The estimated time and cost was completely wrong. Instead of 200 dollars I had to pay 400 dollars. I gave a detailed description in advance what has to be moved, that there are stairs involved and how many pieces. Not only, the guys scratched the goods and made damage to the property where it was transported to, they showd up without gloves that I had to provide them, and I had to help myself for over 2 hours doing their job. I paid right away and 4 weeks later I am still waiting for a receipt. I contacted them several times and was promised a receipt. I am still waiting. I can't recommend this company at all. It was done all very unprofessionally.

Sam and his team are a hardworking group of good people that put my move together on a tight schedule — with a reasonable price tag too! I moved my 1bdr apartment from Calgary, AB to Vancouver, BC. Out of the many moving companies I called, Sam was the most communicative, kindest, honest and best of them all. If you want to support local from BC to AB, We Move You is your go to. There were a few delays in my move, one being a mechanical problem with one of the trucks and a delay upon arrival when one employee called in sick. I believe the team did their best with the unfortunate circumstances. Any delays and woes were well communicated when there were problems which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again!!

We booked our move for today a month ago, my mother called to make sure our booking is in place several days ago and they confirmed it with us. I called them again last night to make sure they have the address and will be there at 8 am, the guy on the phone confirmed it all with me. Today they don't show up!! We call and they come up with an excuse of their truck being broken down. If that's true why not call us or let us know right away? Also you have only 1 truck????? Our move is behind now and we are left with no truck or movers. I'm very disappointed to say the least and don't recommend this company to anyone! The frustration and issues that you left us with today is beyond describe. Today is the last day of the month and everywhere is already booked. I really hope karma teaches you a lesson for the way you screwed my poor single mother over today!!!

Great moving experience !!! We used this Moving Company for our recent move from BC to Edmonton .We really appreciate the entire team especially Sartaj and Vishal for their excellent service and professionalism.Everything was padded or bagged for the protection.They also disassembled and reassembled all our major furniture.Pick up and delivery was on time as promised. There was no damage to anything.Their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Terrible company, they cancelled are move 15 minutes before they were scheduled to move us from Olympic village with no remorse whatsoever. Simply said truck will not work and that was it. My partner and I had no other options with all other rentals taken. We lost our elevator deposits as a result and missed furniture deliveries at our new place not to mention the 12hours it took us to move ourselves. Please do not use this company. Exactly the same scenario as the other yelp review on here.

Navneet was hired as the middle man to deliver furniture from Coquitlam to Kamloops. He put the bed together with white glove service that I pre paid for, even though that info was lost in the process of passing the buck to him. After putting frame together, realized I needed a box spring ( which I was told by sales lady I did not need ). I managed to find one in Kamloops, buy it over the phone and he picked it up and finished putting my bed together! ???????????? 10/10 and I highly recommend him for any deliveries. EXCELLENT Customer Service

I needed a couch moved out of my house and these guys did an incredible job. The owner was very kind, professional, and reliable. The moving guys Joban and Arsh showed exceptional expertise in the move. The couch was properly and perfectly wrapped up so that no damage could occur during transportation. They showed deliberate care for my piece of furniture and my house, as they insured the couch legs did not scratch the walls. I know I can trust them and I highly recommend them and I will be using them for moves in the future!

Late 1.5 hours for move. Pretty sure that they messed up the booking and called in some young guys to help last minute. Broken and damaged furniture. Paid 2x the quoted price. Was a 6 hour move for a 2 bedroom condo when I had already moved lots of stuff and everything was in boxes! Totally a money grad. Head guy spent more time on the phone booking new appointments than actually moving my stuff. I ended up "helping" to move things along or it would have easily been an 8 hour move..not joking. Then the staff was looking for a tip????????????. Never again. EVER. Then they offer a small refund which never shows up????

We used this company to move a 4 bedroom house this weekend. The total distance of our move was less than 30 kms. The movers showed up 35 minutes late and not at all prepared for the move. No bubble wrap and no plastic wrap. The truck had no levelers or a ramp and the move took 14.5 hours. Myself and 3 of my friends had to move things alongside them because they were so slow. We had to unassemble all our bedroom furniture and reassemble all of our bedroom furniture on our own. When you are paying $1600 you would think the movers will do everything for you but thats not the case. I would never recommend this moving company to anyone thinking about hiring movers. Try somebody else before you risk spending a fortune with a company that sends unprepared movers.

My boyfriend and I decided to hire movers for the first time. They showed up to my house unprepared. They did not have booties or laid down paper to protect my carpets and they were covered in rain and mud. They poorly wrapped my stuff and damaged our mattresses, boxsprings, floors, my mini fridge has dents all over it. One of them didn’t wear a mask and they did not seem friendly or approachable. They did not come prepared with straps or dollys to carry out items and store them safely in the truck. I offered them MY dolly since they said theirs was “buried behind all our stuff) and when I told them a few boxes were super fragile and I wrote all over the box FRAGILE! One of the movers decided to lay the dolly down flat with my box of fragile kitchen appliances and dishes still on it, now laying on its side! When I asked if they brought straps (because they said my stuff wouldn’t fit in the very large truck) they said “we brought straps and the truck is small” they brought two straps….they tried to tell me they would have to do a second trip and I stated I’m not paying for that. We called Michael and he was great and assured us if a second trip was needed we would not be charged. My wallet was left on the coffee table during this move and suddenly my credit card was missing after the move and 8 days later a charge was made for Uber. I didn’t cancel my card right away, I wanted to see if someone would try to use it and they did. I can’t prove they stole it but seems strange it would suddenly go missing when I have 3 men I don’t know coming in and out of my home. The new home was covered in pine needles and dirt from them not protecting the floors from their dirty shoes. Hiring movers was meant to make this move easier and less stressful but it has been the opposite. I spent the day unpacking and crying from the stress of it all. I will never, ever hire this company again. I contacted Michael and told him everything and they refunded us $100 but to be honest, it cost a lot more to fix what they damaged and the sour taste of hiring movers will prevent us from doing that again. If you're thinking of moving, move right along to 'You Move Me', which is who we confused these guys with after a recommendation from a friend. The names are so similar that all along we thought we had the right people. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We hired these guys to move us, but honestly we just ended up just moving ourselves. Everything was boxed ready to put into a truck, weeks in advance, all that there was to do was take the furniture apart and load it along with the boxes which consisted of 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, dining room, patio chairs and den. These guys had no tools to take apart the furniture, we had to ask friends for tools. They came in 830am and it was midnight when they finally left, they took 16 hours to do half the work!!!! I had 6 other people including myself helping out because we quickly realized these guys are not going to be able to move us in one day. If it wasn't for us driving back and forth dropping off stuff in 2 pickup truck, 3 SUVs, and 2 cars I don't think we would have been finished till 4 or 5 am. They were ill equipped, and used profanity throughout the day! I tried not to judge them when I saw 3 small basically boys (as a reference they were about the size of my 12 year old son who's about 120lbs) come out of the truck thinking well u never know perhaps they're stronger than I'm giving them credit for, but I tell ya, they were picking up one pillow cushion at a time. They dropped furniture onto my hardwood floor, they didn't even have any wrapping for thr furniture so most of it was just being tossed into a very dirty truck. I was picking up more weight than them. They got paid by the hour and they sure behaved like it, they milked every second they could. For $1750+GST, and them wanting cash, I think you're better off spending your money elsewhere.
