A member of the front office staff is so consistently rude it leaves me speechless. In multiple dealings with this individual I have never been treated so poorly by a person representing a business. This is over the course of months so it is not the case of someone having a bad day. When a large order I was receiving went missing I was even told “not my problem”. If you have an option of shipping somewhere else I certainly would.

This location's guys are so greedy they ship out parcel at their own convenience when they have a full load to maximize their profit they dont care about others time and never keep up with their promise. I wish I could give this cranbrook, BC location -1 star as they dont deserved any rating. I strongly encourage Columbia Valley residents to stay away from this company. Bunch of looser works here.

This is the second time we have counted on this company for a critical shipment and both times they made an error that did not get our shipment out of Calgary on the original planned date and then failed to ship the next day as well. This time we are going into day 3 since they picked up the product and they are unable to tell us where our product is, whether is has shipped or not, and when it might be delivered to the site. They have stopped answering the phone at the terminal during scheduled business hours.

This company was contracted by Home Depot to deliver online order to our house. It was a large (158 lb.) bathroom vanity. The original tracking # did not work after product was transferred inter provincially. I contacted first company. They called this company and advised a delivery date 1week past original date of delivery. That date came and went, so I called this company at least 2x to see when delivery was going to be made as it was “curb side”, winter time, and our property had access issues so we wanted to request rear alley drop off. I never heard back from the person I talked to there so after 2 days, I cancelled order with Home Depot since it was 10 days late, and drove 30 K to the actual Home Depot and picked one up. The first one was not supposed to be delivered, but returned to Home Depot. Over a week later, we looked out our front window to see the box sitting outside on the curb/sidewalk. No call, no knock, nothing. Now we have to deal with these nitwits to get the thing returned...wish us luck!
