We moved from Coquitlam to White Rock and want you to know how please we were with the time, effort and care your employees took with our possessions... they worked well as a team, quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant and most co-operative in every way. We especially appreciated their concerns and efforts in the placement of our furniture in our new house. Complete disregard for the neighbourhood as they chose to block off a one way alley for a move. This made it impossible for garbage trucks and other larger vehicles to get through. All because they were too lazy to park in a legal spot half a block away. Would not trust or recommend them for a move.

Our move with Crescent was pricy, but their staff were great and all of our items came back to us in the same condition. I would happily use them again.

I’m so impressed! Professional and friendly, got the job done when AMG Movers could not (don’t recommend them at all.) Took Gary and Benjamin 5 minutes to move my couch in using brains over braun. I will definitely use Crescent again and ask for the two of them specifically. Thank you so much!

DO NOT USE. Terrible Company. Called for quotes 3x over 3 weeks everytime I was told they would call back and they never did. Would not trust them with anything. I trusted they would get back to me and now I am moving in 3 weeks late into my new place and paying rent, and am later moving out of my currently place. TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE

This was our 7th move in the past 15 years and we cannot remember another one done with the same efficiency and pleasant manner. Phillip and Crescent moving are the type of people that appear really professional and nice upfront. I go to open my boxes and wow what a gong show. Things labelled wrong, tagged wrong, broken furniture, shii all over the place in random boxes. Most confusing moving company ever!

I booked with Crescent Moving&storage and sister company Astra International for my move back to Europe end March 2019. I paid $11,000 for them to move my belongings because I trusted them! My trust was broken during my moving day. (This was a stressful experience to say the least). I took off any jewellery which I planned to wear and placed down on kitchen counter in corner.Then when I checked on them my valuable ring was gone! Told supervisor about it. He said of course none of staff would steal it. Well, it was gone. I had been distracted for a few minutes only. My advise don’t turn your back away from what they are doing not even a minute. They more of less denied my claim thinking perhaps I’m making this all up!! Also, owner now says he cannot find my file. I doubt they hire bonded straff. My ring was nowhere and I spent 2 months thereafter looking everywhere. It would not have been practical to be wearing jewellery while busy packing. Therefore, I took it off!! I am not a happy customer. (Now of course the owner is saying it is all my fault!) I do not need any more clarification from them!

This is the best Moving company I've gotten for moving yet! They arrived right on time and were quick with loading and unloading. They followed specific directions I gave them for my fragile items. They were also really nice people. It took about 3-5 hours to move into the new house I bought. It helped me a ton with making the move easier.

This is the best moving company we have ever used. Booked a move on August 17th and Benjamin and Gabriel were the movers. Went above and beyond to ensure furniture was placed where we wanted it. From the estimate (which was very good), to both the departure and arrival, all staff were amazing and super professional, arrived on time, and were very fast. Definitely think about using this company if you need great movers!

I used Crescent Movers to relocate from Vancouver to Toronto. Before having my belongings picked up, I received excellent service. Once my belongings were picked up, it became hard to track them down. I was called for payment before I even received the ticket for how much my items weighed. I was also under the impression that they would handle my move all the way to Toronto, but it turns out they use a different moving company for that which I was not informed. Therefore when I needed information as to the whereabouts of my items, they were not able to tell me. Additionally, because they failed to mention to me the use of another company, I was told that when the delivery truck was close to its destination in Toronto I would receive a call to coordinate a delivery date and time. However they only called to tell us the day they were coming by, and when we went to book the elevator it was already booked for that date and they made us pay $200 to reschedule. Additionally, the day of the move they had some issues that made their deliveries delayed, meaning they missed our window for the elevator booking. We made it work but overall it was a horrible lack of communication and WAY overpriced. I moved a 1 bedroom apartment and it cost me $3550.

Was very organized, fast, professional and worth the cost. Crew was punctual and wrapped every item to protect it from damage. No surprises on the bill, everything was explained ahead of time. They even call to confirm the day before which was re-assuring. I have always moved myself or asked family because I don't trust movers with my stuff or my wallet but I have been proven wrong! They were fantastic. 5 Stars. Highly recommend and would use again.

Worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with. Moved from ON to BC. My items went into storage for a few days and was transferred by Cresent to my new place. My king bed frame was broken and missing a support slat. The movers were argumentative and wouldn’t even attempt to put my bed together and basically left it in pieces on the floor. The mover told me he was busy and had another job so he wasn’t even going to attempt it. Other items were damaged as well as they were unloaded by cresent and then re-packaged. Forget about customer service. I tried contacting the company on numerous occasions and not even a call back. Email....nope. They won’t respond once they have your money. Please do yourself a favour and find another company.
