Gave me a short and rude "NO", and when I asked if they had any kind of advice of who to ask, etc. As we had only 1 week left to find and organize movers etc, told "I DONT KNOW".. I was sick of being talked rudely to, and there were two places that just crossed the line.

“Now that’s service!” We are now customers twice with Low Budget Moving, about 4 years apart. The first time went off without a hitch, and we were left with such a positive experience that we did not hesitate to use them again for our latest move last month. Watching these guys make such quick work over back-busting tasks is pure magic. This last move had its trials, including a new person and some issues with the assembly of a recliner chair. After admitting defeat not being able to fix it myself, I made what I thought would be an “awkward” call to let them know about the chair issue. Let me tell you, it wasn’t awkward at all — the gentleman on the phone was very accommodating and followed-up all the way through to just now having Curtis out to take a look. Much to my embarrassment, he had the chair fixed in no time — going way above and beyond to replace a screw that had come out. These guys are absolute professionals from start to follow-up finish. After he left, my wife and I just looked at each other and said, in stereo, “now that’s service!” Their belief in providing quality and lasting service to their customers truly shows. Leaving your move to the “pros” is well worth it. And look no further than Low Budget Moving.
