I decided to hire Laporte after a bad experience last year using a lower priced competitor. The saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies in the moving business. Laporte was on time, took great care of my possessions, and moved it all into the apartment without a scratch anywhere. Highly recommend Laporte????

The La Porte team were very courteous, careful and went the extra mile to ensure my belongings were not going to be damaged. In fact, not one item was damaged at all. They were very efficient and exactly on schedule with minimal disruption to any neighbours, for example ñ, with elevators and general noise. We The back office team were also very accommodative to my needs and routinely called to remind of upcoming dates etc. in the process. All in all, a painless experience.

Honestly, I'm sorry that I have to even leave this post. I just need to let the company how I felt about the experience. You sent me 3 movers who's favorite line was "yea, we don't do that". Then why are you making promises you clearly can't keep? Why do you send someone to my house to give me a "quote" then after you send your movers who can't actually do anything…? I paid $2000 to move boxes… they didn't pack the TV's, they didn't take the treadmill and they didn't take apart the beds, they didn't empty the storage room, which btw was all promised on the contract. They left so much stuff at the home that we had to rent a uhal and do it ourselves. You sent me 3 movers who were useless and truck that couldn't even fit our things. Also your movers, they definitely did not have any patients… There's so much more I'd like to say but at this point I'm just tired and frustrated. I feel completely unvalued by your company, Soni don't expect much at this point. I just thought it's fair that you know you definitely lost my future business as well as my friends and family, who move in the future... Thanks for a terrible experience. One final note, even though your movers were rude and difficult to deal with and no one answered my calls from the office on moving day. I still spent $100 to feed them. You're welcome.

I was really impressed with the service I got from Jesse when he came to give me a quote; he was completely first class. However I was less than impressed with the movers themselves. The driver kept complaining about how much stuff I had. A couple thing were broken, but of course they aren't actually covered by the insurance because it covers everything *except* stuff that actually breaks. At the end of the day the driver tried to over charge me by adding on travel time, which was clearly already included in the price and I had to argue with him for 15 minutes before we resolved it. When I let the main office know about that I got no response, no apology or anything. If I were to have the same movers again I would't use these guys.

Hired LaPorte to move from Vancouver to Victoria. The moving guys were great and did a good job making sure the furniture was well wrapped in blankets. My one issue was they didn't have an appropriate box for my 65 inch TV even though Jessie assured me they would have a box for it, so they cut one side of the box open so it could kind of fit. Paying $65 for a box that your TV doesn't fit in seems unfair but they wouldn't budge on removing that charge. And the whole time I was pretty worried the TV wouldn't make it undamaged, but luckily it did.

Very professional, they gave me the red carpet treatment- laid down protective mats throughout the house. Disassembly and reassembly service was seamless. I was referred to LaPorte from a friend as she touted the service she received from the movers she hired. She noted that they were professional, trustworthy, courteous and careful with her possessions and the protection of her home and her belongings. I can confirm that we experienced the same. Our movers from LaPorte (Sam, Mike and Mike) were all of the above. They were timely, honest and helpful. While we await our new home to be ready, in our case they moved our items into storage and witnessed one of the best games of Tetris I have ever seen as they carefully got all our items into the storage locker. Feel confident knowing you are in good hands if you decide to hire this company. I will request the same 3 guys to assist with the move into the new place when that time comes. Terrible customer service. I called to arranged in house estimate, and since we work and they only provide estimates within working hours, I suggested that maybe they should be more flexible. The lady on the phone didn't even try to make an effort to suggest any solutions or at least encourage me or even give me time to think, she said I should be more flexible because I'm the one who is moving and ended up with "Buy". Nice way of generating business! I hope they have a reason this lady is still working for them but I don't see it.

Absolutely horrible company: Nice as can be and very responsive BEFORE they get your money. Then once they've been paid, they don't want to know you, not returning calls and blaming the customer for their mistakes.... They didn't bother to read any of the labels we took the time to put clearly on all the boxes and just put them where it was convenient for THEM. They also dismantled multiple pieces of furniture before loading claiming it was safer for the move, assuring us they would reassemble after the move. Not only did they NOT bother to reassemble it but the lost parts which were necessary for the reassembly. I could go on and on about stuff like this but you probably get the picture..... And for the love of god, do not under any circumstances take the insurance: we made this mistake specifically to protect a $3500 reclining sofa and guess what? They tore a huge hole in it. When we called them expecting a very straightforward insurance claim, they refused stating it was normal wear form people sitting on it! Wow! Just terrible. Will be filing a complaint about this experience. Steer well clear of Laporte for your move. You're better off hiring kids off Craigslist. And you'll probably get better service!

They were $2,500 over their estimate. All their trucks are in Richmond and they just pretend to have other locations so you are charged for them to come from Richmond instead or a "local" mover. They they smoke like steam engines. I had 5 guys for two days and counted the cigarette butts at 36 (low estimate) so 10 minutes per cig at $258 per hour cost me $774 plus tax! They put 30% of the boxes into the wrong rooms even though they were all labelled. At the end of the last day they all stood around for a half hour waiting for me to sign that they were finished and charged me $110 for the 5 guys and two trucks. Surely it only takes one person to get a signature and could have sent the rest home. Then they would not even reply to my complaint about being charged for all the smoking time, not to mention the estimate was completely inaccurate. Be very wary these people did not treat us fairly and they scalped us for every nickel they could think off.

I highly recommend using LaPorte Moving and Storage after I had a great experience with my move from Vancouver to Dallas Texas. Jesse came on-sight, respected COVID-19 protocols, and did an accurate assessment of our move with lots of detail and patience with my many questions. His quote was not the cheapest but it was competitive and I am thankful I chose his company. His packing crew was professional and careful. The crew that loaded the truck did an efficient job, and his driver was first class. Everything arrived at the destination on time and in exceptional condition and our final bill was slightly under the amount quoted. I did a lot of research and am very pleased I settled on LaPorte for my move. Would recommend them to anyone moving long distance and will use them again in the future.

LaPorte Moving was a tale of two different companies. I regret that they have my money. My wife organized quotes from several companies, and LaPorte became a front runner in that process after Jesse came by to provide an estimate based on seeing the contents of our home. Turns out that did not matter and LaPorte is unwilling to live up to their estimate. They were unable to move our whole house and storage locker in one day as originally quoted, and this is even after we managed to sell and not need to move our patio furniture! What were they going to do if we hadn't had done that? As it stands, I have had to single handedly move the rest of our storage locker, and we had to extend the booking for that locker by a month. I still need to rent a truck to move the furniture, even! More money out the door due to a lazy estimate. The actual moving crew were professional, did their work well and efficiently, and were pleasant to deal with. Five stars for the guys who worked hard. They caused a bit of damage, but it definitely fell within the realm of reasonable. All things considered, the damage was minimal and acceptable. If I could put 0 stars for the LaPorte management and ownership team I would. We have spent weeks arguing with LaPorte over their failure to live up to their estimate. The customer service experience has been horrid, and the absolutely gross disconnect between the sales team (Jesse, in our case) and the management team has created a truly unfortunate experience. I cannot believe that an actual owner of a company would speak to a client this way, but I guess they feel they got their money and no longer have any obligation to complete their quoted service? The continued phrase that was repeated to us over and over again is, "We provided a service that you paid for." I calmed explained several times that the service did not meet the quoted service and therefore is incomplete. They don't care. I urge you to consider a different moving company that won't leave you high and dry, unless you can somehow contract only the moving team and avoid their management group.

THEIFS, we hired LaPorte to move us back to the Prairies, all was good until we got home and found one box was missing. It was our personal belongings from our nightstands. We paid for extra insurance to cover our stuff. When we made numerous calls to make a claim, they told us that personal items can't be claimed. When we told them that one their packers had his girlfriend bring them coffee's, just after we bought them coffee's, we were a bit curious. Thought nothing of it. It seems as if the packers know of the inability to make claims for personal belongings and knew what box to steal. There was thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, watches and even things like Ancient Indigenous Arrowheads. To say the least we are bummed, but we were told there was nothing we could do. BEWARE, watch the truck get loaded. Take your personal stuff with you.

COVID-19 forced us to use a moving company, and LaPorte is who we decided on. We’re delighted to report that our move went exceptionally well! From organizing things with the ladies in the front office, to the excellent team that moved our things, I’m happy to report that LaPorte Moving & Storage far exceeded our expectations. LaPorte is a phenomenal moving service. Right from the beginning with our consultation with Jesse we felt at ease. We were embarking on a cross-country move which was a stressful endeavour and he answered all of our questions before we had the chance to ask them! On moving day, the team was incredibly professional, efficient, helpful and courteous. They went the extra mile to protect our belongings and were conscious of not tying up elevator resouces in our condo building. It was stress free and I've never felt that way about moving. On delivery day, the crew was also excellent. Made me feel at ease and were so organized. If I ever have to move again I would use LaPorte in a heartbeat. If you want to lower your moving stress, hire them!

We recently sold our home and purchased a new home. We researched moving companies and came across LaPorte based on their BBB ratings. Jesse LaPorte came to the house to do an estimate. On meeting him we were impressed with his honesty and integrity. His quote was detailed and in line with other companies we spoke to. On the day of the move we had 2 trucks and a crew of 7 show up at our home. The crew was very professional pleasant and respectful. They took great care of our possessions during the move. Unfortunately while packing my Plasma TV slipped through their fingers to the floor. The screen was intact and there was no visible damage. The crew felt awful about it but assured me it would be dealt with. The following day when our possessions were delivered to our new home it was pouring rain. The crew worked diligently to keep the floors dry and clean. After settling in we hooked up our TV and realized it was not working. I proceeded to call LaPorte to let them know and the person in charge of handling my claim was unhelpful. I decided to call Jesse and mentioned how I was treated by his team member. Jesse took it upon himself to gather the facts and within 24hours he personally went to Best and purchased a new replacement TV for me. He went out of his way to find the TV and deliver it on the same day to my home. As a business owner myself, I was extremely impressed with his dedication to amazing customer service. I have never experienced such customer service in my life. I would highly recommend LaPorte moving and definitely believe all the positive reviews you read about them. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Hired these guys to move my mother who has medical issues and isn't able to pack. They provided a quote for PACKING and moving of about $2,200 for 8.5 hours @ $175 plus materials. When initially talking with Becky the sales rep, she asked me to book the elevator for 9:30 and her crew would show up at 9. We asked "hmm, they can pack an entire suite in half an hour?" She replied, "oh yeah, that seems a little tight, better book it for 10:30." Moving day comes and the crew arrives at 9 very surprised to see that nothing is packed and they expected everything to be packed. Ok, fine. I'll go extend the elevator booking for another 2 hours (+$100 to strata, ok fine, i'll cover it.) I was there the entire move out, informed them i would no meet them on the other side but it was pretty straight forward as they were just unloading everything into my unlocked garage. due to the scope error they made earlier, i had to cancel my cleaner but i stayed behind to clean it myself. About 20 minutes before i was done i received a call from my wife saying they wanted payment immediately and weren't leaving without it. Ok, so now i have to leave the cleaning before i'm finished, rush to pick up my kid at daycare and rush back to pay them only to find they are gone when i get there. I've only ever had 1 other contractor ask for payment immediately at completion and they let me know ahead of time! Apparently the crew member asking for payment stood in my driveway with his arms crossed staring at my house for about 45 minutes before leaving... Quality of moving, great no complaints. Communication from the sales/office team is poor and created this situation. End of the story, they came in over budget even though they worked less hours than quoted? I paid in full anyway. Also, look at my profile, i'm not some serial bad reviewer.. this bad experience pushed me to write this.

We got an estimate from them. Their customer service was ok until they emailed us and said we had to pay a $900 deposit on a $2700 bill. They never discussed this with us during the estimation process. We said no to this deposit. After that they were defensive and hard to deal with, as if we had wronged them somehow. My wife tried to be very patient with Becky but it just wore on her. We decided that they weren't worth the trouble. I do not recommend anyone to use this company for their move. BTW: we switched to a different mover that only charged a $50 deposit; similar estimate.

We booked LaPorte moving to move our apartment from Vancouver to Richmond. They were easy to work with and very professional in planning and scheduling. Unfortunately we were promised mattress bags would be used but upon arrival at our new home our mattress was not wrapped. We had left on the mattress cover and it was very dirty. Obviously we had planned to wash that after the move, just very lucky we had left it on otherwise our mattress would have some permanent damage. Otherwise services were as promised.

Not happy with my experience. Very pricy . They wrapped some of the unimportant items and left the ones that were valuable unwrapped. They moved everything to storage and when I checked many of my items were broken . I used a different mover for my return move from storage and lost the money that I paid to La Porte but I noticed that the new mover that I chose was way cheaper but did not carry a big name like them. I am not recommending them.

My husband and I decided to move from Surrey, BC to 100 Mile House, BC, we got LaPorte's flyer in the mail so I called. Jesse came out within a few days to give us an estimate. When we had a moving date, I called them back to book them. I did have to pay a little more because of the storage fees, as it was a long weekend. The crew that showed up were amazing. Chad and his crew went above and beyond for us as did everyone with the company. The final bill was $700 LESS than the estimate. Terrible experience with this company. I paid for packers who left early but I was still charged for a full day for 2 packers. The movers left all items in my garage, shed and random items in my home. They did not inform me that they had left all these items and we had to scramble the next day to rent a 15 foot U-Haul to move these items ourselves before professional cleaners came to prepare the house for the new owners. The U-Haul was almost completely full. After I complained I was refunded a portion of the overcharge for the packers but no compensation for all of what was left behind. I feel very scammed. So unprofessional and rude service. Avoid this company.

All of our furniture items were wrapped, protected and handled with care. When I first contacted LaPorte, Becky was so helpful over the phone and provided me the information I needed. Becky then provided me a detailed estimate to review. Once I was ready to book, I received a move confirmation letter from Crystal along with a follow up confirmation a few days prior to our move. Moving is one great upheaval with many moving parts. Selecting a moving company is not easy and we read many reviews and comments before settling on LaPorte Moving and Storage. In the end, we were very happy with the entire move: estimate, packing, loading and unloading. The estimate was quick and accurate. Please do not ignore the bad reviews. Jesse comes to you with a very nice presentation, claiming his company has strong communication and is very professional. Once you agree to the move, he will never answer your calls after, just like a door to door salesman. My move did not leave Vancouver until the week of my delivery period ending. La Porte never gave me a heads up, I had to bug them every day to keep tabs with where my stuff is. Jesse never returned calls or voicemails, he was the one promising us on our delivery date, no earlier than 4 days, no later than 12 days. Please use a different company, not worth the risk.

Two families from two homes moved out of province together. Initial meet was good, initial customer service was good once we signed the dotted line most service was gone. If we had questions the office staff was short with us and didn’t want to supply info without stating “how would you like to pay this instalment” then they’d answer our questions. This occurred the entire process. Packers were great! They deserve praise. Movers arrived and they also deserve praise. Our items went to storage before heading out of province.... that’s where it got worse. Zero customer service at this point, incorrect dates given to us, misleading dates, no one would bother with us without “how would you like to pay”. We were told one date then suddenly it was a window. Had that info been more clear we would have altered dates, instead Both parties lived in new homes without belongings, one for 4 days the other 10 days. When items finally arrived movers clearly didn’t care, totally unprofessional. Both homes endured damage, both homes items endured damages, missing furniture, broken belongings. We were told they’d set up beds but they didn’t. We confronted about damages and missing items. We were advised to supply a spreadsheet with damages, pictures, quotes, missing items within 30 days of move in. We did this within their frame, they told us they would respond to these claims within 10 days. It’s been 2.5 months and we have heard nothing from the company. I guess since they had all their money, communication is over for them. Really unimpressive service for our two families. The two stars they get are for the packers and storage.

He explained everything in great detail during the walk through of our house. He even suggested I check with our home insurance to see if our belongings were covered for the move - which they were and this suggestion saved us from having to buy added insurance! The moving estimate was emailed to us within hours of his visit. The office followed up to answer any questions we had. We had 4 estimates done in total (all priced in similar range) but in the end we just felt “most comfortable” trusting our move to LaPorte. Jesse’s office staff kept in touch throughout the entire process to arrange dates, supply deliveries and confirmation of truck arrival etc. The moving crew of 4 was super awesome. They were polite, respectful, tidy, and very careful with our belongings. Nothing was broken, nothing damaged, nothing misplaced! They even did a double check before they left to be certain the heavy items were placed where we wanted them to be! Very nice crew, they did a fantastic job! In their words, "Jesse is someone extremely unprofessional, and lacks ethics in communication. I'm not sure what went wrong in his life, but whatever it is, it does not excuse his conduct. He just seems miserable, hence his attitude towards others. 1 star is more than he deserves, as zero would be more fitting. Find a different moving company that will treat you with respect through what is already a stressful process. I'm not the only one who has experienced this. All you have to do is scroll through the lowest rated reviews and you will see that it is a common theme, even with the elderly.

La Porte removed the anxiety related to moving. From the first appointment to the final item. Emails were returned in less than 24 hrs. Follow up was punctual and timely. Hardworking. They knew what they were doing. Took on the challenge relating to moving some very large pieces into small spaces. Engaged and took the initiative like they read my mind! Respectful. And stayed until the job was done without cutting corners. A side note - read the checklists and follow it. Know where you want things to go. They move fast. If I could give less than 1-star, I would. Worst service ever and Jesse Laporte refuses to return our calls. Their man, Omur, called our belongings junk and treated them as such. In addition, he was extremely rude to my 71yr old mother - the client. Broken furniture, missing hardware, disassembled furniture not re-assembled or improperly assembled at end destination, boxes put in random rooms even though all rooms and boxes were clearly marked. They left us in absolute chaos. Also, we were overcharged as we did not receive what we were quoted. Instead of 6 men on first day, we only had 4. Also, the driver billed for 9 hours on day 2 even though they worked only 7. Worst part is Jesse's refusal to even speak to the customer whom he assured would have professional movers. There was no professionalism after we paid our deposit. We were treated like garbage and so was our stuff. In fact, our garbage was treated better by the junk removal company we hired than our belongings were treated by Laporte's. Filing a complaint with BBB for sure! I do not recommend.

Poor customer service. Phoned and arranged a time and date for them to come and survey to provide a quote for moving house. On the day, 1 hour before they were to show up (we had made arrangements for my wife to be home), they texted to say they couldn't make it and would phone me to rearrange another appointment. That was 5 days ago, nothing since then, no phone call, no email, no text. If they can't even be bothered to show up to quote for a job, would you trust them with moving house ? I think not.

They wrapped and protected everything single piece of furniture, worked quickly, quietly and in an orderly manner, handled the inventorying and paper work professionally and were very polite. At the new house Tyler and Tyson again arrived right on time, protected all the floors and stairs throughly with (clean!) red mats, unloaded in an orderly manner, placed everything carefully and assembled beds and recliner chairs quickly. They didn’t mark or damage any surfaces and were even careful to protect our new concrete driveway. Very professional and nice guys. Excellent job in every way. As well, our interaction with you and with Crystal from start to finish was excellent. We felt we were in very good hands for sure Wish Laporte had a branch in Penticton to help us with the move to our permanent house a year from now.

The movers themselves were great. They worked hard for 10 hours straight! Though there were a few broken items, nothing expensive or irreplaceable. I guess a few damages are to be expected :/ As for the company. I shopped around and got quotes from a few places. The quotes were all about the same, so I decided to go with the “big company” La Porte. They quoted me $2100 with the ONLY variable being the amount of time it takes to load/unload the truck. All to be done in one truck... well moving day comes and surprise, surprise: extra charges. Charged for wardrobe box use (didn’t get to keep any of these boxes) in order to pack the truck easier. Charged to wrap the pictures for protection, though I was told in the quote that this was included. I was asked about insurance which was NOT included in the quote and opted out of it (maybe not the best choice, but turned out ok). But the worst part came when the moving truck didn’t fit all of our belongings... not by a long shot. I called the dispatch agent and was told she would see what she could do. She’d arrange another truck for the next morning (because they were too busy to help me out the day of...) and call me right back. About 4 hours later she calls me to tell me that another truck with two guys can pick up the remaining stuff and deliver it to our place in 48 hrs!!!! It’ll ONLY be the 4 hr min charge (plus fuel and driving time I’m sure)!!! So another $1000 and two day wait! End result is that I had to rent a Uhaul myself and load/unload the whole thing (10ft truck). That was about another $270, which is very annoying given I already paid La Porte $2200 for an incomplete job. Overall, I would not recommend the company since their quoting services are terrible and inaccurate, and their ability to fix their own mistakes is lacking in care, concern, or professionalism.

At the end of July, I needed to move large furniture items from a condo i had sold in South Surrey to a house in Maple Ridge. There were no boxes or clothes. Just bedroom furniture (all emptied out), dual reclining leather sofa and recliner chair, and a dining room table and chairs. A few other items, but this was basically it. Three guys arrived on time in an unmarked truck. They were not in uniform. They did not put down any runners to keep the floors clean (despite this being stated in an email as part of the quote). It was 30 degrees out... and I supplied them with plenty of ice water. They did not put any runners down in the house, either. They manhandled the leather sofa (which was wrapped in a combination of plastic and blankets) down the outside stairs to the basement and forced it through the door. If I had not been holding the door, they would have damaged the hinges or the wall or both. They were moving it by grabbing the leather and I felt for sure they were going to tear something, though remarkably they did not. For the life of me, I do not know why they did not have and use straps to carry and maneuver the sofa down the stairs and into the basement, but it would have made it much easier... Once they were finished, I asked who I should contact if I noticed any damage and the driver told me categorically that there was no damage. He seemed indignant that I had even asked such a question. As I wanted them gone so I could start unpacking, I did not take him up on his offer to go around and check. As soon as they were gone, I noticed a big gouge on the wall of the stairs going upstairs. Later, I noticed a scuff on the leather sofa and that the recliner function seemed like something was bent. After the move, they sent me a survey to fill out. The survey even asked if the movers showed up in uniforms. It made me think that Laporte had subcontracted this local move to someone else. No one bothered to call or follow up on my comments. Bottom line on this is that is wasn’t completely displeased, but I wasn’t pleased, either. I thought for just under $1,000 (for a 4 hour move) this move would have been done more professionally than it was. I was annoyed that runners weren’t used (because it meant more work for me once they left) and that there was damage that they did cause. Even though it was minor, they could have prevented it if they had been more careful. I won’t use Laporte Moving & Storage Systems again, and I wouldn’t recommend them.

We used this moving company based on a referral by our friends. Our move did not go as smoothly. I would not recommend the team we had, but I would not rule out using this company again. I just would ask for another moving team. When you are quoted the hours of work, ensure you are not to be billed for breaks. We had smokers who liked to take smoke breaks but we were charged for it, but later credited after communicating with the company. We also had damage to freshly painted walls through careless furniture manipulation by the movers. They did not use runners on our hardwood floors in all places, even after I requested they lay some down. Thankfully we were refinishing after the move but I would not have been so happy if they were done prior to our move in. Although we had this not so desirable experience, it was addressed promptly by the company. We were happy with the quick response to our concerns and the compensation for items damaged. In the end, yes, we would consider using this company again, but would not use the same team of movers.

Laporte recently moved our household from Abbotsford to Powell River BC. In November, we established the dates for our move. It was to be one week before Christmas! We contacted three moving companies and Laporte was the only one that impressed us with a detailed plan of how our move would be handled. Jesse visited us and explained carefully how our move would need to take place, given it would require two ferry crossings. He then took the time to assess our needs and addressed our concerns about antique furniture, musical instruments,etc. The crew that arrived to move us in December lived up to Jesse's promises and more. All furniture was carefully wrapped and handled, runners were laid to protect the floors, and the crew was extremely efficient and respectful. Two days later, we met them in Powell River where, once again, our goods were unloaded carefully in the spaces we indicated and all furniture was carefully reassembled and placed. This was our first really big move and we are very glad we chose Laporte!

The Tybros guys (actual movers) arrived at 9am sharp and had the entire house packed up and out in just over 3 hours. They were very careful with our belongings- everything arrived without a scratch. Moving in, they were careful to place each box in the room it belonged in, so that we didn’t have to look all over the house. They reassembled our beds and furniture. Moving during a pandemic adds a lot of stress. LaPorte completely took that stress away. We consider every penny well-spent and recommend them HIGHLY. We would absolutely use LaPorte again. Take our advice: go with the professionals instead of the cheapest quote. You will thank yourself, and LaPorte.

We had LaPorte provide an estimate for our move, they came through our home to review the contents and confirmed we only needed one day and one truck. The day of the move all our items did not fit and the moving crew told us that they would be able to move the remainder of of items that were too big for us to move. After calling the office staff to figure out how to move the rest of our items I was spoken to with so much rudeness and contempt. They blamed us because our furniture was ' bulky' despite reviewing the contents of our home prior to the move day. They've left us to figure out how to move the rest of our stuff, or pay them for another full day of moving plus travel costs. The moving crew was fine, I'm mostly appalled at how I was spoken to by their office staff.

Firstly we had given them the wrong day of our move and on Tuesday advised that we needed our belongings moved on the Thursday of that same week not the Friday as originally booked. Darlene and their dispatch worked it out so that they could move us on the Thursday (we do not know what we would have done if they could not do it!!). We had a 7 ton truck and 4 guys and they had us out on time and into our new home with no real damage. We want to thank Mehmet, Bulent, Eugene & Daniel.
