I’m giving this company one star because they broke some of my items (which were not packed by me, ex. patio chair) and did not follow up with me after the move. I called and emailed them and they sent me a link to a generic set of forms, none of which was a specific claim for for the damaged items. I followed up asking for proper instructions and they just never did. This long draw process lasted months and now they’ve just stopped replying to me completely. In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional and the company should be taking responsibility for items they break which is supposed to be the case, stated their contract. The movers themselves were friendly and super helpful, but my experience with the company as a whole was a disappointment. I should also add that I moved from Calgary to Vancouver, and it was the initial contact in Calgary that stopped replying to me.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Morgan and his team for our major move from North Vancouver to Kelowna this summer. First of all, our move was complex as we needed them to store our stuff for 5 weeks while we were in between homes. Our existing home has major access issues so they coordinated moving in multiple smaller trucks to be able to get into the narrow busy streets of Deep Cove. Our new home also had very difficult access so they delivered using multiple trucks again! And in the midst of all of this we realized that our son's orthodontic retainer had accidentally been packed into one of the boxes so they even managed to find that and get it up to us in Kelowna so that we didn't have to replace it. Highly recommend these guys - professional movers that know what they are doing to pack, coordinate and deliver, the pricing was reasonable and fair, and we enjoyed the team -- fabulous and super nice people. We plan to use them again when its time to move my Mom out to Kelowna.

Nov 18 off hwy 1 Kensington exit 525 pm the driver he cut over a solid line and signalled only as he crossed the line where we were we had to slam on breaks. Then as driving we got off exit to main road heading to dealership he was in right he jerked the van pretending to do same thing and run us off road. And then he sped up and purposely cut us off again no signal. While we were in left lane. It was horrifying. I will be emailing my complaint aswell

we move a lot. I can say these guys are great movers. crew members worked hard, in fact very hard walking up our heavy furniture up the narrow stairs. would highly recommend these guys.

They charged my visa and they cashed my cheque so I've now mistakenly double paid and Maria will no longer take my calls or emails. This company is a scam.

Im writing a review a few years after my experience but I am still just so thankful for these guys that I went back through my records to find the name of the company to leave this review. I moved from Ontario to Vancouver and left everything in storage, planning to come back. When that didn't happen, I started calling moving companies to find someone who would get my things from storage for me. NO ONE WOULD. I was literally in tears after weeks of calling large known companies - everyone told me no. Finally I got ahold of Maria and she told me absolutely, no problem. I mailed her my storage unit key, knowing I was putting my trust in strangers and hoped for the best. They did everything they said they would - picked my items up from my storage unit and delivered them to Vancouver BC. Without this company, I still wouldn't have everything I own and 4 years later, I'm still so thankful.
