Gentle Giant moved all of my furniture and belongings up four flights of stairs today, that in itself deserves five stars. Everything was in perfect shape, the movers were kind and very fast. Worth every penny. They were also able to accomodate my move short notice!

I booked them to move my 3 bedroom house into a storage unit as we wait for our new house to finish being built (yay pandemic delays). I recently had to purchase a new refrigerator and did so in the early afternoon at a local appliance warehouse who use Gentle Giant Mover services for appliance delivery. While my purchase was made in the early afternoon, and they already had a full day, Gentle Giant Movers took on my delivery and arrived with my new fridge by before 5pm. My home is small but they were able to put the fridge in its exact place, even though that meant getting around a tight corner or two; and they treated my new appliance (and my home) with care and respect. They also plugged in my fridge and ensured it was in working order before they left. The guys were very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. I offered them a tip for all of their assistance, but they refused and thanked me for being so nice. My experience with the Gentle Giant Movers was pleasant, professional and very helpful. Great staff, awesome and timely service, reasonable rates--I would definitely recommend this company.

I hired this company in January 2021. Unfortunately I had to chase my closing date down the calendar for 2 weeks on and off and on again then off. Dealing with Shelly was the only thing that went well. She was understanding and caring. When the date finally arrived even the go ahead was held up until late in the day. The guys showed up with my belongings, I told them to unload in my yard and they felt bad but their day was being held up too. They didn't want to leave me in such dissarray but I urged them to go on with their other customers and day. Well after talking to Shelley she and the guys agreed to come back when their day was done and before they go home to help me get all my belongings in my new home. They were very professional kind and caring. I would recommend this company hands down. Thank you so much

Great company for your moving needs. They are quality, and in the moving industry it is true that you get what you pay for. there are a lot of people out there on the web that are not legit moving companies and are very cheap. I was a victim of this last week and then they cancelled on me last minute. but then Gentle Giants accommodated me right away and got me out of a bad spot. I was grateful, and these guys are professional; experienced and fairly priced. given my situation, they even called and did a follow up. Im impressed and will recommend.

They called to let us know thet were running late, which was appreciated. The guys were friendly and we paid a really fair rate. Also appreciated that they came prepared and disassembled our beds and reassembled after a tough move with a lot of stairs. We'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free move.

The movers were very friendly, professional, and dog friendly (my 16yo poodle loved them). The move took just under an hour and everything arrived in perfect shape! Movers did not lay floor covering, dirtied our carpets and then refused to assist in having the carpets cleaned. they actually blamed us even though we did not wear shoes inside and movers did. After I posted this review on another site this company contacted me to complain about my review but still refused to pay the $40 to rent a carpet cleaner.

Just used them for my move last week, and would highly recommend. They ran a bit late getting to my place, but once there, it was easy to see why they get such glowing reviews. They are very good at what they do. They pack everything with care, don't waste time, and were funny and friendly throughout. All at a reasonable price!
