We hired Adam and his team to load the contents of our home in North Saanich into two containers, one for storage, and one to be moved to our new home in Sidney. Communication before the move with Dana was clear and friendly, I had confidence that everything was organized for moving day. We changed our minds a few times about what we were needing, and she was fine with it. The move took place February 14, and during the day before and after we received over a foot and a half of snow, an unusual occurrence for the Peninsula. We were seriously stressed with some of the challenges this move presented, sorting our stuff, some for storage, etc, and the snowfall was really bad luck! We could not have asked for a more efficient, trustworthy, respectful and just plain kind group of guys! They were professional, worked hard, got all our requests right around how things should be sorted, they were super nice people to have around for the day. We ended up needing a hand the next day, and Adam showed up to help us finish the job. I don't know what we would have done if he hadn't! Murray and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks Adam, Dana, and the two T's!

If I could give this company 100 stars I would! I struggled to find a trustworthy transporter who I didn't think would rip me off or damage my motorcycle. If you need anything done these are the people to do it with. Closed transport and the price was very competitive; almost $600 cheaper than another competitor. Dana is fast, friendly, and an absolute dream to work with, she answers emails at lightspeed. Adam was also amazing to deal with. He picked up my motorcycle at my folks place in Ontario; was friendly and professional. My parents were incredibly impressed which put my mind at ease. Solid communication the entire time from Dana. Let me know in ample time when my bike would arrive and Adam was flexible enough to accommodate my somewhat restricted schedule with work for delivery. Your possessions are in the safest of hands with A. Breton Relocations!

Researching moving companies for a move from Ontario to BC was such a nightmare. Dana made the experience easy and really put my mind at ease. When Adam and crew showed up, they were extremely professional and did all the work, we didn't have to lift a finger. They wrapped every single item in blankets and inventoried everything to ensure nothing was lost. Everything showed up undamaged and in impeccable condition. We will definitely use A. We moved from coast to coast earlier this year and after meeting a few other company reps and getting various quotes - we chose Breton and were happy we did! Their quote was a bit higher upon just initial look at bottom line BUT it was the only quote that had everything accounted for it so we quickly learned that the other companies were actually going to be adding and adding items and end of being more expensive! The A Breton crew were kind, professional, and hard working - in addition to being very experienced and helpful as well as responsive. It's been a couple months now and we are totally moved in and nothing was missing or broken - this was by far our biggest, most challenging move but A Breton made it the easiest and best! A few years ago, A. Breton Relocations moved us from B.C. to Ontario. When it came time for another cross country move to Alberta, I knew I didn’t want any other company moving our things but them. Today I received my belongings at Ontario, Nepean from Victoria BC picked on 30th July. All items were well packed, intact and well arranged and delivered. Pick up/ Delivery Timing was perfect ..Professional and Very fast...exactly in time to pick and deliver. Packing and tagging was also professional Cost was very reasonable. Moved from Winnipeg to Kamloops. Have done 3 cross-country moves, and these movers are by far the best we have used. Extremely friendly, took great care to protect our stuff, and had us make an inventory of everything. For the first time ever, we arrived with 100% of our belongings to our new house. We made so many changes leading up to the move (new address, change of dates, removed packing service) and Dana in the office was receptive to every request. They even gave us advice on home security as we were having that installed at the same time! Money extremely well spent.

This review is in response to a negative review recently posted by Mike M. I was the actual purchaser and potential shipper of the product he was attempting to sell. Dana with A Breton Relocations was at all times professional, polite and completely upfront with all potential charges. She provide an initial quote in December 2019 with only photos and rough dimensions to go by. At that time I was not ready to purchase or ship this product so it never went further. A second quote was provided in March 2020 but this time Dana went to see the product in person to make certain it could be shipped safely due to the size and delicate nature. The second quote was understandably increased due to length of time between quotes, extreme care needed to transport the product and their availability due to busy season. Myself and the Seller Mike M were only in the “quotation” stages of the shipping process. We had not ever agreed on a purchase price for his very large , expensive and delicate model railroad table. Mike M was not ever a client of A. Breton Relocations. He was only the seller of the train table that I was trying to purchase and ship. He should not have ever posted his defamatory review as he was not their potential client , I WAS ! Mike M’s review should be discarded if not complete removed. This company never was involved in a “bait and switch” scenario. In the end The train table was never shipped and no Contract was signed. We were lucky to find a company to actually entertain the idea of shipping such a massive and fragile set across Canada! Please consider using A Breton Relocations for any potential move as they are honest and willing to work with unique situations.

JULIA ELLEN DENNIS From Simcoe , On Honest and affordable I have to apologize to A. Breton for leaving a negative review Yesterday under my alias Jade Edmunson . I suffer from mental illness and was having a manic episode due to being bipolar. The stress of moving during the Hight of Covid 19 was to much for me to handle. Adam , Mike and Dana have moved myself and my parents in total of 4 times across Canada over the last couple of years and have always been upfront with charges, weighing of the truck and have taken extraordinary care or our belongings. They quoted me $4000 but the actual bill was only $1500. What a deal. This company is the best don’t look anywhere else. Owner is on the job personally. I’m sorry to Adam for saying Such terrible things in my earlier review. I’m on my medication now and feeling much better. Wishing A. Breton all the best in future. Regards Julia Ellen Dennis.

The owner does the actual moving with two helpers and it is very smooth and precise. This is the best moving company in Canada for sure!

My 92 year old mother recently moved from Victoria to Toronto - a traumatic move at any age but particularly stressful at hers. A. Breton Relocations service was flawless from beginning to end. Dana's skill at estimating and managing the pack up resulted in a 'no surprise' final cost and zero damage. Her courtesy with my mother and thoughtfulness in calling me at precisely noon on the delivery day - the scheduled arrival time - to say Adam was delayed in traffic and would be about 10 minutes late were enormously appreciated. Adam and his team are superbly efficient, helpful and very agreeable people. I cannot recommend A. Breton relocations too highly. Thank you all!

Highly recommended! This company was suggested to me personally by a friend who had used A Breton to move from Ontario to BC, then back to Ontario three years later. They just helped me move from Ottawa to Calgary - and I was very impressed. Professional, prepared and efficient and were excellent in terms of answering emails quickly. I also felt that their pricing relative to other companies was reasonable with no hidden costs or add ons. They showed up right on time and were able to pack up my apartment within 2 hours and unload in Calgary within 1 hour. All my boxes and items were stickered and subsequently accounted for on the other side! I will absolutely use them again should I need to move across the country! They took the stress out of moving!

We have just completed a massive downsize and an important part of such a complex and emotional and stressful time was choosing the right moving company. I cannot speak highly enough about A Breton! From initial contact with Dana to the competitive quote to actual moving day(/s [3 of them]), every contact was impeccable. They were incredibly professional--prompt, efficient, polite, kind, understanding and very good at what they do. Moving can be such a stressful time, but as we changed direction a number of times (storage/no storage /found a house/lost a house/found another house etc etc), Dana just rolled with the changes and made everything feel completely stress free. By the time the crew arrived to move I was ready to implode, but they walked through the door and took charge in such a calm and competent manner that I knew I could start to relax. Who relaxes on moving day? Adam and his crew were amazing. They moved our furniture and belongings to two different locations and nothing got lost, nor damaged but instead was taken apart and rebuilt perfectly. Each member of the crew was cheerful and seemed to like their job and all obviously had very high regard for Adam--with good reason. I would recommend them heartily for every type of move-- a relocation; precious artifacts; your whole home and all its contents. They are excellent all round. And last but not least--they even come back to get all the boxes and are still smiling!

I have used A. Breton movers twice for cross country moves. They are the absolute best. Total professionals, respectful, efficient and careful. I recommend them absolutely. Items are packed and handled carefully, floors are protected from foot traffic, all items are numbered and checked off for delivery. Great communication on arrival and delivery times. I hired a different company to do my move from Victoria to Edmonton. After hiring said company, I meet Mike and found out he was helping out the other company because their moving staff didn't bother to show up for my big move, needless to say I was very impressed with his professionalism! I watched how Mike wrapped all my furniture with care including my piano ????. I told him that if he was the representative of A. Breton Relocations and Motorcycle Moving, I had certainly come to the sad realization that I had picked the wrong Company to move my belongings but thank goodness made that mistake cause I ended up meeting them and God knows how the other movers would have dealt with my belongings if they didn't even bother to show up ????! He was more than professional, Mike explained how and why he took great care with the packing of my belongings. I'm definitely calling A. Breton Relocation for my next move and would 150% recommend Mike's dedicated, professional work and his high opinion of the owner of the company Adam Breton to anyone! Good communication from beginning to end. Every member of the team had a job and the orchestration of the move was extremely smooth. The packing of the rig was outstanding. Not a spare inch wasted. This moving company is every bit as good as every review you read. We hired them for a late July move from Winnipeg, MB to Campbell River, BC. This was our first cross country move, so obviously I had lots of questions and Dana graciously answered them all. This is an owner/operator company; Adam drives truck, takes lead on moving items and will hire crew at location for move, while Dana, his wife coordinates the move itself (who you'll talk to when you phone in), so there is tons of quality control and it really shows. We were unfortunately unable to move into our apartment as soon as hoped so we updated the arrival location within the last couple of days and had to put our items in storage locally. The manager of the storage company commented on the quality of care that Adam and his team put into delivering our items and that they had never seen anything like that before, which I think speaks volumes. Actual cost at the end of the day was lower than estimation. Nothing was damaged and tracking system to make sure nothing is lost is great. Can't highly recommend this company enough.
