I'm always nervous about moving - it can be very stressful. Fortunately I found a great moving company. Power Movers were awesome from email communications to the job itself. I really appreciated that even though there was a delay for one of the crew due to traffic and another subbed out part way through with a pre-existing injury, they got the move done safely and well under the estimated time. If you are here reading reviews and agonizing over which company to choose like I was, you can rest assured choosing Power Movers.

I needed movers to move all my things into a 3 bedroom apartment. I had a lot of stuff. Even with the 34 degree heat the movers were friendly, professional, safe, and efficient. With no reserved elevators it took a total of 6 hours to complete the whole move. I was impressed. Thank you Power Movers!

George and his crew were awesome. Despite some hiccups with his other jobs yesterday he made it work for everyone. We were running behind schedule ourselves and hadn’t got the bed dismantled. They did that for us with no complaint. I was amazed at how effortlessly they carried large pieces of furniture and mattresses down our awkward stairwell. They took several things on the truck that were not planned for which made our lives so much easier. They even made the master bedroom furniture work in the smaller room. I would use them again without question. If you are planning to move give them a call. They have a great system to prepare an estimate quickly and are very responsive to questions.
