Appointment was booked about 7 weeks in advance. I Confirmed 2 days prior. When I called 2 hours after they were supposed to show up, they used the standard excuse their truck broke down. I had to scramble to find another mover the same day. Very unprofessional. They make you agree to a penalty if you back out last minute yet they give nothing to you for screwing you. Not even the courtesy to let you know they are not coming. Unbelievable, don't waste your time, avoid the stress of wondering if they decide if they are coming or not. I read all the reviews here and thought they were awesome but they turned out to be less than a 0 the biggest disapointment and also the customer service guy said they have only 1 truck. So one problem and they disappear on you and put their head in the sand like an Ostrich. Would be hard for me to recommend them even as a last resort.

I call them another 3 times in 1 day, and harass them to give me an answer or cancel. Finally I get "we were unable to find a subcontractor in your area to take the contract." 1 week, no information given to your customer about their order. This information would have been vital to schedule another company that has their business in order. Rather, their mentality is to let you wait until the last minute and good luck trying to book another company, now that they delayed more than a week.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! We had a terrible experience! We moved from a tiny 31/2 to a 51/2 15 minutes away and the move took SEVEN HOURS!! The movers were super rude to us and were NOT strategic about the move AT ALL!! PLUS my husband and i did half the work!! completely unacceptable and unprofessional company. They were great on communication, arrived on time, and were courteous...errors in booking dates that were fixed to my detriment. I realized my new door to the outside had been severely dented and my white velvet couch, ripped on the side they struggled to get out. They've stopped responding after I wrote to point this out and asked for corrective measures to be taken. ***The TRUE quality of a company lies in how they deal with clients when things don't go as planned.*** They deny destruction of private property with a cavalier attitude and complete disrespect in ignoring my emails. I wish I could give 0 stars but I don’t think that’s an option. This is a SCAM. My movers told me the job was a MAX 500$ job yet métropolitain movers charged me 1100$ for a very basic move at that too. They broke some of my furniture and art and are doing nothing about it.
