I tried to put a trial order in just to see what the cost of one Big Mac would be delivered. Turns out that you can't see the rates when ordering online. Immediately after hitting 'place order', I expected some details or such regarding cost or other details. Nope. I immediately hit the 'contact us' button and wrote a note asking them to disregard the order. An hour later my $16 Big Mac showed up. After contacting the company with my concerns they immediately offered a refund. The driver was great and offered a lot of pricing information for any future transactions. Pretty great customer service.

Had large shopping list and suddenly no vehicle. Was relieved to find this business until I attempted to use their services for the first time this week, and was left waiting. I received my confirmation for the time I requested, but nobody ever came. Nobody even took the time to let me know they weren't coming. What a waste of time and an awful understanding of how a business should run. If I could comment without giving a star, I would. NEGATIVE 10 STARS

So glad there is a service like this available. Friendly service from the time they answer their phone and to the driver that delivers the order. Polite, friendly and do deliver within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for the service you provide.

I placed an order for McDonald’s through stay put and they sent me a conformation email .. so I waited two hours and nothing came.. I went to the site to contact them and no response.. I replied to the email and no response … very unprofessional I recommend using other delivery services around here or only calling when using stay put because ordering online clearly doesn’t work
