I am absolutely disappointed in this company and their lack of professionalism in relation to customer service.
I made a call on May 25 to book their service. We agreed on having 3 guys help us on June 20. We happily marked it in our Google calendar, thinking it was a done deal. Well, we were wrong.
We phoned in today (June 19) to confirm if they are still coming and the representative replies: "Guys, do you have an email from us with a quote? If not, then you can't possibly be my customers"
Turns out they never followed up with us to actually provide that quote. Very unprofessional. (We've only had to move once before and trusted the company to be there for our move without having to check on them).
To add here (maybe it rings a bell?), we vividly remember how we were spelling out the street name for them - Cotoneaster and how painful it was to do so. Hey, maybe it's our accents, but I'm sure it wasn't bad enough for them to hear "B's" in that name. The name Almas wasn't easy for them either.
I can't quite recommend this company. While forgetting to finalize our order after the conversation is bad enough, they could have at least apologized and offered some kind of solution. No, nothing like that - they are fully booked and they couldn't care less.
That said, we can't judge their moving skills. Only their management and customer service skills are being reviewed. **Bonus star for Nick trying to defend their position and remaining calm throughout our conversation.
