We had a two part long distance move using R J’s Movers with a two week storage of our furniture before we could move into our new house. Jarret, Josh and Jay arrived earlier in the morning than expected which was awesome for an almost 3 hour travel time. They worked quickly and professionally as well as being friendly and personable. Exactly what you need when moving long distance. After 2 weeks in storage our furniture arrived safely to our new home and Jarret made sure Mike & Rob knew exactly where our furniture needed to go! Thanks for making our 3 hour move easier than anticipated. It was an overall great experience and would definitely recommend R J’s for anyone who wants a professional experienced company and for every piece of furniture to be delivered safely to your new home! I used RJ's Movers 3 times, once within London, once outside of London, and once from London to a town outside of London. Every time I was very impressed and satisfied with the service I received. Alex always responded to emails promptly, was courteous, and was willing to work with me on extra requests I had. The movers arrived on time for the moves, they worked quickly, made sure all of my belongings were carefully looked after, and anything that required disassembly/reassembly were completed without any issues. RJ's was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Entire crew (Jarrett, Mike, Steve) were courteous, did a thorough job ensuring the house remained clean and loaded the truck incredibly fast. Other quotes estimated 6.5-7 hours and they did it in 3.5 - with nothing broken or marked, and everything put in its proper place upon arrival. Can't recommend them enough.

We had a move from London to Strathroy which went flawlessly. I was completely stressed with the move however they took care of me with absolute care and understanding. The service they provided was full packing, moving, full unpacking and full cleanup of all boxing/packaging, which went very well. It was totally overwhelming for my wife and I as we have not moved in 20 years, however they made it very manageable and an experience that I will absolutely recommend. The team I had was punctual and professional and cheerful. The downside - they ripped a hole in my mattress and chipped a corner of a painting in addition to a few other dings and dents on various pieces of furniture. Not everything was damaged but the move was a 10 minute drive down the street and cost 500 dollars.

Fantastic moving experience! RJ's was a great company to work with. Nick came by and gave an accurate estimate and booked us the date we wanted. His estimate was very professional and was delivered quickly. On moving day, the truck rolled in exactly (to the minute) on time. The crew, including Jeff, Mike and Justin, were phenomenal. Lots of energy, very efficient, extremely polite and courteous. It was a long day for everyone, and the guys had great spirits and energy the whole time. Our move honestly couldn't have gone better. All of our items were handled with the utmost of care and professionalism. I generally have high expectations for customer services, but RJ's exceeded them all. I would recommend this company bar none based on our moving experience.

When the moving team came with the truck the following day, they were extremely considerate of our home, had a great system to get furniture items out of our house and onto the truck. My family has been using R.J.'s Movers for at least 40 years and we have had nothing but positive experiences with the crews and owners over the years. I have personally used R.J's 3 times in the last 5 years for 2 full house moves and an appliance delivery and nothing has changed in the 4+ decades that we have been using them. I have compared pricing with friends that have used companies through Kijiji and Marketplace and R.J.'s rates are very competitive, especially when you consider that their experienced crews are well trained, efficient and respecful. My Wife and I just used RJ' and we could not be more please. Nick showed few weeks before the move did a quick assessment gave us idea of how the day was gonna go and how much time it was gonna take, he was very polite. Day of move 3 gentleman showed laid flooring protector and blankets down on floor and railing did a quick walk around got a feel for the house. and went to town. Incredibly Rude Staff - RJ's was moving a customer behind our office and blocked the commercial parking lot with their truck. When politely asked to move their vehicle ahead 2ft to allow traffic to pass we were told absolutely not and that we were not allowed to be there. Once a long line of cars started to pile up the driver agreed to move the vehicle - after screaming at us and cursing us out. Completely unprofessional behaviour. Edit October 17/18 - two calls were made to the office and I left a message that was not returned.

What a relief! We are so impressed with your team and service. Todd, Rob and Dustin are incredible ambassadors for your company. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, rolled out the protective mats, did a walk through meeting and got down to business. Great teamwork which made things very efficient. They were careful with all of our furniture, wrapping it when needed and securing things like drawers. Their positive attitude and patience really helped easy any anxiety as they did their work. If we had any questions they were helpful and quick to answer. We did a complete walk-through again at the end to be sure nothing was missed. At our storage unit they once again moved quickly and efficiently carefully unloading and packing the unit. When all was said and done they graciously shook our hands and thanked us for choosing RJ's Movers. In our opinion it was us who should thank them. Service was awesome and beyond expectations. 5 out of 5 and 10 out of 10 I would use these guys again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone. The crew we had (Jay, Jeff and Keenan) were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly and funny (and had my mom and I killing ourselves laughing a few times.) They were considerate and very careful with our items including mom's baby her antique rocking chair. They were fast and efficient and didn't mind when at the last minute some items that we weren't planning on moving had to be added. I even caught them whisting to my budgies. When it came to unpacking they didn't leave until they were 100% sure we were satisfied with where everything was and made adjustments without complaint. They let our dog sniff them and even petted her. If the owners read this review, please know that this was the best move we've ever had and they were by far the best crew we've ever had. You can tell how much they enjoy their job.

I would actually give RJ Movers 15 out of 5. I have used this company twice. Once from my house in London to an Apartment in London, and this time from, the apartment in London to an apartment in Windsor. This move was really challenging. Moving from the apartment was fine there was an elevator. but this apartment is in an old building in Windsor and no elevator and it was on the 3rd floor, which was actually 5 floors due to the 40 steps the fellows had to climb every time. The fellows were awesome from Start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any move. I also recommended them to a neighbour in my London Apartment and I also suggested to my property manager at the apartment in London, to recommend them if any other tenants need a moving company. RJ's did a truly great job for me. They arrived on time and worked really hard in 30+ degrees weather. Most important, nothing at all got broken (and I had a lot of stuff to move!). They made one small mark on a downstairs wall with a difficult couch, but they came back promptly and fixed it. I highly recommend these guys!

Over the years, we have moved many times...but none compare to this move by RJ’s Movers. Jeff and Dave were super. Each piece was blanket wrapped...taped...and then cello wrapped. Not a mark on any one of the dining room pieces. This was a one room move...totally prepped as though it was being shipped across the country. But.........it all started with Alex. He offered valuable suggestions and was accurate in his estimation which was 'very reasonable. Even the u-tube video was helpful on packing. The moving team Jeff, Dakota and Jason were amazing!!
