We moved into our new house yesterday and easy to go movers made it really easy for us. The guys were so organized and efficient. Our last move was with a different company and it was a disaster.. they left the job incomplete and left halfway. Easy to go movers were a breath of fresh air because we were so worried that what happened to us last time should not happen again. They completed their job and assembled everything and even helped us do the last minute packing of stuff which escapes attention. We strongly recommend their services to anyone and everyone who is planning to move.

Sam called us the morning of our move saying the truck broke down and they were not coming until 4pm at best. Pretty much the worst thing to hear the day you need to be out of your house I felt like an idiot for trusting this guy with such an important day and didn't want to make the same mistake twice so we moved ourselves with a Uhaul instead. I'm going to hear about this one for a while, that's for sure.

Very friendly and professional. I needed them for a same day move and they took care of me ... Wrapped every piece of furniture in plastic wrap....and the 2 guys they sent worked their tails off the entire time. I had to insist they take a break and have something to drink.... I was very impressed... the cost to move an entire 2 bedroom basement apartment from Ajax to Oshawa came to just over $430.... Tax included. Was worth every penny. I highly recommend these guys.

I was very happy with the service that Sam and Easy 2 Go Movers provided. The price was very reasonable. The communication was excellent and coordination of moving (I was coordinating over text/email from Vancouver for moving furniture within Toronto) was easy and very quick with Sam. While a little later on arrival than originally planned, the movers were efficient, with a quick in-and-out in both house locations. Grandma's bedroom furniture, including a huge round mirror, made it safely to their new destination. A big thanks to Sam and his team.

These guys checked all the boxes. Communication with the office and their staff was excellent. A great case of under promise and over deliver. Their group showed up on time, prepared to get going. They asked for a run through and overview and essentially told me to sit down and have a coffee :) GREAT guys. Any questions or concerns from either side were quickly resolved. Haha they should change their name to flop movers. They never showed up. We set a time for 2:30 PM as confirmed via phone call and email. We started calling them to confirm the time from 1 pm. No one answered the phone. Finally around 3 pm they answered saying they were delayed and won't come by until 6 pm. We had to clear the house by 5 pm and they didn't give us any update on this delay. We ended up loading everything by ourself. My father who is 55 years old and diabetic had to help us load. Will not recommend these horrible trash movers. Save your money and go with someone else.

Worst service I’ve experienced ever. I had the movers scheduled for 1 PM, they did not show up until almost 5 PM!!! During that time I called them multiple times and they kept saying “20 more minutes”. I was promised that the service included wrapping of furniture with clear wrapper and blankets (75-100 blankets provided). When they showed up, they brough maybe 5 blankets and nothing else. Barely disassembled the furniture and kept dragging them on the ground. At the end, they tried to charge me for almost double the price I was told when made the booking. I’d give 0 star if I could, please avoid this company at all cost. I suspect all the 5 star reviews are fake, please stay away from these movers.

Would not provide a receipt for work done. They showed up 3 hours late and I had to cancel all my other appointments. Price was for work was quoted and set with sales representative and when it comes time to pay, the price changes. So be careful and get it in writing and what the taxes are being charged on. P.S. still waiting on me receipt. Its been 1 week now and I have sent them texts as all communication are on their cell phones.

This moving company was pretty consistent and straightforward throughout this entire moving procedure. I was actually pleasantly surprised that it went so flawlessly. It was almost too smooth. The movers prepared by having the right materials and equipment to carefully navigate furniture, boxes, vanity, and portraits into my new home. Having read some reviews, I was a bit scared while looking for a mover. I received quotes from multiple companies and selected Easy2GoMovers. I did not regret my decision. Up front Sam gave me a rate, the size of the truck they were sending and the time. Sam was also quite responsive to my many emails. Sandy and Vick are two of the toughest, hard working guys I have ever seen. They texted and called me when they arrived. For almost three hours they did not take a break. I've know that movers tends to do things at a snail's pace, but these guys worked rapidly, carefully and did not waste time. If I had to do this again, I would definitely go with Easy2GoMovers.

I hired this company based entirely on the lovely sales pitch that I received over the phone when I called to inquire about a quote. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience. My movers arrived 3 hours late. They first told me that they would reach my apartment at 6pm (2 hours outside of my scheduled window), and then at 6:10 informed me that they would be an additional 45 minutes. Once they arrived and assessed the job, one crew member decided he was “too tired” to complete the job, and they spent an additional 15-20 minutes trying to call in a different crew to move my things. At each step of the way, they did their best to cut corners and speed up the work. This was not an easy job, I moved from a 4th storey walk up and from what I gathered, these guys were quite overworked. However, this does not excuse the fact that during the entire time, management was completely unreachable. I ended up paying 70 dollars more than my original quote after wasting my entire day waiting for these guys and then having to ask them to do the bare minimum at every turn. The movers themselves were great, friendly and resourceful guys, but this company is unprofessional and poorly managed. Call el cheapo if you can instead.

I was quoted 2600...I paid 2000 cash they spoke with my husband told him to etransfer 2600 . I said what are u trying to pull I just paid 2000 cash...he somehow got into the account and e transferred money from my business account!!!!! Total FRAUD!!!!! THEY WERE PAID CASH and then stole money from us...filing a police report, going to the BBB, and revenue Canada..... BEWARE THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY!!!!!..several illegal workers here as well... the 4 stars you see are people that work for them or know them guaranteed!!!!! I'm starting a lawsuit against this company. Anyone who wishes to join me please contact. I have over 30 000 in damages so far and I've just started unpacking. I have texts from a worker of theirs saying it will take you months to clean up the mess that was left ....dumped stuff in a pile boxes on top of TVs threw my antique table off the truck left it on the ground....update got a fake invoice they tried to justify the extra 2700 they stole. Promised me to refund me the money. Did not do anything about it...filed. police report against this company for theft. Still waiting for my refund for the stolen 2700 after paying cash..this does not include thousands in damages in broken belongings. These people are crooks. Beware

SCAM ALERT! This is one of those businesses you read about in the newspaper. They loaded up my father's things and then demanded that we pay $2500 otherwise they would not unload the truck. They eventually settled on $1000, but it is still robbery as far as I'm concerned. I should have known right away: the truck's bumper was held together by duct tape and they were very late. When I told them I'd give them a poor review or call the BBB, they laughed in my face and said they'd just buy more reviews. I got scammed. Don't make the same mistake. Choose a different business for your moving needs.

I was in contact with them the day before the booking to confirm everything and ensure we were good to go. Booked our building’s elevator from 9-12 with no option to extend. Nine a.m comes and goes with no call or appearance of movers. We call repeatedly to finally get an answer. They are in “traffic” and had to switch the truck, they promise arrival at 10 a.m. - ten comes and goes — no andswer from the service and no one calls to notify us of the further delay. Completely unreliable — do not use this company. You are better off using a company a bit more expensive with a proven name and track record.

The move was booked and we were told that we could fit all of our items into a 20ft truck. When I contacted the rep, he informed me that our move was booked for 2pm. Our arrangement was 9am. Prior to the move I contacted them to change the time but, they told me they could not. The movers showed up at 4:45pm. At 2:30pm I was trying to contact them for a timeline for when they would be showing up. I grew increasingly irritated because I could not get a definitive answer. We had personal items that were valuable that we had to leave behind which was upsetting. The move finished at 12am and that is because I assisted the movers.

We hired Easy 2 Go Movers for our move in Hamilton in early May 2018. They were amazing!!! I would highly recommend them to any family or friends looking for a mover. They made our move so easy, smooth, and relaxed with their pleasantness and professionalism. I was nervous about hiring movers, as it was my first time and have heard so many horror stories about shady moving companies. However, I couldn't have had a better experience with Easy 2 Go Movers. Both myself and my partner were so happy with their service. They arrived on time, communicated effectively about which doorway they'd like to use, and what items would be moved and which would not be moved (I was bringing some things to the dump and had a few things I was moving on my own). They worked SO quickly and had my 1 bedroom apartment emptied in just under an hour, and they did the same at my partners place as well. Even though they worked quickly they were still very careful and gentle with our items, nothing was damaged or broken during the move. Our quote was for approximately 6-8 hours and we ended up only needing 4 hours, so our overall cost was under what we expected. Even so, if we had needed 6-8 hours their rates are so reasonable that we still would have been happy. When I have to move again in the future, I will most certainly use their services again!

After a packing company bailed out on us at the last minute, we were desperate. We approached many movers, but sensing our desperation, they were demanding a lot of money. We were at our wits end when we called this company. They agreed to come immediately for estimation and were very professional. They sent four gentlemen - Preetam, Sanjay, Sumit and Vicky , the next day and by the end of the day, we were grateful to the packing company which ditched us. These four gentlemen took very good care of our belongings and packed them very carefully. They even sweeped rooms as they cleared stuff , so that we would have less work to do later. They were thoughtful enough to leave vaccum cleaner and brooms so that we could clean the house after vacating. Would happily recommend this company to all my friends and certainly use them for our next move. We have relocated 6 times in the last 5 years and this was our best and least stressful move. Quick, short notice. Friendly enough guys, but they spoke in another language even when I was around. But I didn't care much because they did their job well, and without complaint after the bill rectified the 3 stories no elevator ($120 extra). Would use again.

Great communication from the start to the end. Got a quote from Heath in under 20 minutes and booked in the same call. 1 hour before arriving, the team gave me a call and showed up on the dot. The crew was professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. Everything was moved very carefully and covered with blankets and plastic wrap. They also assisted with assembling a heavy bed frame which was extremely appreciated.

I'm a small business operator who runs a volunteer company shop within the building of the National Ballet. We bring in stuff from trade shows and we need a moving company to move it all from the front to the back of the building to the trucks and then once more after that.
