This company deserves every one of their great reviews. I hired Victoria Movers to haul 11 extremely heavy cast-iron radiators (including one they called "The Monster") from my backyard back into my house after they were repainted and my floors were redone. Viktoria showed up promptly at the time they promised, and proceeded to do a very difficult job with complete professionalism. I would describe the crew of four that came to my house as polite, respectful, positive, enthusiastic, conscientious and skilled. I appreciated that at once, they were concerned about the well being of my radiators, my house/walls, and their own backs. They took their time and were very careful, and still managed to get the job done fairly quickly. I hope not to have to move anytime soon, but I will definitely keep them in mind for when I do. Very professional team!

If it was possible to not even give them any stars I would. Today is my moving day, or should I say it was... For the past 2 weeks I’ve gone back and forth with this company to make sure everything was ready for my move. About a week ago my move was carelessly moved to another date and time without my approval. Seeing as how there was a reason why I scheduled the original moving date (today). As I’m getting ready to go and meet the movers for 8am I get a text from the manager Tibor saying that my move will not be happening today. They were aware that I leave the country tonight and it was important to get this done today! Not only is their professionalism nonexistent, but this “company” completely screwed me over without offering me another solution. If you’re looking for a mover, look past this company.

I think this is the same company as tender touch. Anyways our crew Nick and Lucas were quick and careful. Like super careful. They wrapped many items in blankets. Normal hardworking dudes. Highly recommend.

I did not previously review Viktoria a few years back, but due to another fantastic experience, I felt the need to give them a great review. We moved from an apartment in Mississauga to a house in Oakville. We had 3 guys come out to help us. They arrived right on time (actually 5 min early!) even though someone was parked in our temporary police no parking zone, they weren't phased and quickly readjusted to find a spot for the truck. The entire move they were friendly and efficient (but careful) and just overall really nice guys. They were doing such a good job that our neighbour actually asked for their card because she was so impressed. When they were finished they asked if there was anything we wanted rearranged and they were happy to do so. Our whole move was easy and as enjoyable as a move can possibly be. I would never use any other moving company in the city except for these guys, If I could give more stars, I would.

Viktoria might be slightly pricier than some of the other movers but it's worth the extra money! They showed up early, had all the right tools and equipment, were very careful with all of my furniture and were very curteous and professional. Great experience.

I've used many moving companies in the past, but Viktoria was by far the best. They have very professional, careful and hard working movers. Not a single mark, scratch or dent on anything. They reassembled my furniture at my new place and I swear, it's sturdier than it was before. I highly recommend this company!

We had Vince and Kevin show up 10 minutes before we expected them and they were exemplary in their service and dedication to making sure the move went as smoothly as absolutely possible. What an amazing experience it was for all of us. We all know moving is stressful for everyone especially when a parent is downsizing. Kudos all around.

We were provided a quote for an Ontario to Nova Scotia move. They say our quote was based on an estimated weight. Somehow the estimated weight was off by 80%? I’m sorry these guys have been in the business too long to not have been closer to the actual weight. The bill we received was double our estimate. No that was a set up. Definitely not happy with management of this company. See you guys in court. Since we are now opening boxes we are finding a lot of issues and broken items in the boxes packed by helpers provided by the movers. Most of the boxes were packed only about half full and collapsed from the weight of the box on top. Definitely wouldn’t hire this company again if I had a do over.

This moving company provided a stressful and distressing experience. The admin messed up and therefore a moving truck did not show up the day of our move, this caused financial troubles and emotional stress. When inquiring about compensation and solutions, we were told we had to move the next day and that a small amount could be taken off the cost. There was a lack of responsibility taken by admin and poor customer service was provided. The actual guys who moved us were great and very efficient, if only our move had happened the day it was supposed to. We have never had issues with this company in the past, but we would not use this company again after this ordeal.

This was our second move with Viktoria movers and both times were excellent. They take care to wrap and protect your furniture and were efficient and trustworthy. We missed a piece of jewellery in a drawer and one of the movers brought it out to me. Thanks for a smooth move again.

If I could give them a zero star I would have. Don’t bother hiring this company to move you, not unless you want your stuff arriving damaged and your house damaged. They used to be good when they were tender touch moving but now that they are Viktoria Moving it has really gone down hill in terms of service. I used them for 3 across country moves in the past and spent over $30K with them so you would think they would value my business but apparently not. This last move they did, my very expensive dining table arrived completely destroyed. There were pieces missing and when they put it together they put a screw too deep and it drilled a hole on top of the table. They also put a hole in the wall with the couch. One of the glass of a coffee table arrived broken. I have been trying to call them every 3 days for well over a month now trying to get them to fix their mistake and have not been able to get a call back or answer. I paid a lot to insure my content but when it comes to making a claim, you can’t cause they won’t take your call or give you any answers to resolve your problem. What’s the point of paying all that money to insure your content if you are going to get damaged product you can’t do anything about. Never moving with them again and sharing my experience in hopes you don’t go through the same headache and disappointment I had.

Moving me out was great, although moving me into my new home was an utmost disaster !!! WE were very rushed by the Movers! A lot of miscommunication with the owner of the company. Many broken items and a lot of missing things! I would never use this company for moving! If you want broken items and valuables missing then hire this company!! And to boot they make it seem like it's the owners fault! TERRIBLE!!!!!! Unprofessional !

We have used Viktoria movers 4x in the past 5 years for in-town moves (once to move into our house, then out and back into our house temporarily for renos, and for a condo move for my sister), after recommended by a friend. We always now call Viktoria for a move, and highly recommend! The 4x we used them, the Viktoria movers were punctual (or even early!), were very careful with our items, packed well fragile items and furniture incl TVs with furniture blankets, shrink wrap and tape, use moving mats/carpet rolls to protect your floors, helped disassemble and reassemble furniture, and were nice, professional guys. Not cheap (eg. 6h condo-to-condo move with 2 movers & 20ft truck for $1175, or our previous 7.5h house move for 4 guys & 5 ton truck for $2000), but definitely worth spending the $ if you can for a quality, stress-free move. (Previously, we would use "cheaper" movers, but they were much less reliable, once not even showing up!, would sometimes break things, didn't pack or handle the furniture well, etc). Maria (admin) was super helpful with quotes. For our last move Vince and Harald, and during our previous moves, Cormac, Matthew, Nick, Desmond, Alex were all great.

Our movers did a great job packing and accounting for every item. There was no damage to any of our belongings and it arrived on time. Overall I would highly recommend Viktoria Movers!

Initially I thought the initial quote was competitive but the final tab was costly. The salesman mislead me about cardboard boxes and told me the $300 fee would be reduced by using my own. Not so according to the driver who said they used their own for insurance purposes. (I hadn't purchased insurance. ) Both moves went well but at the end if the day there had been minor pilfering. The missing external hard drive for my desktop computer is the most difficult to take. It is the missing intellectual property that I can't replace. Whoever's your mover take your valuables personally.

I didn't get the chance to use their service but I am sure the service would have been great and professional. I got a reply back right away for the estimate and Steve always made sure to follow up with me by email. I sent him an email to let him know that we were going to get help from family and friends for our move and he replied to my email really friendly and warned us about some little things that could happen during the commute.Some other companies wouldn't even reply when hearing about a potential client going with another option. During a stressful time this is the kind of service you need, Fast, friendly, no pressure and really professional. Thank you Steve.

Price was fair but there were so many mix-ups and miscommunications. They also lost an item and their compensation was the exact amount to the cent that it would cost to buy another one on discount. Kind of stingy and penny pinching. Not great for customer satisfaction. Also, the driver that was dropping off all our stuff got lost and arrived arounf 10 pm. The poor middle aged man was unloading everything by himself in the cold. He had a hard time reassembling some of the stuff too and needed mine and my son's help quite a bit. The packers that packed my stuff were amazing. Very nice, professional and understanding guys so that's why I didn't give it one star. But overall, not very impressed sorry.

The move went very well and was done quickly. And I really wanted to give 5 stars but the crew that came to help me move decided to rifle through my garage and went through all of the tools that belonged to the other owner of the home that was not leaving. They never asked me to go through the tools and never told me they were in the garage doing this. They left all of the tools out and the garage a mess. Did they take tools? don't know but probably something was stolen. They also didn't give me my two step ladder that was moved, but no big deal. When I called Kathy to let her know they had been poking around my garage without permission she said she would speak with the crew and get back to me. Never happened. Followed up with Kathy again to find out what happened and again no response. Kathy was so great when booking and getting my business that I felt at ease. Now I know why she's so good at what she does, gets your money and then could care less. Shady company and would not recommend. Very disappointed in Viktoria Movers.

After living in their home for 17 years, my parents were moving. It was a very emotional process but the guys at Viktoria Moving were outstanding and helped to make this transition go smooth. They were professional, organized and efficient and were able to get everything moved to the new apartment and bring some things to storage quicker than the quoted time and for less than the quoted price. My original quote seemed quite reasonable but ended up costing significantly more. That said, the prepack was expertly done. The contents of my condo had to be offloaded and stored in their warehouse for a few nights. The move into my new place was swiftly and expertly done. Kudos to the driver/foreman for a job well done. It was worth the extra money.

I hired Viktoria movers to move myself and my parents from Orillia Ontario to Glen haven Nova Scotia, I have to say the crew that came to load our belongings were absolutely brilliant , Chachi the driver very professional, he called to ensure us our belongings were safe and would arrive on a certain day , he made sure everything was packed perfectly loaded and unloaded with great care not a scratch or dent in anything ! I recommend using this company and if your lucky enough to get Chachi the driver you will not be disappointed.

Our new $2000 TV got badly damaged in our recent move and we are very disappointed with management's attitude in (not) resolving the issue or even attempting to make things right. A company that bills itself as "professional" movers needs to be much better that this. I will not be using this service again and strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.
