My significant other and I just recently moved and I was so pleased with the service I received from Vital Movers from start to finish. From the customer service reps I spoke with to the movers themselves everyone was so helpful and kind. Also, the men that moved us were fast, efficient and kind and took great care of our possessions as they moved them to our new home. I cannot recommend Vital Movers enough if you are planning on moving in Etobicoke!

We just finished up with your services, we had Alex and Alex moving furniture for us and I wanted to express how happy I was with their services. Both gentleman were so kind, courteous and professional. We couldn't have asked for better service! They were quick and efficient and just did an overall excellent job. Alex even handed over a toonie he found in my furniture while moving it - showing consideration and honesty even with such a small find. We hired these guys yesterday. They were amazing, just need to say that they were on time, they were reasonably priced, they did a good job and never gave any problems, moreover, they assembled everything and even moved some items around the house after I changed my mind. Overall great experience would definitely recommend them.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! SHOWED UP 2HRS LATE AND WERE RUDE. We hired Vital Movers to provide 2 laborers for 3hrs to assist us with moving some heavy items down the stairs of our town-home. They were scheduled to arrive for 9am. We received a confirmation call the previous evening to confirm the date and time. Shortly after 9am we got a call letting us know they were running behind and should be "about 10 minutes late". The first of the 2 movers arrived around 10am and said he was still waiting for his helper. The 2nd helper did not arrive until nearly 10:40 and was extremely rude to me and my wife - swearing and upset that we no longer needed their services. What's more interesting is that neither of these 2 "movers" were in uniform, they did not have any dollys, lifting straps or equipment of their own, and the 2nd (rude) helper didn't even know the name of the company Vital Movers. We strongly believe that we had been sent "temps" from a staffing agency who were not even employees of Vital Movers. By that point we had already moved the heavy items ourselves (the truck was on time and waiting for us), and the 2 helpers said that if they started assisting that we would be charged the full 3hrs, even though they were 2hrs late. My wife called the company to let them know that we did not require their services and she never got a call back. No apologies or anything. Glad we did not pre-pay because these guys are total scammers. I say again, AVOID VITAL MOVERS. Extremely poor customer service, no follow-up or apology, late to arrive and very rude. I'd give them -5 stars if it were an option!
