(Translated) Thursday morning, February 1, 2018, 8:30 am, highway 440 eastbound, at the access ramp of boul. René-Laennec, the driver of a Montreal Cargo Express truck, registered L597784, behaved in a very dangerous way by neglecting to give way on the A440 E, completely encroaching on my way to traffic while I found myself on his side (left). This dangerous maneuver, in winter, seems to have been done intentionally (??). The blind spot can not be invoked because when approaching the highway, on the converging access road, there is sufficient space and time to see the traffic on the A 440 for anyone presents himself there. On board my CRV (blue) I flew several seconds without any reaction from the driver of the truck. Please, do not risk the lives of people to make your deliveries (if they are efficient). (Original) Jeudi matin, 1er février 2018, 8h30 a.m., autoroute 440 direction Est, au niveau de la bretelle d'accès du boul. René-Laennec, le conducteur d'un camion de la cie Montréal Cargo Express, immatriculé L597784, s'est comporté de façon très dangereuse en négligeant de céder le passage en se présentant sur l'A440 E, en empiétant carrément dans ma voie de circulation alors que je me retrouvais sur son flanc (gauche). Cette dangereuse manœuvre, en hiver, semble avoir été faite intentionnellement (??). L'angle-mort ne peut être invoquée puisqu'à l'approche de l'autoroute, sur la voie d'accès qui converge, il y a suffisamment d'espace et de temps pour voir le traffic sur l'A 440 pour quiconque s'y présente. À bord de mon CRV (bleu) j'ai claxonné plusieurs secondes sans aucune réaction de la part du conducteur du dit camion. SVP, veuillez à ne pas risquer la vie des gens pour réaliser vos livraisons (si efficientes soient-elles).
