Josh and his team are very professional and highly skilled movers. They were very cautious with our furniture and took care in ensuring that there were no damages to the furniture or walls. They are very strong....they were a little hesitant in moving an arc trainer from my home gym as it is extremely heavy and bulky but made the move up the stairs in my old home and downstairs in our new home with no problems. Plus they moved all my dumbbells and weight plates and the rest of my workout equipment totalling more than 600 lbs. (They may now be out of commission after that move lol) These guys were great and we highly recommend them!!!!

JR had many reviews all of which addressed the items that I was shopping for. JR did not disappoint! Personable yet professional. Day of I was nervous that something would fall through- JR was patient and understood the stress related to moving. I was also incredibly impressed with the respect that he showed to his employees. I could overhear conversations that he was having with them. He showed them genuine interest and respect for them as an employer. Needed to move a large piece of furniture from my garage up a flight of stairs to the living room. They came on short notice and did a great job getting it where I wanted it. All my personal belongings were handled carefully, and arrived intact - nothing damaged, all put safely in place. I have moved many times before, and I always have had a "surprise" when I got the final cost - not a nice surprise. I had Josh and his crew move me yesterday and it was one of the hottest days this Summer, they worked non-stop. I would definitely give them 5 star for their Professionalism, Fair price, and Great care in my furniture. Josh came to my home 2 months prior gave me a quote and on that day if they had to do a second trip the price he gave me stayed the same, no extras. I thought I had a bit of stuff and his very large trailer was tightly and neatly packed where they only required to do 1 trip. If you are a person who wants less stress when it comes to moving I would consider JR Moving.

Professional/Reliable/Go above and beyond! Josh and his crew provided my family wonderful service on a recent move. Josh and his crew showed up on time (actually earlier). During the move, their present themselves very professionally---very organized, very efficient, very careful about our furniture and house (make sure no scratches or damages). We also moved a washer and dryer. Actually, moving the washer is hardest part, however, it is the part shows how good JR moving is. The basement entry is very narrow and tricky, making the moving seems almost mission impossible, however, Josh, being creative and persistent, managed to help us move the washer nicely into the exact spot as I wanted. This was really the highlight of my day! I would recommend JR moving to any of my friends and family. Reasonable price, great service!

Josh and his Team moved my parents from Thorold, ON to Palmerston ON. They showed up on time and ready to work. They loaded and unloaded in a timely fashion and without any damages while staying professional from beginning to end. There were no hidden fees and they had competitive pricing. We had a 4 hour delay in getting the keys to the new house and there were no complaints from Josh or his Team. In fact Josh went out of his way to help make back up arrangements incase we could not get the keys in time. You can't ask for a better moving company then this one. When I was looking for a mover, I left messages with about 4 or 5 other companies and when I called Josh, he was the first person to actually answer his phone. I gave him a short summary of my complicated move, and he put me at ease immediately. I was selling a cottage north of the city and some stuff would have to go into a storage unit, with the rest coming to my house. In few weeks prior to the move, Josh assisted me and very patiently helped me figure out all the details, right down to whether we could fit shelves in the storage unit or not. On the day of the move, he took charge, used initiative, and kept me in the loop the whole way. And his team was great too. They all treated my stuff as if it was very valuable. I have never experienced this type of efficiency, in any other move I've had to do, and there's been many of them. You truly get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company!!

Service provided was moving everything in my house from Welland to new house in St. Catharines. I would like to share that I was extremely pleased with the service provided by JR Moving Services. They were on time, very friendly, professional and more than capable of moving my entire household contents to my new home. They wrapped everything, and there was no damage to any of my items, not even a scratch (and there were some tight spots to get into ..... they even removed 2 doors and put them back up when done. There was a delay in getting the key, at my new location, and the guys were awesome, patient and relaxed... I found their attitudes were very positive the entire time. A couple of weeks ago, we needed a mover without a lot of notice. We found this company on line. I called and am very glad I found this company. From the initial phone call with Josh, they could not have been more friendly or helpful. The day of the move, they were on time and ready to go. Josh and his assistant were very careful with all the furniture. I was concerned that there was a last minute unforeseen change in the number of items being moved which also required dismantling and reassembling, but Josh put me at ease and everything went very smoothly. The price compared to the competition was great. The movers provided a great service. Not a scratch on the wall or dent on my furniture, and they moved my entire 4 bedroom house. They had obstacles too. We have a very heavy elliptical, and treadmill. They manipulated it, and disassembled what they needed to in order for it to get taken out of our house. I have had ok movers in the past but these guys knew exactly what they were doing and were flawless in there execution.
