Extremely bad movers!! Slow! Taking breaks often. Taking extra time going to the destination. I mean unbelievable!! Then not completing the move!! They specified if the move needed another truck they would provide this mid packing. No they Left all the basement for us to move scrambling I am a senior 68 yrs. with a woman of 65 & my son of 50 years to complete the move which took two more days to do. They charged close to 4,000 with no discounts for seniors. Not to mention the truck I had to rent for the rest of my move which cost me an extra 600.00. They told my sister if it wasn't paid in full on the spot they weren't going to empty the truck of my goods!! Therefore she paid in full. This is not right!! I moved 1/2 an hour away not out of Province! I am very saddened never again. People be aware!! ????????????????

My parents experience is absolutely NEGATIVE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS We would NOT RECOMMEND their services to anyone. They lied to my older parents and overcharged them by at least 2-3 hours of work. They have damaged some of their furniture. They have damaged the entrance door. They are promising every day to my mother that they will call her back, no phone call, nothing. Managers - Alex and Nick are unpleasant to deal with. You often hear horror stories about removals gone wrong or unexpectedly expensive, but these guys laid to rest my fears not once but twice. I hired them to move my stuff into storage under very stressful circumstances at short notice, and then back out of storage and into my new apartment about a month later, again at short notice. They handled the job efficiently, relatively inexpensively, and with great service. The guys who did my move were all friendly, helpful and professional. As far as I'm concerned, they've got a customer for life in me!

First and very important 3 guys took 11 hrs, if they didn't spend every moment talking in their language it would have taken the most 8 hours.we have 2 languages here in Quebec and they all 3 spoke English well, it is disrespectful to speak amongst the clients presence as who the hell knows what is being discussed, and charging per hour to hear this chatter non stop , you are paid to move ,not entertain each other, unprofessional ,extra fees at the end that were not mentioned at and an amount decided without reasonable explanation, I refused,to pay , how dare you try to take advantage of people . I do not recommend this company at all.

They moved us from a big house to a smaller one, and I can say it was really challenging. I was impressed by there effort the three-man team put into finding ways of moving the furniture through smaller spaces. No scratches. No damages. Only a small coffee break in 9.5 hour work. The best movers we ever had.

I wish I could give zero stars. I booked with this "company" then cancelled the next day. I was getting the feeling they might be a scam organization. What kind of company says they cannot send you an email copy of the contract? What kind of employee "forgets" the name of his supervisor (this, after telling me he was the supervisor). Someone from this "company" named "Eric" called me and spoke using a variety of expletives. When I repeatedly asked to see a copy of the contract before moving day, he stated I have no patience because I am a woman. If you want to lose a $500 deposit and deal with a semi-articulate thug....this is the company for you.

Ils s'assoyaient dans les marches, parlaient au téléphone, s'assoyaient sur les boîtes, etc. Gros manque de professionnalisme, de vaillance et beaucoup d'arrogance. Ils ne parlaient pas français également, seulement en anglais. Au bout de la journée, ils voulaient nous charger un énorme montant pour avoir déménagé un bungalow, en plus que nous avions presque tout fait!! Nous avons dû négocier beaucoup pour baisser le prix et encore là, ça ne valait pas le dixième du prix que nous avons payé.

La facture fut doublé par rapport à l'estimation. Ils sont partis avec la facture qui était d'ailleurs sur un bout de carton. Quand nous avons exigé une facture, ils en ont improvisé une qui est parti aussi avec eux. Le déménagement de l'enfer!!!! En réalité j'ai mis une étoile parce-qu'il y a pas de zéro

I do not recommend this company at all. I moved with them April 17th, 2020 where they damaged my pool table. They claim to have insurance for damage caused during the move yet I have called/ emailed multiple times over the past 5 months and have not been reimbursed for the damage they caused. We discovered that the top rail on our pool table was broken when we unwrapped it. I was originally told back in April that claims take 1-2 weeks to resolve but could take longer because of COVID which I understood. But now, 5 months later and I still haven't received even a response. All I get is "We will call you back" and they never do. On top of that, the day we moved we had to go out and pay even more to rent a U-Haul because the truck wasn't big enough for our 3 bedroom house. Terrible customer service and now we have a pool table that can't be fixed because it is an old model and we have to throw it out. So now we are out a pool table that has been in my family for long time.

They started saying this would be more expensive because it is big, this would be more expensive because it is in glass, this tv is more expensive, blablabla. They dont speak french. They did not wear masks during covid-19. When we asked them to put the masks we gave them, they did not cover their noses. They wasted time negociating the prices at the beginning. Expensive at 190$/hr. We ended up cutting the moving short because it was way too expensive, werent done the moving at 9h30pm and we did not like the vibe. We would rather reschedule with another company less expensive.
