Miracle's guys showed up early in the arrival window and quickly started moving from there. They were friendly, polite, took instructions well, and worked quickly. I offered them coffee and breakfast and 2 of them didn't even drink the coffee until we were on the road. The quote process was streamlined; They have an excellent estimate system where you can provide an inventory, preset your source and destination, and upload photos. Also having one of the lower initial quotes.

These guys were professional and a breeze to work with. They were very detailed and had excellent communication. I had heard so many horror stories about movers in the GTA scamming people and beating their stuff up, I was really pleased with how organized and secure these guys were. They’re a little pricier than other popular movers in the city but you get what you pay for, I have friends who had their furniture banged up with movers that were late and rude. These guys showed up right on time, had a professional dementor the entire time and were cautious with all of my belongings.

I was quoted for 4 hours and it took 7 hours. I paid almost x2 more than I was quoted. The movers took 2 hours to drive 65 kms, getting off at an exit right after entering the highway, and when I was concerned there was an issue or a gas stop, my contact who booked the move was not helpful and gave me NO explanation as to why they would get off the highway 15 minutes into the journey. They blatantly told me "NO" when they asked where I wanted a piece of furniture moved, before even seeing the location. The movers were efficient but they clearly took their time, causing me to have to pay even more. I don't blame the movers, but the quoting, and the extra charges weren't transparent.

I am only giving 1 star as 0 stars or negative stars are not an option. MOVERS beware!!! I cannot believe any of the positive reviews are legit. This company messed up on 2 separate moves- the first one, I was charged for boxes that were not used, challenged by the unprofessional manager (Ron ) until I made him take out my boxes from storage and count himself. The aggressive movers held out their hands for tips once my items were in the truck ready to be transported to the storage facility. The second move they left a whole closet behind full of irreplaceable items from a deceased parent as well as left Canadian Goose jacket and another jacket on the floor as well as gold cufflinks behind. They offered a whole 300.00 for their mistake. Alex is kind who gives the quotes but we have not encountered anyone professional past him. Ron is the most disrespectful, rude, bully I have ever dealt with in all my years from any company. I had to call the police on him for him threatening me not to release my items unless I paid a friends outstanding bill. He then threatened the friend via text ( we saved the text) . The text was the first bill he had ever seen and Ron threatened to send people to his door. The only miracle about this company is its a miracle if your items make it to their destination . MOVERS BEWARE!!!

Hired MM for the second time for my move. They're super efficient - moved from a 1+1 condo to a townhouse in 3.5 hrs. Communicate was okay, the movers were pretty short and the movers didn't have great tempers. In fact, I'd say they were slightly rude (and they knew it, too). Overall, we're moved and nothing was broken - it was above average.

One of my girlfriends used these guys a few weeks ago and recommended them to me. They helped my roommate and I move a few miles down the block (2bedroom apartment into another 2bedroom apartment). They were a little late, but worked pretty much the entire time. Entire move took about five hours, we fed them pizza and water while they took apart the bedframe and rebuilt it at the new place. Pretty happy with their service and I'll probably use them again. Alex helped me schedule the move and he was very helpful with answering all my questions! He even called a day before my move to confirm with me. Thanks guys.

We moved across Toronto and we were totally thrilled with the crew who arrived on time for the packing and moving date. Moving becomes more stressful when the exchange is happening on the same date. However, the movers did a fantastic job, they were so careful with the furniture, friendly and conducted such a swift removal. As soon the crew came, they immediately relieved the stress! At the delivery address, in haste I called the office for the team’s status and only then ascertained that the vehicle truly had a tracking system because when I was told that they were just round the corner and before we finished the phone conversation, the vehicle arrived. We met at our new house at 2 PM and the unloading was more rapid than the loading! The dismantled furniture were reassembled in the same quote I learnt on the day, had it been us, we would have surely struggled. Overall the experience with Miracle was just extraordinary - I would thoroughly recommend this relocation outfit!

Really good value for money. Miracle moved my home in almost half the time of another useless crowd that were a little cheaper. So my move actually cost a lot less and all my furniture was wrapped so carefully that nothing was broken. I really liked the movers as well. They were softly spoken but so strong and careful. I was having trouble with another moving company and had to switch to miracle movers a little last minute (as in, two weeks or so before my move) and I'm so glad that I did. Miracle movers made my move so much less stressful. They got back to me so quickly about my moving estimate, and were so good with checking up on me to see if I had any questions, etc. I really appreciated that when they said they'd call me back, they'd do so when they said they would. It's a small thing I know but other moving companies I contacted weren't responsive the way miracle movers was. The day of the move, my movers arrived slightly early to set up everything with the truck, they were quick and professional and polite and made everything a breeze. The move took less time than I anticipated and I was really impressed with how carefully they handled and protected my furniture and boxes. Office and moving crew were great. Tessa in the office was helpful in going over the process, rates and how long the move would take. They offered free mattress bags which were very helpful. Also, the day of, they brought garment boxes which I could hang clothes up in and then transfer straight to my new closet. Very helpful. As first time home owners, the concept of moving everything from our 26 floor Condo unit to a townhouse was daunting. We made a couple of calls and found out that good, insured, bonded movers were ridiculously expensive! We didn't have very heavy furniture and weren't sure if we wanted to pay such exorbitant amounts for moving. They have AMAZING reviews on google and homestars and once we had described our furniture they quoted us 1/3 of what the others had! My only comment was that hen I was about to pay after the move whoever was working on Saturday was trying to charge me for 30 minutes of extra time for the movers that I did not use and that same person was very rude to the movers. The moving service provided by the crew was really good. But the customer service department needs drastic improvement and need to admit their mistakes and rectify them. No way customers should be paying the overcharge fee. Like in my case, the crew arrived 1hour before the requested time and I had to pay for the 1 hour waiting period. They paid me a $ 50 refund but I was expecting the refund for entire 1 hour + taxes. I sent N number of messages to one representative named Sheena, emails to the company and calls from 3 days prior to using their services, but no one cared to change the timing as per my request. So guys please make sure to REJECT THEIR SERVICES, if they do not respond to your request of modified time of services, because they are going to charge you for waiting period. They charged me $650 + to move 1 bedroom stuffs. My source to destination was just 15 minutes drive. I definitely feel being cheated by Miracle Movers. Guys, hope this review helps before you decide to go ahead with them

I used Miracle Movers twice - both to a storage locker facility when emptying my house for selling and then final move after selling. The second move I had a large 200lb antique mirror and other large paintings. They did a great job moving and wrapping - and boy do they know how to pack a truck and storage locker! Very professional. Added - used them a third time to take everything from the storage lockers in Toronto to Guelph. Again this team was very professional in all areas.

It went to the wire & although by then Miracle were pretty booked up, they managed to jiggle things around to get us moved on the date we had to accept. It was a horrible day weather wise and the boys were on the go solidly all day, up until 7 that night. Their packing onto the trucks was brilliant. Not one inch of space was wasted. Despite obviously having had enough by the end of the day, all the guys were very polite, helpful & considerate of where everything had to go & the head mover in charge (sorry, can't remember his name) was cheerful & lovely & nothing was too much trouble. I used Miracle Movers to move during the covid lock down. I will use them for any future moves. Tessa on the phone was professional, to the point, clear and honest with the quote. Dennis and his crew of 2 showed up and immediately got to work. Dennis put me at instant ease with a phone call prior to his arrival so I knew he was on his way. As soon as he arrived, I could tell he knew what he was doing. He packed my furniture far more securely than even I would have! They had my place packed before I knew it, as I stood and watched! When we arrived at the new place they had my stuff in, my bed assembled and were on their way quickly. There was no dawdling for the sake of more charge time! Overall, a good experience. The movers were extremely professional, timely, and friendly. So was the person from the head office who was in charge of the initial quote, scheduling etc. The move was calculated for 3 hours but took 5 hours instead and they miscalculated the final invoice. However, when I pointed out the error, they were polite and responsive and then revised it accurately. Some minor quibbles - they offered two closet boxes so I did not pack my closet my self. However, those boxes were tiny, and the movers had no extras. It did not fit even 1/2 my clothes and luckily I had some boxes to pack everything there and then. Head's up - pack your clothes your self. Also, I did not realise that the movers do not wrap all of the furniture and it was never specified in the estimate, so my table and chairs all got scuffed from the move.

Where do I begin?! First off, the movers were 2 hours late. I had booked the move for 2pm and they showed up just before 4. I had double checked the arrival time numerous times and was told that they would be there by 2. It was imperative that they arrive on time because we had our destination elevator booked until 4.30pm. The movers showed up at 3.45pm!! Because they were running late, my partner and I moved 80% of our stuff to the ground level. This was extremely stressful. The movers themselves did a good job moving and were helpful. However, it is not on to show up 2 hours late with no warning. We arrived at our destination apartment after 5pm. We were lucky enough that the concierge graciously allowed us the freight elevator until 6pm. A suggestion for next time: if the movers are running late - call the person to let them know! Or leave the previous job earlier. We were told that their morning move took 6 hours!! This was an extremely stressful moving experience. We would have appreciated a discount considering everything. I will just hire a truck next time we move.

I don’t normally take time to do online reviews but when you hire a service that exceeds your expectations, it’s only right to let others know. I hired Miracle Movers to do a move for me as I live alone and needed assistance with my bigger items. They showed up early and went right to work. The moving situation where I lived was not the most ideal because the service elevator was out of service but they worked around that. Not only did they move me, they taped up my boxes, they provided complimentary garment boxes and packed my clothes into the boxes AND unpacked my items and put it back into the closest at my destination. There is nothing bad that can be said about this experience. They went above and beyond. Did I mention that they broke my bed down and assembled it back together for me at my destination??? They were polite, respectful and friendly. If I move again, which I hope not for a while, I will be calling Miracle Movers.

She was responsive, pleasant, and proactive in her outreach. On the day of the move, the truck and movers arrived on time with dollies, protective blankets, and masks for everyone's protection. The movers were efficient, professional, and based on how they handled some of our larger pieces of furniture, experienced. Overall amazing experience. The quote was accurate based on my inventory and despite missing a few things (my bad) everything went perfectly. The crew arrived early, gave everything a once over and sprung into action before the quoted start time. Everything was moved with extreme care, not a single item saw a scratch. My previous experience with moving companies has been terrible. Late arrivals, slow progress, unprofessional staff, and the final price has always been at least double what was quoted. This was what I was expecting with Miracle Movers. How wrong I was! The movers arrived almost an hour early, and of course we weren't ready. "No problem" was the response from dispatch, and they waited patiently until the scheduled time with no additional charges. Once the time arrived, they flew through our packed belongings and then helped us with the stuff that hadn't yet been packed and even supplied wardrobe boxes, packing tape, and other supplies. They were professional, fast, and gentle. Unloading was just as quick, and everything arrived safely. When the time came to pay, the big surprise was that the final bill was actually LESS than the quote. I nearly fell over. I would highly recommend Miracle Movers and will absolutely use them again.

When I called to book the move they decided that they need a third man to move the one item, which was rather large and heavy (350 pounds) but was on special dollies with wheels and lifting handles. Suddenly the third man would be an additional $300! I worked for a year selling and moving these items professionally and we never needed more than two people unless there were SUBSTANTIAL stairs involved. If you need three men to roll a 350 pound "box" on wheels and move it up a few stairs then you need to get out of the moving business. No way I wanted anything to do with scammers like this so I went elsewhere.

Used miracle movers for a recent local home relocation. The move started quite a bit later than anticipated. Our arrival window was 1-2 and we got a call around 1:30 saying movers would be there by 3. They did not show until 4. Stressful for a time that is already stressful. BUT once they did arrive, the two man team (Max and Vlad I believe) were professional and efficient. They did an excellent job of moving us out of one property and in to another in under 5 hours. All of my stuff was handled with care and protected. Besides from the stressful wait time I have no complaints (but it’s why it’s a 4/5). And because they were so efficient it came in less than the quote! Still do recommend and feel if you’re the morning move you’ll likely be giving them 5/5!

Miracle Movers did a fantastic job of coordinating the tough pre-move process to make it seem easy. Then on move day, crews were timely, conscientious and considerate in all respects when loading our furniture, transporting it across provinces, and unloading it 10 days later, placing the items in our new home. The coordination between crewmembers during loading and unloading was impressive. Obviously seasoned teams, motion and effort were not wasted. Furniture appropriately wrapped. No nicks in walls or corners, going or coming. I came across Miracle Movers shortly afterwards and hired them to move my furniture from the warehouse to my new apartment. Customer rep was pleasant to speak with and very attentive to my requests for extra precautions towards my antique furniture --- which included an walnut coffee table, reclaimed wood sideboard and pine hutch --- along with other stuff. Mikhial and Ishmael arrived early and helped us sort out a parking issue with the TTC. This was our first big move from a condo to a townhouse. I went with Miracle Movers because of the highly rated google reviews and comparing them with 3 other movers. The movers really took care of our belongings, wrapping all fragile items with blankets and taking their time to carefully organize everything so nothing breaks. With our quote we got 2 wardrobe boxes and mattress covers included. You can rent bins and get plastic wraps through them as required but we got boxes from LCBO and grocery stores, and bought packing wrap and papers separately. They also offer packing and unpacking services. For similar quotes with 2 men and a truck and Viktoria movers I did not get the closet boxes which was VERY helpful in packing our clothes and shoes. The initial quote we received was about $800 for 4 hours (one time truck fee of $130 + $129/hour for 2 movers). They also charge $3 per packing tape roll used. In the end it came out to be $1100 since it took longer than the initial estimated time (6 hours). And we added tip for their excellent service. The process from getting a quote, to deposit and final payment was very prompt and automated. I received text updates with all the confirmations along with links to my receipts. Pro tip: save 3% on service charges if paid with e-transfers. I would definitely use them again in future moves.

This was the first time I hired movers and i was very skeptical given the horror stories I've heard about moving companies. We didnt get off to a great start with Miracle Movers as the guys showed up without a box for the TV and also didn't bring runners to put down. After a little convincing they agreed to put blanket instead of runners. We had three guys and they all worked very efficiently to move our stuff. I was very impressed with their speed, given we were moving from a multi-storey townhome - there were a lot of stairs. They took directions well and took great care to ensure stuff wasn't damaged. Oh My God!! I know you get what you pay for, but I didn't know that sometimes, amazing service can come at a reasonable price!! Drago came out to our office to quote a move. My office was only moving to the suite next door. He came in and was so professional, that I had complete faith that the quote he gave me, almost less than a 3rd of the previous quote, was accurate and my oak desks were going to get moved with little damage. However, I was unprepared for the professionalism of the team that came over on a Saturday to move my office. Broke a beautiful mirrored dresser in 2 different areas, and tried to walk it by me, but I saw it. Pictures were taken and they explained that it would be covered as company is insured. They then tried to get me to sign a document stating the move was completed and everything was in good condition, but I refused. Now this bonded company is trying to say that my $2000+ dresser (not more than 6 months new) is only worth $72. I even offered to split the difference of the dresser and have them only pay $1000,but again was told they would only pay $72. I am taking them to court over this as they claimed I signed documents saying they are not liable, which they can not provide. Do Not hire this company unless you want your belongings broken. Also one guy didn't speak English, which was difficult and the kid who did speak English, later told me that they hired him even though he is not legally allowed to work in Canada. I know this because I ended up giving the young kid a ride home, as the driver of the moving truck left him at the drop off location. I have contacted the Better Business bureau and my local government offices have been made aware. They were on time, paid in full before starting and done quickly and had it not been for my dresser, I would have given them a much better review. It's a shame how a company can disvalue a customer over a piece of furniture that was broken under their watch, is a shame. I would have more respect for them if they could correct their mistakes, but now I am filing in small claims court, which will be public record.

Having booked Miracle movers on the strength of their online reviews I was totally not disappointed. so the reviews must be genuine and accurate. Same day packing and move. three sets of stairs at the pick-up address and parking restrictions at the delivery were simply not enough to knock the movers out of their stride. We shouldn't`t have been worried about the 8 am start time as they were right on cue and we were fully boxed and into loading phase within two hours and out of our residence by 12 pm ahead of schedule.

So, I called my 'usual' movers to relocate my fathers unit as he recently passed away. They agreed on a time etc etc. They texted 22 hours before and canceled then refused to answer for another day. Found Miracle Movers and arranged same original time etc. Super friendly during booking, were able to keep times other company booked, were upfront with fees, forthright with all contracts and paperwork, were so pleasant to deal with and great. I was looking for a trustworthy and reliable company to move my mother into a retirement home. Gary who took my enquiry was very professional. He was helpful, kind and thoughtful and seemed to genuinely care that i had a good move. The movers were very careful with mu mothers belongings, nothing was broken. Within 24 hours my mother decided that the home was not for her. and we had to arrange a return. She was very upset and we had to leave it to the movers to bring her stuff back unguided. Again the communication was fantastic with the office and after a couple of calls to decide what was staying as it was a different team. All y mothers items were returned unscathed. Even her precious wine glasses. We are very grateful for this.

I am very disappointed with this company. Terrible customer service. After receiving an email quote and paying a deposit, I was contacted a few days before my move and told there was an error in the quote and they would be charging me more. Any professional company would have accepted the error and honoured the quote. After speaking to Ron, a manager, I was told that I have to accept the mistake made by a Miracle Movers employee and pay the difference. I then requested to speak to someone in a higher position, Ron absolutely refused to transfer me. He said "No one can do anything for you, I will not transfer you." I ended up canceling my move request and went with another company. The other company was much more respectful, they even brought me a coffee in the morning of the move. That's true customer service. Miracle Movers is absolute garbage.

Office move arranged remotely, no staff on-site. Were there at specified times, called when they said they would, queried anything that they were not certain of, when they went to drop off the furniture were told they could not take some of the items and then took it there stride to take drive it 30 minutes away to the nearest dump. First time I got to know Miracle Movers when our office was moving furniture a few years ago. Now I was needed the service to place my furniture and stuff to the storage, for the time I do renovations in my home. Without hesitation, we call Miracle Movers and scheduled an appointment. All oversized and breakable items were wrapped and all furniture and other items were carefully loaded. At the warehouse all was transferred into big containers and all paperwork was done very fast. The whole moving experience was like a breeze for us. To work in apartment buildings is not easy but job was done very professionally. My partner and I have experienced over 5 moves before but this time we decided to try Miracle Movers, after seeing the amazing and overall positive reviews. Biggest mistake ever, should have read the negative reviews first. Our overall experience can be described as a complete nightmare. It started off with the movers backing up their truck into the moving dock of our building (our damage deposit cheque of $500 is now being held). Told the movers to wait so we can get the concierge, did they listen? Nope. We then had to sort out the situation with the concierge, now we will probably never get the damage deposite back because of Miracle Movers bad driving and lack of communication, they failed to check-in with concierge and just started backing up the truck and crashed into the building. As a result the move had to be delayed. Our alloted time for the moving elevator had to be cut even shorter. The serious issue occured when we called dispatcher. Not helpful, extremely condescending, very unprofessional. Their stance is that if anything goes wrong, it's always the customers's fault. "I don't know what you want me to do about this situation", was what I was told when I communicated to them my concerns about their movers. "Our movers all speak perfect English and can communicate perfectly", the dispatcher said. Perfect communication resulted in them backing their truck into the building, despite telling them to wait. Perfect communication resulted moving out a box we had told them not to move. Perfect communication ended up with them telling us that they can't complete the job only after having HALF of the items moved before the alloted elevator time slot was over. Time slots mean absolutely nothing to them, despite confirming that they would be able to complete the job. If they were not able to complete the job, we would have went with a different moving company. The dispatcher's response was "Any other moving company would have spent the same amount of time and not able to complete the job, you won't find a better moving company than us. You have too many small items, so the movers had to make more frequent trips." That could have easily been communicated right at the beginning, and we could have moved forward with a better solution. The result is now we have only completed half of the items moved, damaged furniture - there was no furniture covering, no mattress cover (despite it being listed as available). All in all, if anything goes wrong. It's the customer's fault, there is always an excuse. Blame the customer for their bad driver. Lesson learned, just because something is expensive doesn't mean it's good. Now we will be looking for reliable movers to complete the job that Miracle Workers failed to do. UPDATE: We have hired another moving company to finish their incomplete job that Miracle Movers did. The new company were extremely professional and efficient. At this point, Miracle Movers have yet to offer any apologies or take ownership or responsibility for the inconveniences they have caused, instead they have called my partner to coerce them into taking down my review. We are currently still working with them to resolve the issues, this review will change pending a satisfactory resolution. Please take ownership for your mistakes instead of shifting blame onto the paying customer, we are completely disappointed and have lost all trust in the integrity of this company.

These guys are absolutely top notch. They gave me an arrival window of between 1 - 2 PM and arrived 20 minutes earlier than 1 PM and they showed up ready to get to work immediately. From all the great assistance with packing everything up (we weren’t finished with packing everything ourselves; it’s hard work packing with a toddler running around) to the disassembling and reassembling of all the large furniture pieces, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Nothing was damaged or broken and everything was reassembled exactly how we had it previously. We even have a full glass cabinet that arrived with all pieces fully intact. I highly recommend this business for your moving needs. Gary was great to deal with on the phone and Alex/Mike were both professional and hilarious on the day of the move (I recommend asking for them, if possible; they will definitely make your moving day less anxious and much more fun). A three man crew moved my fiance from a Scarborough second story 2 bdrm apartment via the narrow back balcony 4 levels of stairs to our house in Guelph. They were fast, efficient, and professional. As they diligently wrapped furniture in blankets, they brought any existing damages or scratches to my attention. Having acknowledgement of condition before the items were packed/moved was very much appreciated. Once we got to Guelph, they unloaded the truck in less than 55 minutes, taking all boxes and furniture to the proper rooms - main floor, upstairs, basement, and garage. They assembled the beds, mirrors on dressers, and carefully placed the furniture where we wanted. Amazing! The estimate was for 6 hours and they finished in 5, including the 1 hour and a half drive and we forced them to stop and take a lunch break with us. Very nice, hard working, great guys; we will use them again to move my stuff to the new house in a few weeks. I highly recommend Elite. It was a wonderfully easy experience, I would never move myself...ever. Well worth it.”

I was quite impressed both by the speed of the move and the care the two movers took in making sure nothing was broken. They picked my furniture and helped me finish off the last of the packing early on Wednesday morning and by 4:00pm the same day we had everything in the new house and were beginning to settle in, which may not sound impressive but when you consider how much stuff we have accumulated over the years it was a great effort. I was very impressed with miracle movers. Prior to moving, they called me to take inventory of my house over the phone. Based on that call, they were able to figure out what size of truck was needed and how many people to send. Everything could not have gone move smoothly. The movers arrived in the morning and swiftly moved all our belongings to the trailer truck. Then they met us onsite at our new house. At first I was worried all of our things wouldn't fit into the garage (nothing could be placed inside the house due to renovations) but the movers were confident they could stack everything and still leave half of our garage for storing renovation materials. I was amazed! It was like Tetris! They did all of the move in less time than I had anticipated it would take. On top of that, miracle movers very accurately assigned the right sized truck and number of people to do our job in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. The movers were also extremely polite, kind and gentle with all our belongings. Highly, highly recommend these guys!

It was another sub-zero day in March. I was not in the best mood, as one of my relatives had recently passed away. But the movers were true hardworking men and got right down to it. They had to do two deliveries at different locations and they were really organized. Showed great patience and work ethic. They took pride in their handling of all our items. They provide great customer service and are prompt to respond. Never had a disappointing moment. The moving consultant was always there to answer any questions and make any changes to my scheduled move. The movers were careful with my stuff. No damages! I didn’t find anyone wasting any time especially when they charge based on the time spent. They finished in less than the expected time! I also rented the reusable boxes from them. Given the size of the box, the overall price was cheaper than what the competitors charge. I just looked at Frogbox, can’t say for others. This is a very easy review to write because the men doing the work were some of the best moving muscle that I have ever used and I’ve moved at least 6 times. We had some tricky items and the guys treated them with special care and handled everything professionally and in a steady manner making sure not to eat up unnecessary billable time for us.The Booking takes some getting used to because it’s not a traditional process which is great. I was expecting the usual sales rep to make an appointment and give a quote that would never be accurate. Instead it’s all done very quickly and easily online with a simple deposit!The price they quote is very fair and the actual price to quote was only a $400 difference so I was pleased with their rates and the crew’s professionalism. Now here’s the big difference with Number 1 Movers Vs anybody else that I have ever used...the owners commitment to the customer and let me make it clear that I am not related to anyone with the company or employed by the companyThere were a few issues like you get with any big move but Adrian never stopped communicating with me to make it more then right with us. I recently used Miracle Movers and had a very mixed experience. I was supposed to move on Friday at 5PM and the movers I was receiving were completing a job beforehand. I received a call around 1 to 2PM that their movers were running early and they wanted to know if I could get my building's elevator any sooner. That was fine, if anything starting before 5PM was ideal. At 4:30 I still hadn't heard anything, seemed odd but maybe they stopped for a break before my scheduled time. At 4:45 they called to ask if they could reschedule because a mover had hurt their back on the previous move and they wouldn't be able to make it to mine. Why was I hearing about this 15 before my scheduled time and 15 minutes after the time they pushed me to arrive at? I understand accidents happen in this industry but the fact that you're calling me 15 before my move time is unacceptable. The only reason why this is a 3 star review is because luckily someone cancelled their move the next morning in my building and we were able to reschedule. The crew I received the following day were great. Dmitry and Alex were both careful and efficient on the move. If I could give my movers 5 stars and the office a 1 for communication that would be my review.

I scheduled a local move through Alan at Miracle Movers for the Saturday that just passed, for 3pm and lasted until 9pm. This was the first time my partner and I have ever used movers and we were sooo pleasantly surprised by how friendly, accommodating, and efficient everything was. We were lucky to have Ron and Jesus a part of our move. As anyone who has ever moved before knows, the amount of physical labour that is involved in moving is substantial. I hope that Miracle Movers provides an extensive benefits package (on top of fair and liveable wage) to their employers because 6 hours of moving, when it was estimated to be 2.5 hours, is beyond overwhelming. My partner and I are so thankful to Ron and Jesus because without them, our move would not have gone so smoothly and efficiently. Tip your movers well folks, I recognize it is a service that you are paying for but majority of that payment goes to the company that employs these movers - most of who are immigrants and POCs.

Miracle Movers is doing a 2 part move - partial packing + taking us from Aurora, ON to a storage facility - then 5 days later - to our new home. The first move yesterday was flawless! Alex has been a pleasure to deal with, and the crew he sent were excellent! Their packing was wonderful, they were fast, friendly and very professional. Price is reasonable. They took great care with with our belongings and we were relaxed during this move, which is very rare! We highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with our recent move. The two gentleman arrived on time and were very careful with all of our items and furniture. They didn’t rush to get the job done, which made me feel like our furniture and fragile items were in good hands. They moved all of our furniture and boxes from our condo unit to a storage unit. They couldn’t have done a better job packing the storage unit. They were extremely organized and we couldn’t have been happier with how the move went overall. The movers weren’t overly friendly (didn’t even say hello when they arrived) and just wanted to get to work. It made me a little nervous at first but right away I could tell they were going to do a great job so it didn’t really bother us. We fully trusted them and didn’t feel like we needed to oversee what they were doing which is really all that is important. Great experience and will be using them again when we move to our new home in a few months!

We moved locally during the pandemic. Sandra was fantastic through the booking process and Dennis and his partner and trainee were terrific throughout the move. Even our cheap ikea cabinets were thoroughly wrapped and carefully moved with breakages! They were delayed slightly by their previous job so were a bit late, but called to notify us and apologize. We understand that happens sometimes and it was a non-issue considering what a great job they did. The move itself was under the estimated time and cheaper than the estimate provided, which was a welcome surprise. I rarely leave reviews but highly recommend Miracle Movers!

These guys did an amazing job. They really worked over and above what we expected as we had a lot of belongings and extremely heavy furniture. They worked non-stop and I would definitely hire them again and recommend to others. After an eight hour shift they drove a further hour to drop off some extra furniture to my parents house which made it nearly a 10 hour move.
