PVL did a great job moving my household items into storage, and then into my new place when I was ready. The whole experience began when Derick came to provide a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. PVL were easy to work with and everything went according to my schedule. When I needed extra packing boxes, they delivered them immediately! The crew was friendly and polite. I would definitely hire them again.

They were supposed to deliver my oven to me yesterday. I recieved a call at 7pm saying the oven would be there in 30 minutes. 9:40pm rolled around and I still didn't see anyone. I tried calling their office but I suppose that line is only used during posted, office hours. Anyways, I left a different Google review and I was contacted again within 10 minutes by Amanda. After a brief conversation we found out the issue was that the Canex gave them the wrong address to bring the oven to. She promptly had it delivered to me the next morning. I'm impressed with how well they managed to problem solve this issue. Only 4 stars because I think if they perhaps provided a means to communicate with ones delivery driver or provided an after hours number for deliveries it would be useful to prevent these kinds of mix ups.

Crew of 2 arrived when I expected them to and quickly and efficiently installed my washer and removed my old appliance. They took all packing materials with them which was great. They wore masks and observed social distancing . Paperwork was organized. Very quick install done to my satisfaction.

They delivered a couch we bought at costco. Called to give updates on what time they would arrive. They were careful and professional. Inspected item for damage. Gave advice on how to get rid of our old couch etc. My wife and I were happy with all aspects and would use them again.

I wish that I could have received great service but that was not the case. We had a washer and dryer delivered from the CO OP a short distance away from our house. We also purchased pedestals that have clips to secure washer and dryer. The items were offloaded into my garage for unpacking. About 20 minutes onto setup the driver informs me to refuse delivery of dryer due to damage. Also 2 of the clips that secure the washer to the pedestal broke. I was told the supervisor was informed, and I signed the invoice stating that very thing. We got the dryer the next day, however the clips had to be ordered and would receive a phone call once parts were in. During the wait time we could not use washer on full spin speed due to the clips not holding it in place. A month had past and no mention about the clips. I called Premier and asked about the status of the clips. No one there or at the CO OP knew anything about the clips. We did instead receive a new pedestal but no explanation as to why there was no record of ordering of parts. The second crew that delivered the pedestal were more professional than the first crew. The second crew laid down a sheet to protect the floor from water and dirt. I didn't have to mop the floor after they left. This level of service not only reflects poorly on the delivery company, but the retailers that hire them for deliveries.

Premier Van lines was contracted by Costco as the mover for the kitchen appliances we purchased, so I have no idea what their fees are & I didn’t choose them specifically, but they were AWESOME. They were super flexible with us for delivery; we had to reschedule with them twice, and they were very accommodating. The guys skillfully brought our appliances up a flight of stairs, unboxed and set up. No damage to anything. They were respectful of our space. Wore their masks. They were on time and worked efficiently and professionally while they were here. Would for sure recommend these guys, and would do business with them again in the future.

Amazing delivery of my appliances from this team! They were efficient, and patient as they wrestled my old appliances out, and treated my new ones like delicate china. When I mentioned concern about a low hanging light fixture in my entry way, I noticed they carefully noted it's location both as they removed my old beast of a refrigerator, and brought in the new. The two men were a great team who communicated well and politely together, and i felt confident that they were taking great care not to dent my new appliances, walls or floors.

This was a rush move which needed to go across Canada from 100 mile house in British Columbia to Fredericton. Packing and Storage were required for an unknown time as the final destination in Fredericton was not known. When we established the final destination location and timing Alied Van Lines was able to respond. Response time for both ends of the move was impressive and there were no damage claims.

I got a brand-new fridge delivered, and got them to take away the old broken one. It was through the Canex in Oromocto. $52 for delivery and $35 to take away the old fridge. They called the day before, and the morning of. They also sent two automated messages, one telling me they'd arrive in 30 minutes, which I thought was nice. The young moving men were professional, on time, and wearing Covid masks the whole time. They had to take the door off my house to get the new fridge in, and that still only left 1" (an inch) leeway. My fridge looked perfect, they were very careful (but fast!), installed the handles on the fridge for me, and gave me the little Allan Key they used, to keep in case I need it in the future. Punctual, Pleasant, Professional, Fast, Efficient and Careful.

We were really impressed. We moved from a third floor apartment with no elevator to a house out in the country. They were able to move our belongings in under 4 hours even with the 20 minute drive.
