using a car, which moves through traffic much quicker). They set to work and managed to get everything off the truck and in my new apartment within an hour. This team was incredibly gracious, friendly, and kind, and I cannot express how deeply grateful I am to have had their help during this incredibly challenging and stressful move. The cost of their work is not cheap, but I think that if you can afford it and cannot do the move on your own, then the money is well spent. If I have to move again, I would definitely call them again and I would recommend them to all my friends. If moving is causing you stress, call them. It's worth it.

They removed an entire drawer from an antique buffet and placed it in a box and did not label the box so that was frustrating.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I arrived home in the evening to inspect the packing job i hired them to do the night before the moving truck was coming and found more then half of my home not packed. I took photos to show the head office. They sent a site supervisor to help me pack at 10 pm but I was up until 3 am still packing my home. This was a very traumatic experience for me. I have three kids and nothing was packed. The payment was processed from my visa and i am still waiting (1 month now) for someone to call me and give me a full or partial refund for a job not done. Terrible!!!!

These guys seemed professional and reputable when quoting our job, but that was grossly untrue. We used them for both packing our apartment for a couple days prior to our move and then for moving on January 31st of this year. When packing, they did not properly label many of the boxes, so we did not know where anything actually went on the other end, which was problematic since the reason we needed movers in the first place was because I was too pregnant and my husband was too injured to carry heavy boxes around. They also forgot to pack one of the cabinets in our kitchen, which meant we lost some of our belongings. When it came to the actual move, they underquoted the amount of time it took to complete, and ended up negotiating a higher price. They punched a hole in the wall at our old apartment, which they were supposed to fix, but didn't. Finally, we absolutely saw them load my husband's espresso maker on the truck, but it never came off at the other end. He tried repeatedly to get the company Todo something about it, but they have denied this occurred and seemed unconcerned that we've essentially been stolen from. Every day when we don't have coffee because we cannot afford to replace our machine, we regret choosing this company to move with. Don't make the same mistake we did. Choose someone else, anyone else.

I moved out on my own for the first time so I didn't have alot with me. I was initially quoted around $900 for 5 hours but the movers showed up right at 9 a.m., put all my stuff in the truck, drove to Hamilton and I ended up paying about half of the original quote for 3 hours including travel. No stress, no hassle, they were very friendly and they wore PPE during the entire job. Will definitely remember You Move Me for my next move.

The team of movers were friendly, personable, and conscientious. They were meticulous with the details. Did an intial walk through with us to discuss move and then once loaded walked through again to ensure our satisfaction. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with care, there was no damage to any walls or the furniture itself. They weren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. This is the second time I've hired You Move Me to move from downtown Toronto to the Junction. It was far from an easy move and extremely stressful given I needed them to pick up a piano from a separate location in the GTA and additional items from another location outside of Toronto. When I called to book, I needed movers in less than a week timeframe which they were able to accommodate. On top of that, they had someone come within an hour of my call to assess the costs of the move, their GM no less! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional, friendly and experienced. We hit a few snags but You Move Me was amazing in coming up with solutions (I had furniture that wouldn't fit up narrow stairs to the third floor and yet they found a way). This was the second time (18-June-2021) that I used You Move Me to move the contents of my home. I was referred to the company by a satisfied customer and I've referred people to the company who have been thoroughly satisfied as well. On both occasions the movers were amazing, Jimmy who did the intake/quote was also great on both occasions. Unfortunately, for this second move, they failed to let me know what they were now charging a fee for the movers to return to their office. Interestingly enough the first time I hired them (August 2020) in the same city, they did not charge a fee for the movers to return to their office. I don't have any issues with paying the costs associated with moving, however, like most people would expect an honest and true quoting process. Especially when a new fee has been added compared to the last time I hired them. Note that this $175 charged was in addition to the travel fee of $210 for a total of $385 Etobicoke-Oshawa round trip (~$3/km).

But still docking 2 stars for the time it took - I was given an extremely high estimate of hours, I called to walk through all of the furniture to ask for the estimate to be reduced to allow the movers to take another job that day but was told not to worry it was just an estimate. One mover took ~30 minutes for a personal reason (which was fine) but the other two movers just idled while he did and we lost another 30 minutes when they got the truck stuck trying to turn around as a result lunch took them about an hour all in but they only docked 30 minutes from our bill. I was told I would get an itemized invoice afterwards - I've followed up with the main office twice now and no response. I believe I was overcharged ~one hour and am still waiting to hear back. Bottom line: movers were good and took care with our items but there was a combo of personal time / inefficiency I don't believe we should have been charged for. I think if the main office had estimated appropriately to start the movers would've aimed for that estimate instead. Might use again but would be very insistent on the estimate being more accurate upfront.

It took exactly as much time as they quoted except for An oversized armoire for which they sent 3 guys a couple days later for just the cost of labour to move for me. They made it seamless and easy! For the armoire, TJ and EC were amazing! They got the job done fast and efficiently and got me fully in my new place. I’ll use them again for sure!

Our elevators require fobs so he ran 16 flights of stairs before we realized what was wrong. 15 mins were lost parking because my building's valet guys were jerks. I was not charged for this. Some boxes were stacked roughly in the elevator but my fragile boxes - clearly marked - were handled properly.

They broke my TV during my move a few months ago. They didn't secure it properly in their truck and the base snapped and screen cracked while in transit. Totally defeats the purpose of hiring a moving company. To make matters worse, they were impossible to reach when I tried to get some form of compensation. I gave up. They did other questionable things too, like sending the wrong moving team to my apartment at the wrong time, without a contract. I foolishly ended up signing a handwritten "contract" drafted on a crumpled piece of looseleaf paper. Pathetic. Shady company, use at your peril.

I have moved a total of 35 times and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. We had a brief conversation about the contents by phone due to covid and I was quoted only 5 hours. The guys showed up right on time, followed social distancing procedures and worked carefully and efficiently. The whole move took only 3 hours from arrival to departure. The guys even protected the floors in the entry to my new place and placed over 50 boxes right where they needed to be. Nothing was damaged or forgotten. This will be my absolute best effort not to exaggerate! When I originally requested a quote, I sent over details of every single item that needed to be moved. I was quoted $700 for a 3 hour job. I was told that I would need to put down a deposit to reserve my date and the instructions would follow in an email. I never received an email to put down a deposit so I called back two more times and was assured that I would receive an email... again, no email. Finally, a day before my scheduled move, a new guy from the company called me and said that the only information he had about my move was my name and phone number. He didn't have my items, my addresses or my deposit. I thought that was fine so I gave him everything he needed and we agreed that the movers would be there at 9am the next morning and that I would pay the full amount then. The movers showed up and they were honestly very sweet. I was slightly concerned when one guy had finished wrapping my full length mirror and the other guy came in and made him re-wrap it. I thought he might have been new. That normally would have been fine but re-wrapping everything when you're paying by the hour is certainly not ideal. The movers kept working for several hours. They took so long that they ended up telling me they had to leave before putting all of my furniture together in order to make it in time for the second job. I paid for the full reconstruction of the furniture they had to disassemble so I told them that we should really try to find a way to complete the job now. One guy ended up staying back to build my bed, which took another hour (roughly). When I went to pay, the job price had jumped from $700 to $1,100..... I was so not prepared to spend $1,100 on a move when I was quoted $700. I was honestly shocked at the price increase (mind you, the moving company I used to move into the first apartment charged me $500). Finally- the last thing I'll say is that they lost my remote for one of my TVs in their truck. The guy had to drive back 30 minutes after his shift ended to leave the remote at my doorstep. Even though the people I spoke with all seemed very pleasant, every single step of this process left me disappointed. I'm sorry to say I will not be using their services again.

UPDATE: It has been almost 1 month now and You Move Me HAVE NOT provided us with the refund as they have promised. I wish they responded to us as quickly as they replied to 1-star reviews because their customer service is truly unacceptable. Posting a bad review seems to be the only way to get a prompt response. We have had a very frustrating and difficult time dealing with You Move Me, especially its packing staff and customer service. To be fair, the moving staff were very hardworking. Otherwise, the poor service we've received from You Move Me does not justify the cost. We were charged more than $12,000 for a 2-bedroom house move from Mississauga to High Park. On packing day, we caught several of the staff texting while on the job and taking many breaks. The packing job was done inconsistently, with some tiny things being packed in multiple layers of packing papers while others got dumped into the boxes just to fill them up. We provided some of the boxes AND packed 30% of the items ourselves, including books, clothing and kitchenware, yet the final bill was the same as their initial estimate. Not only that, there were damages to our paintings and spillage in the boxes. The final straw was dealing with the customer service. We have complained and was told we would get partly refunded for the poor service and damages of our things. Here we are, almost one month later, and still no refund. We have had too much back-and-forth with Dean and Dave, the customer service agents, and are very tired of it. He have promised to call us back many times and never kept his word until we had to chase him down. We would not work with again nor recommend this moving company to anyone.

Worst Experience with the Customer Service Center. They say they are friendly, but sorry they are not. Called up customer care and spoke to a one rep to schedule an inspection. They sent a guy who provided me an estimate. I wanted them to further work on their estimates so I called up their call center spoke to the first rep I spoke to earlier and he said he will get back to me in a day. He did not. Ended up calling them again just to know the spot I got an estimate for is already full and if I need that now I need to pay premium rate of $300 per hour. The Customer rep did not care of even showing the courtesy for no follow-ups, the miscommunication and not standing by their word on the provided estimates.

Really impressed. The level of organization at You Move Me is HIGH. I got phone calls before the move to ensure that I had what I need in terms of packing materials and as a accurate of an estimate as possible. The guys showed on time the day of and had called me 30mins before to ask how I take my coffee. Moving everything out was like clockwork, the guys worked carefully, but quick, taking into mind that less time meant less for me to pay at the end. I would strongly recommend using this company but with two caveats. Make sure you give the estimator as much information as possible. Don't just answer the questions you are asked or you might end up with a much higher bill than you expect. Decide in advance of the move how you want the contents of your dressers moved. I expected the movers to either they dresser drawers separately or shrink wrap the dresser and move it intact, but that didn't happen and it led to some problems. A lot of reviews of other companies make it sound like the move depends on what kind of crew shows up. Either I was really lucky or (and I think this is the case) You Move Me is very careful about the movers they hire. If you want hard working and pleasant movers, this is the company to use. Because the elevator was too small to fit a couch (and just a regular size couch!), the movers had to carry it up the stairs. Good thing I was moving to the fourth floor and not the twenty third. But they did it and they didn't complain. That demonstrates the excellent work ethic and the customer service attitude of the staff. Also, do yourself a favour. Don't go to the liquor store and the grocery store over and over to get boxes. You Move Me offers a pack of fifty boxes in a variety of sizes. Also, they have wardrobes so your closet move from your old closet to your new closet with a minimum of effort. Moving is difficult enough. Get the boxes.

I recently used You Move Me to move items from a house to a condo. I can’t say enough good things about them - right from the beginning they were supportive and helpful. Tyler called me right away to find out what I needed and gave me a rough estimate on costs. Followed up the conversation in an email so I could get in touch with him at any time. The day before the move I got a call from him confirming what time the guys were showing up the next day. Josh and Mark showed up on time even though it was during the ice storm! If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Where to begin... We booked You Move Me on April 1st between the time slot of 12-2PM. It was absolutely critical for the movers to arrive on time due to the condo elevator reservation which was 12-3:15. We called multiple times in advance stressing the importance of a timely arrival and they say they would arrive between 12-12:30 and that they even staffed another mover on the job before ours. By 1 o'clock we received no phone call and resorted to calling the office ourselves and were informed that the job before ours was running late. To fast forward a little bit the movers arrived at 4:30!!!! I cannot even begin to explain how stressful the waiting period was. When they did finally arrive the movers were not uniformed and had the audacity to greet us with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. After the move was complete we spoke to the manager of the Toronto office regarding a discount for the significant delays and the maximum he offered us a negligible amount and told us that he would speak to the GM to approve a higher discount. I cannot stress enough how stressful it has been dealing with this company. For $500 save your self a headache and get a U-Haul because clearly no one at this company cares. STAY FAR AWAY!

The movers were very polite and accommodating - taking apart a dining room table and mirror and hutch... Unfortunately they arrived with used wardrobe boxes which was very upsetting, especially during COVID19! They taped them and I tried cleaning them with disinfectant wipes... Consumer Beware! - one star rating! The morning of the moving day, as promised a team of 6-8 men came professionally uniformed in a clean truck and on time. After initial introductions, the men began to move out labelled boxes and they bubble wrapped fragile items such as mirrors & prints. While I was overseeing & directing the move throught out the 2 storey house with basement, I observed the men had shoes on and that no cloth or paper runners were laid down on the floors nor down on staircases-not even in the high traffic hallway areas and foyer. Also, I noticed that the furnitures & chairs were not even covered. I mentioned it to two of the men who told me they're almost finished. By the evening, the house was emptied and the crew drove on to the new address. There, I instructed the movers to put the boxes in places as labelled on the boxes and directed them to the rooms that the furniture had to be moved into to. The rush to unload the trucks was on. Again, no cloth nor paper runners were laid down. The rush to clear and move into both houses resulted in damages to some furniture pieces, chipped glass dome which wasn't bubble wrapped! and most visible damages are the hardwood floors. Initially the manager was very helpful and arranged to book a hardwood floor repairman, who did show on the date to repair the floor. But following the repairman's assessment, the floors were not repairable due to the extent of the damages, which include scratches, scuff and gauge marks and that the hardwood floor planks would have to be removed & replaced. The repairman told me he'd write a report to the manager at You Move Me My many follow up phone calls and emails regarding repairing the floor have gone unanswered. I am now seeking legal recourse.

We have recently used You Moved Me to move from our townhouse to a condo. They were recommended by my daughter who had used their service before. Let us share our experience on this move! We were a bit nervous before the move, but this turned out to be extremely smooth and without any hassle. The team leader Vince called twice on the morning to confirm the move and they were on time. The group, Vince, Derek and John not only handled our furniture with care but were also very polite and easy to work with. All the furniture were wrapped carefully on the spot. Vince was very experience. We had a few very heavy gymn equipments, they handled them with out any problem. Couple of times the furniture got stuck at the doorway but Vince was able to carefully guide his members to manoeuvre and get out of those situations. Our overall experience with this moving company was way over satisfaction. Their customer service was responsive; getting quote and confirmation; very accommodating when we were unable to book the elevator and had to change the moving date; the moving team was absolutely great. Absolutely Terrible experience and not at all in line with the reviews. We had a crew of 3 men to which 1 work the entire time, one was staying in the truck waiting for cargo and the other assessing and planning and wrapping....barley lifted a box in the move out. These were novice movers as they had trouble backing up truck in drive way (took 30 to 40 mins and kept changing drivers. We had 3 furniture deliveries with no issue), took over 1 hours to take out 1 couch which myself and my 110 lbs wife was able to bring in, they had a screaming match when our kids were sleeping and in front of our guest and over invoice us. I paid almost $2k to move most of my things myself. When I connected withe their office to complaint; they offered to correct the invoice and give us back 30 minutes of charges. Never again will You Move Me!!!

Owing to staggered closing dates, I booked two moves with You Move Me and was really pleased overall. Jimmy was responsive during the quoting process, the pricing structure was straight-forward and the crew confirmed addresses a few days in advance. Jimmy also provided really helpful advice about what I could do to minimize costs: 1. being organized and having everything packed in advance saved me a lot of money. 2. Doubling the size of the crew (to 2 trucks and 4 movers) is faster and cheaper than a single team because it allows one person to pack the truck while the other three are moving furniture out of the house. Both jobs ended up coming in under-time and under-budget. Jordan was the team-lead on both moves and did a fantastic job keeping everything organized. His trucks were clean and his crew worked hard. They were friendly and respectful of both our homes and our neighbours. They were also very sensitive to our concerns about a few fragile possessions and packed them up carefully with moving blankets and waterproof wrap. You Move Me did an excellent job in moving the contents of a bungalow to three different locations. The first stop was our current house, where they unloaded some furniture and filled the space on the truck with some things going to the next stop which was our daughter’s new apartment. They unloaded everything there and then took a load of donated furniture to the furniture bank. I drastically underestimated what we had in the house, so severely that it took 6 hours instead of the 3 I had expected, but Vince and Jonathan were very positive and worked continuously to get everything done. This was my first time moving away from home and you move me made it so easy. My girlfriend and I loaded our u haul in New Brunswick and hired you move me to unload it and bring everything up to our new condo. We had to drive 13 hours to get here so we were extremely tired and stressed out. Nicholas and Abdul were absolutely amazing. They made everything so easy, were super easy to talk to, jokes around with us a bit, and just made us feel so much more comfortable. They also managed to get our huge couch through a very small door which was shocking to me, I thought for sure it wasn’t going to fit. They were amazing and anyone who has them as movers are very lucky. After everything was done, I was a bit confused about our bill and I called and explained what was going on and everything was explained perfectly and cleared up all confusion. They were on time, polite, professional, and just all around amazing. Next time I move I will be calling them for sure and if you are looking for a moving company they are the best. We had to move 3 items a block away and put some other stuff in the locker downstairs. The crew came unprepared. They did not have any card board boxes or packing paper, no bubble wrap. The only thing they had was shrink wrap. So such item as a small vase had to be shrink wrapped and put in the storage loose. The items that were to be moved were NOT protected even by moving blankets that they had and not strapped. One of the drawers was open. I believed them that they will protect the precious 5K worth Woden carving table top, which was only previously shrink wrapped by me. Yet they have transported it “as is.” It was put in the storage without any protection and now I what, do ?I have to hire someone to come and wrapped it up? Unbeliavably unprofessional. The guys were friendly but that the only positive thing I can say. That was not different than asking a friend to help you to move. You would think that the professional movers would have more experience.

I encountered their staff at a parking lot at Tim Hortons. They were very unprofessional, roaming around smelling like cigarettes and alcohol, very off-putting. And on top off all this they parked their 3 trucks in a way that blocked half of the exit from the drive through. I asked the driver to move their truck because we couldn’t fit and they told me off. They behave disrecpectfuly and without any regard for others, I would never consider hiring them or recommending them to anyone based on their off-duty demeanor.

My overall experience with You Move Me was very good I’d have to say. Although they arrived 30 min into the 3hr move out window, which I knew would be tight already due to the convoluted procedure to get stuff from the apartment to the truck, it worked out because I was able to extend the elevator service time. I should have been more clear about the extra time that would be required. The two gentleman that came were very nice, and polite, and worked very hard to get finished in time, with no complaints about the extra work involved. I only have two nice pieces of furniture, but they treated everything like it was expensive. Although they weren’t the cheapest quote for moving, I was happy with them, and would recommend them to my friends. And they gave me a plant as a house warming gift. I thought that was a nice touch. The three people who came from You Move Me to help me move were very polite and courteous. Pros: They did bring free wardrobe boxes which was VERY useful for my clothes and comforters. They agreed to take my plants even though they usually don’t (although they later claimed that the plants increased the time it to move. If I had know that, I would have taken the plants myself). My 65-inch TV, which was the most important item, was delivered PERFECTLY, without damage – AMAZING! Cons: You Move Me claimed that there was no 4 hour minimum, unlike other moving companies. I would IGNORE that. Somehow the movers were able to take EXACTLY 4 hours to move my one bedroom apartment. My new building had two elevators, so that was the reason it took so long (apparently). I have spoken to many others in the building, and their movers did it in half the time – of course, their movers had a 4 hour minimum so we ended up paying the same amount. In any event, I wouldn’t rely on their “no minimum hours” marketing strategy. The truck left my building before me. I had to wait 45 minutes at my old building to sign some paperwork, and then I took a 15-minute Uber to the new apartment. It took the truck ANOTHER 20 MINUTES to arrive at my new apartment. So it took them an hour to travel a distance that took me 10 minutes by Uber pool. Not only were they really slow, but cups and glasses were broken in TWO of my boxes that were MARKED FRAGILE. So not only did they magically take 4 hours, which the “minimum” that was authorized on my card, I am left with a $1,000 bill and half the cups and glasses I started with.

I move every couple of years and this is the worst moving experience I've ever had. Not only was I charged an additional 400 dollars but several pieces of furniture were broken and nothing was done to fix it. Wish I had gone with Rent-a-Son or Cargo Cabbie as I've heard great first hand reviews from them. Hope this spares people from having the same disastrous move as I had.

The person that I talked to over the phone and the one who came over to our house to give us an estimate were very kind. they seemed trustworthy, but the actual movers were just okay. they left scratches on my furniture ( bar stool and baby crib) and a dent on my wall and dents on our floor. I guess that's understandable but one of the movers was very rude. I labled each boxes where to go (den,bathroom etc.) but he kept leaving stuff in the first livingroom where is closer to the main entrance. so I asked him if he can move my books to the den. he totally had attitude. so now I have bunch of stuff in my livingroom.wondering why I paid much more compared to other local moving companies but have to lift my boxes by myself I could totally see how much he hates his job that made me so uncomfortable

They also damaged an antique dresser because they didn't pack it well enough. And...they never brought the promised coffee, which is no big deal but then don't promise it. You Move Me provided the worst moving experience I have ever had. A guy called Matthew gave us a quote for a one day move, and made several assertions about their standards of customer service yet our move took 4 days to complete due to so many issues - too numerous to list. The Operations Manager (Colin) provided his business card but then refused to answer his phone or call back ever. To make it all so much worse they charged additional costs to my credit card beyond original quote without my approval, or any explanation. The Manager (Dave) promised to resolve the billing issues but did not. I have followed up several times but they demonstrate zero consideration in wanting to resolve complaints or concerns. We found the crews (all 3 of them - even the non You Move Me employee they brought along to help) courteous, but they too complained about how badly treated they were by You Move Me and how badly run the company is. Please never use this firm.

You move me, team arrived on time, inspected the packages/boxes and quickly gave me an overview of how things work. They carefully wrapped my glass items and took utmost care of the boxes labelled as fragile. Sadly,the freight elevator was not working on the day of my move. So, the team had to use regular elevator and they told me it wud take longer than usual. But to my surprise, they were done in no time. We have used You Move Me three times now ever since we moved to Toronto. Each time the service has been top notch! The movers arrive on time with coffee (super appreciated given everything is packed), are incredibly efficient with time, friendly with an upbeat attitude and don't nickel and dime us for time/extra boxes used. I appreciated them even more when one time I had to use a different moving company given You Move Me wasn't available and it took them longer with 4 people and they struggled with the couch (granted it's heavy). With You Move Me each time 2 movers handled the couch perfectly and efficiently and all moves were completed in under the estimate. I would hands down recommend You Move (and already have) to anyone looking for movers in the GTA Area.

This was the second time I used You Move Me my first experience was so enjoyable. The first time I used them, they were polite, respectful and hardworking, so naturally I would hire them again. My second experience made me want to move everything myself. One of the two movers were respectful, however the other one was just lazy and careless. My wife and I went to great lengths to label boxes and stacked most of them in one room so the move would be organized when the movers arrived at the first house. Once we arrived at the second house, we ended up having to go around the house while the movers were working to move boxes into the rooms where they belong. Many desks and kitchen tables were chipped or scratch. The worst was the $3000.00 kitchen table that they were carelessly sliding boxes across. There were also chips and scratchers on all of the desks shelves and our baby's crib. None of our furniture was wrapped and if it was it was wrapped in the truck after being slid on the bottom of the truck, much unlike the care and attention our furniture was given when we used you move me last time. They had ample supplies to wrap furniture properly in the truck that was not used. Finally, my wife and I have had to drive back and forth from Barrie to Mississauga 4 times because they were unable to fit everything in the truck. Which is unacceptable as we only have added two or three large items from our last move where they had ample space left over. This has costed us hundreds of additional dollars in fuel, childcare and wear and tear on our vehicles. When we would see the movers one was on his phone very often, and they were not abiding by the guidelines for safety in regards to covid that we were promised. They did not wear masks for more than when they first entered our home, did not have them on when asking us for directions or in our new home. After the move we discovered multiple incorrect withdrawals on our account some of which have still not been rectified after calling the company and being told they would be calling us back in 10 minutes to discuss this. We are still waiting for a call and opportunity to discuss our terrible experience and and charges for our move, someone else's move and an unexplained large sum as well. Thankfully our credit card allows us to incur all of these extra charges or we would not even be able to get gas for the multiple trips in both our SUVs that are required to complete our move.

Excuses, excuses, excuses. The move was slow. Very slow. It took three hours longer than I was quoted and could have been four hours longer if I didn’t work hard moving boxes around the house during the unload. I probably saved myself a few hundred dollars by “joining” the crew at the end. The heat and a patch of rain were to blame for the massive discrepancy between quote and reality according to the company. I could have done the job in the same amount of time if I had called a few friends and saved myself thousands! The three man crew consisted of one who knew what he was doing and what seemed to be two student trainees who needed their hands held. We had a dropped box, damaged furniture and boxes of books stacked on boxes marked “fragile”. The usual response to anything that went wrong was: “It happens” Apparently knocking a priceless family antique into a chandelier is funny to these movers. I certainly wasn’t laughing after paying professional fees for amateur quality work.

I have used this company twice, our first move with them was great! Our second move was terrible... they were an hour late. Jimmy under quoted the job, even after a FaceTime call to show him what the move would entail. The movers were too tired after only 6 of the 8 hours of work they were meant to do.. so they wanted to continue our move the next day with 2 crews to make sure we got our stuff in our new home as quickly as possible. (That didn’t happen...) We had to stay over at my parents house during a pandemic with our 4 kids because none of our things were in either home. They showed up at 2pm the next day to continue the job... everything wasn’t in our new place until late into the evening. We didn’t have a second crew, just 3 people which is why it took so long. They scratched and scuffed my newly painted walls, they broke my microwave in the move, I had boxes upside down, furniture upside down. Saw the crew members fighting outside during the move which further delayed us to the point my friend had to stop them. It was getting so late and so tiring that my husband and friend had to join in helping to unload the truck because they were taking too long and we were losing day light. Our original quote was $1800, we ended up spending $2600 on the move and had to pay on the spot. They clearly under quote people so that you book your move with them, but when it comes to the move, you’ll end up paying way more than you expected to. I wrote a review before and swiftly got a call that they’d try to fix the situation and see what they can do to refund for their mistakes... haven’t heard from them since.

You move me Toronto were professional and organized. They were fast to reply to emailed questions and called to confirm their arrival time on the day of the moves. They were able to accommodate our move out on a Sunday and moving in on Tuesday, keeping our possessions on the truck for 2 nights, they were one of the only companies we found that were able to do this. The team helped disassemble and reassemble our large furniture and helped with moving furniture around our new house. They followed covid protocol wearing masks throughout the move. I would recommend them.

My wife and I moved August 13th of this year. They quoted us a 5 hour move and it took 11. They wanted to charge us for the extra hours,. I was adamant I was not paying. I paid them an extra hour. The movers broke a window pane in the back door. Jordan the area manager asked me for the dimensions on the 17th. He said he would put the order in and it would be 2-3 weeks. Almost 4 months later and nothing. I have had to call 6 times for updates. Found out Jordan didn't order it until September 27th. He would never return my calls. Brittany in Customer Care is the only positive experience. I will NEVER nor recommend You Move Me. It was so frustrating the lack of communication, I was mulling over the thought of going to the Media that's how bad of an experience it has been. I didn't want to give 1 star. I had to in order to post this.

The crew at You Move Me moved our 3BR home in mid August and did an amazing and professional job. Vince led a crew of four who were careful with the floors, the house, and the furniture. Large items were wrapped and handled carefully. I had a 300+ lbs stand-up video game. The team had been aware of it during the quoting. There was no attempt to upcharge me or make an issue of it. The crew used various dolly tools and brute force and got that thing from one basement to the other. I noticed they used careful communication throughout the move, particularly on tricky items like the arcade and freezer to ensure crew safety and no damage during the process. They gave a cute coloring book for the kids and left me with a nice mug. They also used expertise that no homeowner can match to efficiently pack the trucks to within an inch of every wall. I packed a POD myself and did an OK job... but the way the crew can Tetris a footstool into the tiny space between some odd shaped shelving was amazing to watch. If they advise two trucks, follow their advice. They are not trying to upsell you - they simply know what they are doing. Lastly, I had a spare tire with a plant in it as part of a garden. I was sure they were going to tell me to leave it be... but they used my own shovel to move it carefully into my wheelbarrow to transport to the new backyard. Movers in general get an incredibly bad reputation. You Move Me is a professional operation and you get what you pay for with no tricks and really no stress. I give Vince and his team 5 stars. No nonsense, no stress, and a positive attitude throughout a very hard day of work. Thanks guys.

You Move Me was supposed to be at our house to move between 11am and 12pm today. It’s now 2:30pm and they still haven’t arrived. We haven’t received an update eta since before noon. We legally have to be out of the house for the new owners any minute now and our sales rep, customer experience rep, and the guy that called this morning to say they were running behind all won’t pick up their phone or return voicemails. Our “customer experience rep” doesn’t even have voicemail activated, super professional. As I was typing this review we got an updated call and they’re going to be another 40min still. They said another job took a lot longer than expected, so I guess don’t trust their judgment on how long it takes to do the job either.

I'm not really sure where to start. My wife booked this company to help us move a 4 bedroom home. I was a bit shocked by what unfolded after the original booking. We heard from someone at the dispatch office that clearly did not have clue about the information WE HAD ALREADY GIVEN SOMEONE. She then proceeded to tell us that they have to charge more money....UM, BAIT AND SWITCH! I was in a jam, since I booked them 3 weeks earlier and was moving 2 days later, so there was no choice but to go with the added quote. They increased our fees by over $2,000!! If you have a large home, DO NOT use this service. With a smaller home, you might be lucky enough to only have $1,000 more in fees. It was especially weird since they promised us that the pricing was ok all the way up to the point of NO RETURN. I was shocked to know that a company that seems well-off would treat us like this. But, that's not where it ends. This company has way more troubles than just quoting...At the end of our move, we took a look at our boxes....it turns out, they are thieves too. This company is responsible for my wife's jewelry being stolen, and there is no way I will get it back. Don't let their pretty trucks fool you. They are a bunch of thieves that will rob you blind. I finally got around to posting this after 6 months of contemplation. I can tell you without a doubt, that this company will frustrate your move experience, rob you blind, and there is a good chance that one of their movers will steal from you. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY.

Excellent movers! We hired a team of 3 movers. It was Rick (the bearded team leader) and two younger boys. They were very polite, professional and always smiling. They didnt take a single break, nothing unpleasant like a smoke break in the middle of their work. They took proper care of my brand new house laying down blankets on the floor and covering the staircase so that there is no scratch. And most importantly, they were working with lightening speed, and not wasting time moving slowly, because you know the clock is ticking! I tipped them total 200$ at the end of the job. You Move Me was recommended by my partner's sister, but we still researched 5 other moving companies and this was the best the whole way through. 1. The website was easy to use 2. The customer service agent called me, was knowledgeable, had access to information there and then, and made a reservation for me right away (no waiting like with other companies) 3. You Move Me appears to have a large fleet which makes getting the date you want easier 4. Consistent email communication up until the date provided helpful information and reassured me on the reservation 5. The Team Lead (Vince) called the afternoon before to confirm information, see if I needed them to bring any extra packing materials, and inform me of the process in the morning 6. The whole team; Vince, Igor and Keran, were all the best three things you could want during a move: friendly, competent and quick 7. Vince particularly was exceptional; he was very knowledgeable of the moving process, solutioned obstacles (eg narrow walkway, tricky staircase) with ease, was an excellent leader (was efficient at directing the other two and giving praise). He also seems to take pride in working for You Move Me and was confident in their status as a client-focused company. 8. The team was happy to have us participate as much or little as we wished that day. Vince even taught me some of the movers jargon! 9. Absolutely NOTHING was broken during the move If anyone I know is looking for a moving company, I would 110% recommend You Move Me. Writing a review seems to be the only way to get a response, as the office voice mail box is perpetually full so you can't leave a message. You Move Me was the most expensive of the quotes I received but I went with them because of the excellent experience I'd had with the GOT JUNK people. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the moving side of the company. The driver was more than an hour late, which delayed our ability to pack the truck. He told me it was due to a problem with the GPS, and while I recognize that GPS is useful for determining traffic flow, a good backup to have would be an old-fashioned paper map. I only saw one big item, the TV, actually wrapped for protection. Presumably blankets were used inside the truck to protect the rest of the furniture but pieces still sustained damage. The bookshelves are only IKEA and thus not a huge issue, but they also chipped the headboard to an expensive and custom-built bed. I sent the office an email with pictures showing the damaged items but have not heard back as yet. On the positive side, the movers were perfectly pleasant and hard-working, and wrestled with a difficult disassembly of the above-mentioned bed as well as an admittedly scattered packing job (done by me). It was a long and tiring day, obviously, but they kept their game faces on and worked through without taking any breaks, which I appreciated given the tight turnaround time between elevator bookings. However, given that I have used other moving companies in Toronto that cost less and didn't damage any furniture, I admit I was hoping for better.

My wife and I booked You Move Me Toronto to assist us with moving out of our condo and into our new home. The MORNING OF our move (around 8:30am), we received a call from You Move Me Toronto saying that there was an incident that happened the previous day that would not allow them to assist us with our move at 12:00pm as they were short staff and could only get to our condo for 3:00pm. After we explained to You Move Me Toronto that we only had the elevator booked from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, that the elevator was booked for the remainder of the day by other people moving, and that our tenants were moving into the unit the following day, You Move Me Toronto said that they would "move things around" and get to our place for 12:00pm. A couple hours later (around 10:00am), You Move Me Toronto called us back to say that they could not accommodate the 12:00pm move time. As previously mentioned, my wife and I had a two hour window to get out of our condo and the best that You Move Me Toronto was able to do was offer us back our moving deposit to assist with finding alternative plans. In two hours, my wife and I were forced to figure out a plan, which involved us renting a 16 foot moving truck (this was the only size available) and struggling through the move ourselves. The main reason we decided to book You Move Me Toronto was because of the reviews we read about them being a "reliable" and "reputable" moving company. For a "reliable" and "reputable" moving company, I would have hoped that the staffing issue was something that could have been addressed internally and not become an additional obstacle for us to deal with during an already challenging moving experience. I DON'T recommend You Move Me Toronto and I suggest you look for another moving company.

If they hadn’t been on the clock we would have asked them to stick around and socialize. This is the third time to use You Move Me. Twice with the Kitchener office and once with the Toronto office. First off the move Team was AWESOME!!. Due to the very poor communication of the management team they ended up having a 14 HOUR day. We ended up doing 2 moves because the Team were unaware of a storage unit along with our home to be moved. A call was made by myself the day before to confirm everyone was aware of the 2 locations. The 2 locations were on my estimate. Not sure why the Team was not made aware of this? Would I use the Toronto office again-NO. Would I use the Kitchener office again-YES. I have used professional moves to move across North American. This was the most inferior of them all.

What an experience. The move went great! it was a small move but it was done with no issues and done with efficiency. Tyler was truly a highlight of this whole experience. He is the sales manager and operations manager there and he delivered everything he promised. He came to the house was respectful and charming. He broke down everything that would happen from start to finish and it happen exactly as he said. Weeks before the move he contacted us to make sure that we were on track. Day before he called made sure we were ready to go. During the move called to make sure it was going smooth. Dave? then closed the bill out and was clear with everything. We just used this company to move from Toronto to Brampton - simple move. Probably the most incompetent movers we've ever dealt with. Our advise - don't let the flashy website fool you - they are more expensive than others and not worth the time. Today we had to rent a uhaul to finish the move ourselves after paying them $2,600 and having to replace several office furniture which they boke and took no responsibility for compensating us. We are happy to speak to anyone considering this company...our advice - reconsider, move on to another company.

Only bad experience was from the person who planned the move. the quote I received was for 3 persons for 6 hours only while actual charges were for 7.5 hours and I had to pay for extra 1.5 hours than on the quote. it's not the customer fault, could be miss judgment from the planner or provided movers were slow. One star is too many, but there is no other option. I had used their sister company 1-800-GotJunk and I was really impressed with the service, so I looked into using You Move Me. I called their number, discussed my move and received a quote. I have moved many times including cross country, so I am not a novice mover. They were late, but that never bothers me, as I understand things happen. What did bother me was a 5 hour move took 10 hours and cost double my quote. The two movers blamed it on being a "call center job". What is the point of listing a number to call and having a call center, if this is the result. As the hours accumulated, their supervisor was calling asking why it was taking so long. One mover told me that does not bother him, because he gets paid by the hour. He later said the "big boss" was now calling and again repeated it does not bother him because he gets paid by the hour. Every extra hour he was getting paid, it was increasing my fee. I want you to think about how that looks to a client!! I did not expect to be scammed, by a legitimate moving company. This was not some guy with a truck. They wrapped everything and still managed to cause damage. They lost the screws to our bed, which they did not even bother to try and put together. I still have several blanket wraps, if you want them back, as they left several pieces of furniture wrapped. I paid $75 for a special tv box, which I never did see, as they wrapped the tv in a mirror box with some thin wrap underneath. I expect I will get a "corporate letter" telling me how sorry they are about my experience and how this is not up to their standard. It may not be up to your standard, but it was my experience!

This company is atrocious. The people they send cannot be called professional movers; they have the grace, preparation and finesse of a chimp. They showed up late, without any awareness of what was being done and without the proper materials - specifically a mattress bag and wardrobe boxes. When I told them I had pre-paid for the mattress bag they said they didn't have one and would just try to reuse extra ripped plastic from some other job that they had lying around...not only did this not work, it served the opposite purpose of a mattress bag by literally putting dirt onto my mattress. They had to send out for someone to bring the wardrobe boxes we had ordered, slowing down our move again. That was just the beginning. They sent a kid who was clearly in training, unable to do any task without detailed instruction and assistance and tried to charge us for his time as though he was a professional. They were slow, uncouth in their behaviour and the way they spoke. They could not even figure out how to wrap the furniture let alone get it out of our condo and into our new home. They stepped all over our belongings in the process of packing/moving without apology, they scratched our walls and took no care in placing items in our house (ex. nearly ruined our mattress by trying to fold it in half). When I called to complain, they apologized and blamed it on the fact that they were moving their offices. Ironic, huh? They did a bad job with our move because they were moving... THEY ARE LITERALLY A MOVING COMPANY. That should be seamless! They offered to send someone to remedy the scratches and dents in our walls, but never followed through. I sent follow up emails, but I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when they just stopped responding. Let's be real, they don't show up with coffee, don't leave a "housewarming gift"... they barely even move. DO NOT HIRE.

So the quote for 5 hours for my move was $600-900. They ended up doing it in 3 hours and I was charged just over $700....I was disappointed as I thought I would have saved money as it didn't take 5 hours and as you know, moving is already expensive for everything else associated. In any event, the movers are really good and I like the service overall... Just didn't expect such a high bill.

They took apart furniture that needed to be taken apart, and put it all back together at our new place. We had a three man crew, and all were professional and hard working. The estimator came by and after a walk through the house and garage quoted us $2,800.00 tax included, for 4 men and 1 truck. Sep 28, moving day, 3 men and two trucks arrive with a 4th man arriving several hours later. They were pleasant and courteous but rough and damaged our hardwood floor in 4 places, damaged several antiques and ripped our leather recliner. They couldn't load everything so had to leave some items behind and return the following day to retrieve them. We were told it would be at no charge to us as they had miscalculated time and truck size. After several calls and emails were ignored about the recliner tear, I contacted the head office in the U.S. and was promptly contacted by the local folks apologizing for the delay. The recliner was repaired shortly there after. While reviewing our credit card bill we noticed we'd been charged over $4,200.00, a huge difference from the $2,800 quoted. I called for an explanation and was told the travel time had been under estimated. I suspect they buried the cost of the second trip the following day (2 men and 1 truck) as travel time. Not professional. I am a business owner and understand miscalcs and under valued estimates. A discussion with the client often resolves the issue quickly and amicably. Avoiding it simply upsets clients and causes mistrust and ill feeling - like I have now. Not a company I'd recommend!

Too much inconsistent info being given. Told on the phone if I use their services for 2 hours and twenty minutes they round down to the nearest hour. Then told by mover on moving day they charge 15 minute increments. Secondly, not told on phone of hour charge just for arrival of truck after I asked specific questions of all fees. I was emailed quote of billing rate without rates on the invoice for my move and actual numbers on quote to hide hour charge of travel time for truck arrival. Arrival time was to be inbetween 12 to 2 and they arrived at 3:30. I thought my move would take 3 hours but used only 1 hour 15 minutes which both guys worked in separate rooms and felt they were stalling everytime I left. I physically had to start moving furniture to get them to stop wasting time. I wasnt even moving from one property to another but simply packing and moving my things to the garage to sell my home. After speaking to manager on phone regarding lack of info on initial email and no mention verbally of hour charge of arrival of truck, I was forced to use them and resented this. I was taken advantage of. He was not interested and did nothing to rectify situation . Conveniently, the invoice to pay was quite detailed.

I was planning on moving from one apartment to another so I booked with these guys 3 days in advance for Saturday August 15th based on good reviews on google and Yelp ( also booked both elevators based on my arrangement with them). I double confirmed the date and time with them twice on Thursday the 13th. I was told someone named Nik will call me to arrange everything. I never heard from him nor did he return my call. So i called them for the 3rd time for confirmation and they told me there was system glitch and that they cant do it on Saturday morning as they are fully booked for Saturday. They advised me to find another shipping company! Extremely disappointed and was placed in a very difficult situation.
