These guys WERE AWFUL. They moved our stuff all right but they stole all the liquor (about $300-400 worth) from our liquor cabinet, including a sentimental bottle of wine from my cousins wedding. We got the cabinet back but none of the liquor and conveniently the liquor was left off of the itemized receipt of the things they moved. Dont bother.

I look after an apartment building and asked the driver today to move their big truck off the side walk and all I get was buddy swearing at me tell me to find off and get a life and other things all the time he was here . I would not recommend this company to my enemy

Really regret using this company. Thousands of $ in 'extra, hidden' costs. Unhelpful when problems arose. Lack of proper paperwork stating terms and conditions, including those regarding insurance. A LOT of damaged goods which insurance then refused to pay for because of lack of paperwork.There were serious discrepancies between the insurance we were sold and the service we apparently received. Dates for arrival of goods were off by 3 weeks ( once the ship had left port in NS). The agents they employed to handle the European end were incompetent. This company made a difficult move way more stressful than it needed to be. Would recommend finding a different company. Only one employee was helpful and behaved in a competent and honest manner.

This review is for an inter-provincial move in October 2020. They didn't have the best review scores but I thought Mark seemed quite trustworthy when he came to estimate. Wayne and his crew who loaded up were excellent. They coordinated well, worked speedily and tirelessly, were very careful and highly efficient. Wayne was also very good at updating me about delivery date and time. On unloading day, Wayne and the local crew (Matt and Derek) showed up early and were very professional also. They were ready to go and once they started, they worked hard and with care. They functioned well as a team, have great communication among themselves, was efficient and speedy but yet very careful with everything. I was very impressed with both crews. Even the superintendent of the building who have 'seen dozens and dozens of movers' in her lifetime commented on how professional these guys were. And they were also friendly, helpful and easy-going.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Moved from New Hampshire to Nova Scotia. Moving van showed up 2 days late to load (self packed). Moving van was already 2/3rds full. Labor not available to load, loaded us 4 days late. Not enough room on van, left 1,000# behind. Load #2 picked up 3 days later, went somewhere else? Load #2 reunited with load #1 and delivered 25 DAYS later. Furnishings broken, TV broken, computer monitor broken, barrel of hand tools emptied and stolen. Tried filing claim numerous times, no calls returned. One email forwarded with no result. Move cost was DOUBLE quoted price. I have had five corporate moves and three personal moves in my 40-year career and this was, by far, the worst experience ever.

This company damaged a piece of furniture it was handeling. I called them the day they delivered the box and explained the item was damaged. The company stated that as I signed for it they did not care. Not there problem. In reality opening this box and checking it is not practical. A reputable company would of at least looked into our concern. STAY AWAY if you have any options.

One word "Atrocious "
