0/5 stars. Incredibly disrespectful and disgusting. Lied to me so they wouldn't have to move my bed frame and I had to do it myself. Used my bathroom at my new apartment without asking me, without flushing the toilet, and without washing their hands. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.

I wanted to give a shout out to the TSM moving team. I recently moved in Jan, and this was the first time using professional movers. The guys were really nice, walked me through the process, were very careful with our things, and got the job done extremely quickly (2 hours less than that they quoted). I was little worried about the whole moving process, and I hardly had any time to research other companies. Learned about Victoria Movers from friend. Thankful to them, they responded in Time -with rite quote and decided to schedule an appointment. People were professional and finished working in time as expected They made the entire moving process was so quick and easy. Brad and Lawrence were awesome! Great sense of humour, very helpful and respectful. We had some pretty heavy items but kept a smile the whole way. Would definitely recommend these 2, especially if you're from the east coast!

I have no t got my moving company picked yet but at least ,I can say this when I first phoned this moving company ,the gentleman on the phone was very ,very professional and courteous ,they have the most greatest flat rate of almost all the moving companies in Victoria BC and they are also equipped to handle small moves they are very friendly and will answer any questions you might have ,I'm saying this after spending about 3 hrs on the phone with this company and they were not rude or short or unfriendly compared to some of the moving companies in Victoriaictoria BC ,I'll give a review on the company I end up picking for my move on March 1st ,have a great beginning to spring everyone

We used 2 Small Men to move from Victoria to Edmonton. Every step of the way they were professional, courteous, and a delight to work with. Our truck arrived as promised, with everything intact just as we had packed it. The movers were personable and knowledgeable, and we would happily use this company again. Their rates were competitive and they moved our car in their truck instead of farming it out to a third party, which was a HUGE bonus as it meant the car arrived with our stuff and not weeks later. Great job team!

We hired two small men because we had used them for moves in the past and we were quite happy with them. This time was horrible. They arrived an hour late because of traffic but the two men who were working the job told my partner and myself they had a job the night before that was bigger than expected and they had to finish unpacking that load that morning. When they arrived they came with a small trailer on the back of the truck, if you are going to hire them make sure to get an actual truck. They spent a long time trying to fit everything in and couldn’t get everything. For the most part the two men moving were nice, the younger guy I believe is named Tyler was much stronger and did most of the move himself. We could see he was frustrated most of the time. We had two pick ups before the delivery. Due to the smaller trailer they said they would have to do a second pick up later but it would be on them at no cost. When we all arrived at the new house we had to leave to get our walk thru of the other house finished. While speaking to the movers that we were leaving and my mom was coming they became angry and stating payment had to be made or else they would have to pay for the move themselves. I stated my mom was on her way and will be paying them when they were done. Both movers were angry and I was getting there too but then it worked out once they realized that it would be ok. At the new house they walked thru the newly cleaned carpets with their dirty shoes and no booties which we later found out from their dispatcher that they are movers and don’t bring booties. The move was done October 31st and we were supposed to have the second delivery done by Friday at their cost. On Friday the younger delivery texted my brother to arrange pick up and delivery (I was at work and couldn’t be there) then later in the afternoon he texted back saying they couldn’t do it until Saturday. On Saturday we found out that there was no delivery men available and it would be picked up on Monday morning at 9am. Now on Sunday we received a call stating the delivery wasn’t at cost from them but we would be charged because the manager never agreed to them covering the cost. The dispatcher returned our call and I was actually always impressed by him and thought he was a very nice person to talk to until he started to yell at me on this phone call. He also said that the movers don’t mean anything and they are just grunt workers & only decisions made by the manager were valid. He said they were at the bottom which (as a boss of my business) is not a great thing to say about your employees or colleagues. He also got angry because he was calling me back on his day off with his three children in the car. At the end while I was just trying to get him to calm down he hung up on me. Looking forward to talking with the manager tomorrow in the afternoon. Hopefully he has a nicer temperament than the dispatcher. Overall, our move cost over $700 and was incomplete. They showed up late and lied about why they were late. The truck trailer made for a longer move and did not fit everything. The second pick up is still not done and will cost us more even though we were told it was on them. Dealing with the dispatcher was great until he became angry & rude. The movers were doing the best they could but also had times of being rude. Yes, moving is stressful and that’s why you hire movers. This company was the favourite moving companies in my family. Now, I would not recommend them. They don’t treat you well and are very rude. They made the moving process extremely stressful. Edited: My mom just told me that when she was here Tyler was on the phone with someone from their company who was telling him to tell us that the second move was on them. November 8th: Manager will not contact us back. Reached out every day this week. Hoped to change our stars after speaking to the manager but he has decided not to contact us at all.

Just watched one of thier trucks blow a stop sign so it could cut off another vehicle and speed through a school zone. Keep kids safe and get them off the road.

We were looking for an affordable moving service and one of my friends recommended Victoria Movers. Super awesome moving company. My wife was worried about her lovely LED TV and they took special care of it. These guys were friendly, cooperative and courteous. More than satisfied and definitely I will use them again, Highly recommended!

We moved from Chinatown to James Bay last Sunday morning and Two Small Men With Big Hearts made it completely painless. The movers showed up early and were incredibly friendly and efficient.There were large pieces of furniture that we were concerned would be very difficult to get out of our apartment, but they managed and made it look totally effortless! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... We had them move us a few months back. It was horrible. The two guys that came to move us moved like people with broken legs. Taking as much time as possible. I asked when they got there to move the bedrooms first as I needed to completely clean them. They flat out said no, we dont move those first. I believe I caught them 5 times taking smoke breaks in 3 hours.. which I paid for.. I had informed them I had a heavy desk, but our last moving company moved it so they shouldn't have an issue and even offered to help. Near the end he told me they wouldn't be able to fit it on the truck. And if I wanted it moved I'd have to pay them to drive to our new house move our stuff drive back get it and back again (I moved 45 min away)... That is wasn't their issue as the truck was full. I found out when I got to our new place they had packed the truck as to not make room for it cause they didn't want to move it ( I watched as they unloaded) Once at my new home they complained there was stairs and lots of stuff had to go upstairs. To bad your a mover and I'm paying.. one of them "slipped" and hurt his ankle. After that they just moved all of our boxes into our garage. Like everything. I asked them to take a box back down cuz it was clearly labeled downstairs bedroom and he left it in the upstairs living room. He looked at me and said"why can't you just do it,I brought it up here already" by far the worst experience. I was qouted 5 to 6 hlurs and it took over 8, if thats not dragging it out i dont know what is. Honestly there is so much more I can list but I'm getting angry just thinking about it. There is way better companies out there just look and NEVER USE THESE LAZY SCAM ARTISTS

Broke my brand new desk, only took $20 off the bill, didn’t add up the bill properly, which we realized after they left - I wouldn’t even have normally checked but we were blown away by how expensive it was when the move only took 2 hrs. Of course called the office to inquire about all of this, they told me that I could email, but the guy that handles complaints hurt his leg so they didn’t know when I’d hear back. It’s now been a month and a half... nothing. Definitely pick another company.

I didnt personally hire them, my neighbors did but the amount of cussing coming from their mouths the entire time they were here was really a bad reflection on the company as a whole. Definitely not something I would want to listen to again.

Victoria Movers were amazing. I called several times to get quotes and ask questions and they were very friendly each time. On the day of the move they showed up on time, moved everything carefully and efficiently. I did not have to stress about anything. Their prices are very competitive as well. Highly recommended.

My kids moved from Victoria to Edmonton in December 2018. There was damage to their vehicle which had been towed behind the movers truck. Many attempts were made to be compensated for their deductible to repair the damage to the car. They never heard anything back from this company. I would not recommend them.

We had a 10/10 experience with 2SG yesterday. Super polite, confident, efficient. I was worried about the challenge of fitting everything into a small storage unit but was told "We are very good at that." And it was true. 3 hours later, all our things were safely and professionally stowed. Chris and Adrian were the best movers we have ever had. We will call them when we are ready to move again.

We recently moved from Surrey to Nanaimo and these guys made the move so easy. They came in right on time and worked non stop until the house was packed up. The next day we met them on the island exactly when we requested and they unpacked us in half the time. The 3 guys were funny, kind, and we so sweet to our little boys. I would suggest this company to anyone moving to make your life a lot easier.

The move was to begin at 9am and right on time, your employees arrived. My purpose in writing you is to let you know that throughout the approximately 6 hours that the move took, Dan, Dave and Shawn were a pleasure to deal with. To a person they were professional, polite, hard working, helpful and maintained a positive attitude and sense of humour throughout the move. We could not have been in better hands and these gentlemen are to be commended for their customer service, diligence, and the energetic and efficient fashion in which they approached the task at hand. Horrible experience. Furniture items were damaged (feet broken off my dining room table; shelving unit scratched, chipped and missing parts; casters broken off plastic storage cart) and boxes clearly labelled "Fragile" arrived heavily dented and misshapen, containing broken dishes and picture frames. Scuffs and dirty handprints on other items. I brought this to the attention of the workmen during the move (no apology; no word of how it would be handled) and the owner afterward on the phone. I provided multiple photographs of damaged items and while I was originally told my complaints would be addressed, I have not heard back since and they have stopped responding to my e-mails. Avoid this company if you can.
