Very quick and professional. Definitely not there first time. Called them at 4 pm on a Saturday and they had delivered a piano to my house by 5:30. And we’re a fraction of the cost than 2 other moving company’s that I called. I recommend them and plan on using them again in the near future.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE!!!! The two men that helped my partner and I move stood around most of the time smoking. It took them 3 hours to load a one bedroom apartment when it took another company 40 minutes. My partner and I had to move most of the things by ourselves as they stood around AND WATCHED. Charged us extra. BROKEN - dresser, futon, ripped bags, box-spring. SOAKED AND DIRTY mattress. Charged us $732 more than quoted, and supervisors response is a $120-$200 discount. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY.

The movers were late and then we're rushing and dropped my stuff and broke it. They did not apologize. Then they dropped everything in one room and left without asking if i needed anything and did not help me move my furniture into the rooms where I wanted it in. I paid them for 2 hours and they left after 1.5. When I called them company to discuss my issues I was told they would call me back in a few minutes and they never did.

I went to purchase a patio set at Walmart Bayer's Lake today, without realizing that the set I eventually chose could not be transported in my SUV. I immediately phoned a friend who recommended Schneider. I called him immediately and within 25 minutes he arrived to help me. Not only did he transport my set to my house but he came inside Walmart to help me load the item onto the trolley. He also waited while I cashed, loaded his truck and delivered my purchase to my house which was less than 10 minutes away. How's that for quick and reliable service?! Not forgetting the affordable rate he quoted me. Keep up the good work guys, i'll definitely use you again in the future. I highly recommend Express Moving services!

I’m very happy with my experience with express moving. I called and was able to get a couch moved the same day without any extra fee. The two movers were friendly and professional. They were unable to get my couch through my front door (my fault for not doing measurements beforehand) but they removed my door to get it in. They easily put my door back on afterwards. They definitely got a big tip for that one!

The people who helped me move were great. However, I feel like there was poor communication. When I called and looked at the website it says moving cost is $90/hr + $60 truck service. This is the first time of me, moving and I am not aware of any standard that the minimum is 2 hours. Last minute after the moving, and it was time to pay, i was required to pay $240 for a service that took less than an hour. In total, it took ~45 mins (loading, travel time and unloading). Let me also add, the people who were suppose to help me move, were late close to a hour. No apology, but I let it slide. I wish there was a text to inform me saying I will be late please I need extra 45 mins or something because I cabbed there which cost me $40+. If I knew extra time was needed, I would have taken the bus atleast. Overall I am not impressed with the communication. I am sharing this mainly to hope the service improves.

We booked this company to help us move a 1 bedroom+den apartment. We booked them weeks ahead and asked them to be there at 11 am sharp because if didn't get out befire 12am the superintendant would take our deposit. We called them the day before they never answered. We called them on moving day to confirm they were coming thry still didn'bother picking up. After calling 15 times someone picked up saying someone would be there in 20 mins but still no one. The movers then showed 1hr 30 minutes late and as soon as they got out of the truck started saying they would charge us more if we exceeded our 2hrs. They never said sorry for being late either. They kept asking for more money for the whole 2 hours and they refused to try to fit my couch into the elevator unless we pay them more so me and my friend had no choice but to carry our couch down the stairs ourselves. Please don't use this company EVER! They'll just cause you more stress than you need to on moving day.
