Abe Removals saved the day for my partner Val and I when our movers failed to show on the agreed date at the agreed time. They had double booked! :( Luckily for us, several increasingly panicked phone calls later, Abe Removals stepped in where several other companies could not (no appointments for 7 - 10 days) and were able to move us on the morning of the following day. The whole team were fantastic - very professional, fast workers, courteous and helpful. We have a huge sofa which would not fit in the elevator or up the stairwells in our new condo building but the effort they made to get it up to us was above and beyond. After they, reluctantly, finally had to admit defeat the boss man kindly agreed to store the sofa at no cost to us until we could decide what to do with it. I dealt with Sam on the phone who was fantastic, but the actual movers showed up late and with one less person than promised. The movers were nice and respectful but one left during the job to meet a friend. I was on a time crunch and this did not help the situation. Also during unpacking I opened a box and found a bunch of my kitchen glasses and mugs were broken, as well I found dents and scuffs on my furniture. I will be using a different company next time I move.

Abe Moving sent 4 men and their truck to move our many possessions to our new home, including large heavy furniture. The men were amazing, very friendly and extremely hardworking. They had everything moved to our new place in 8 hours. We were so impressed!! The communication with the office also made us feel well looked after. I would recommend this company for anyone.

We used Abe moving to move our furniture from Victoria to Calgary. The movers showed up on time, were respectful of the condo rules and other tenants, wrapped everything carefully in blankets and shrink wrap and were all packed up within 2-3 hours. Everything showed up on the day promised in Calgary with no damage. Again, the people delivering our property in Calgary were courteous and careful. Price was competitive against other companies I compared against. We also had to drop off some furniture at another location in Calgary and they managed this with a separate truck and reasonable price. No complaints from me as a customer and I would recommend them to use again.
